Ive used Airtron for over 6 years and have had no problems. They have always been a reliable company and the guys do a great job. They wear booties inside the home and I appreciate that. It is easy to refer them.

They were the company that originally installed out first unit and we should have just stayed with them instead of shopping around. They were 1400 dollars cheaper than others and have an excellent product. We called several others and ended up back with Air Tron they are the best and do great work. I would highly recommend them and I have done plenty of searching. They are very reasonable and they were responsive.

They were clean & no extra charge, it took longer than originally estimated.

I was pleased with the service and would recommend their services to friends and family.

We have had a service contract with Airtron for about ten years now and we are very pleased with the company s customer service. The contract is for three years and they come three times a year to service our system under this contract. I have had to call them on other occasions and they are always very quick to come when they are called.

Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning was a very convenient service to use. They were very thorough when checking our units. The workers were friendly and it didn't take long for them to do the work. The prices were acceptable and consider it well spent on a reputable company.

We decided to go with annual check ups and minor repairs instead of spending five thousand dollars for a new air conditioner. So far it has paid off. Airtron comes over right away, if we have any problems. The technicians they send are knowledgeable, and well mannered. Solving whatever problem we have had is done quickly and without extra charge. We only pay the annual fee, and parts.

I have a three-year service contract with Airtron for my air conditioner and furnace maintenance. In the spring, they serviced my air conditioner, the fall my furnace. We are always pleased with their punctual professional service. I have used this company for many years and like there servicing plan as it saves money on the regular maintenance costs.

We are real happy with the service they provide on our heating system. The price seems to be reasonable and they are very prompt with the routine checks. The service repair man wears baggies on his feet so they won't track dirt through our home. We are satisfied with everything about this company.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning (Jerry Albert) did a good job on my air conditioner. They were very nice. The only big problem I had with them is that they left a big mess. I think they should have cleaned it up.

Among many of the things they have done for me, they have cleaned my air ducts extremely well. I feel as if I can actually breathe better. The people are extremely nice. They do very good work and have good workmanship as well. I have had them repair my air conditioner as well. I have never been disappointed with any of the services they provided me with. Their job is always complete. They are always right on schedule; whatever time is good for me is good for them as well.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning did a good job installing my air conditioner. I wouldn't use anyone else. They had positive attitudes which made working with them very comfortable. They were very hard working and hardly took a break. They were very professional and polite.

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioner did a good job fixing my air conditioner. I was happy with them because I thought I would have to get a new unit, but they saved the day when they said I didn't need a new one. They were prompt and came out the day after I called them. They were very polite.

The technician was prompt and friendly. He did the requested work and did not try to convince me that there was anything wrong with our system, even though it had not been working properly. He said it needed maintenance and should be fine. Other companies I have used tried to charge extra for additional 'required' services once they arrived, but Airtron stuck to the price they quoted on the phone.

THEIR SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY SLOW. IT TOOK AIRTRON ABOUT A WEEK TO COME AND REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR. OUR ONE YEAR OLD GOT VERY SICK, BECAUSE IT WAS THE SUMMER TIME.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY HOWEVER, WE HAVE HAD THE SAME ISSUE FOR THE PAST FOUR YEARS. EACH TIME THE TECH JUST RIGGED THE A/C UNIT SO THAT THE UNIT WOULD WORK PROPERLY. FINALLY, THIS TECH DECIDED TO CORRECTLY FIX IT. THE COMPANY STILL CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR THE WORK. I WROTE A LETTER OF COMPLAINT AND THE COMPANY GAVE ME BACK 20%.

AIRTRON SERVICED OUR UNITS IN THE SPRING AND THE FALL FOR $321.00. THIS PRICE INCLUDES ONE UNIT OF FREON. THEY INSPECTED OUTDOOR UNIT AND COIL, CONTACTOR, ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AND AMPERAGE. THEY INSPECTED THE INDOOR UNITS AND CHECKED THE COIL, DUCTWORK, DRAIN LINE AND THERMOSTAT. IF ANYTHING WENT WRONG WITH THE UNITS WITHIN THE YEAR, THEY WOULD REPAIR THEM. I'M NOT SURE THEY CLEANED THE UNITS AS WELL AS THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN WE HAD PROBLEMS 14 MONTHS AFTER SERVICE WAS DISCONTINUED. THEY ALSO HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS WHICH ARE VERY CONFUSING. THEIR PRICE ISN'T AS COMPETITIVE AS OTHER A/C CONTRACTORS.

THIS COMPANY INSTALLED OUR UNITS WHEN WE BUILT OUR HOUSE. WE CONTINUED SERVICE WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY TEDIOUS IN THEIR WORK, AND ALL PEOPLE ACT IN A PROFESSIONAL MATTER. WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM THAT WAS NOT CORRECTED.

THEY CAME AND SERVICED MY AIR CONDITIONER IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THERE WAS A WIRE THAT HAD COME DISCONNECTED. HE HAD TO CHANGE THE WIRES ON THE AIR CONDITIONER BECAUSE THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED.

JOHNNY WAS ON TIME. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE DID BETTER THAN I EXPECTED WOULD GET DONE. HE GOT THE JOB DONE AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETED.
