This company showed up unannounced, trespassing into our property, and started messing with our outside AC unit WITHOUT confirming that they were at the WRONG address. To add insult to injury the technicians cussed me on their way out when I corrected they were at the wrong location. All we wanted was an apology from the technician but airtron “does not do that.” A voucher was offered for our multiple calls and video submissions of the incident. So, if they’re late to your appointment there’s a high chance they’re at the wrong address carefree as can be. This company needs a serious leadership and management skills course.

The customer service was horrible. The service tech took an hour to diagnose, went outside for an hour and then came back to tell me he was going on a lunch break when I had to get back to work. They discounted me $10 for the inconvenience. I was quoted $374 for labor alone on the repair and given the option to join service plan for $371 which I thought was coincidentally close in price. I felt I was being overcharged being that parts were still under warranty and the install of the heating strip would take less than an hour to repair

I’m on a service plan, so there was no charge. You cannot live in Texas without air conditioning.

A/C is evenly distributed through out the house now.

I will continue using them because they are the ones that the builder used to install the unit. To improve their service they could be more prompt and show up within 15 minute of the scheduled time.

They are the installers for the air conditioner in the house I bought. It was in when I bought the house in 2011. They did come out and service it every 6 months. I have an agreement, no charge. So far so good, I haven't had any problems. They came out and did the service.

I have been using them for about fifteen years now. ?They are very good. If they are just doing the maintenance, cleaning the coils and such it is just one guy. ?They wear the paper booties, so they cleanup after themselves. There are people that charge less, but I trust them, so I use Airtron.

It had cost nothing because it was a part of the warranty. That had to readjust the controls because the installation didn't do the controller correctly so the computer setting were done incorrectly, so they had to redo those. Then they found some uncompleted that I didn't I have a chance to call about because I'm a caretaker. There's still incomplete work on the install, so I have to get that adjusted and fixed next week. So, basically, it was a callback from the installation it's a long process to get it adjusted correctly. I paid up a to 10-year parts and labor warranty. I bought a more expensive system to include the parts and warranty labor for 10 years. The man they sent out was real professional and explained everything that was going on and what was not done during the installation process. The workmanship was done the last time, and I'd give him an A.

We use them because they installed the equipment when the house was built. They have been doing it for 7 years now. They were very good. If there is a problem, they come out and fix it. They take responsibility for it. It is great. There price is very reasonable.

We have been using them ever since we moved into our house. They have been good with us. We were on a service plan with them for 10 years, so we didn't really weren't paying for anything apart from what we paid up front. .They have been pretty responsive. They have been very professional. We've been pretty loyal with them.

Airtron had a longer wait time.... 4 days to come out but at least they came unlike other companies! This was for an AC check up. My mom had purchased a 10 year service agreement on her units so I only had to pay $179 for tune up. The downstairs thermostat went out the very night before my scheduled service day and with the agreement the thermostat was replaced free of charge. Also both capacitors were replaced on outside units for no charge. The visit did take longer than expected but the technician was very thorough.

I've used them for at least 8 years. They have a program where they come out twice a year for a flat fee. They do the cooling part in the spring and the heating part in the fall. When we had a new roof put on they were constantly called out. They misdiagnosed a problem. They thought it was an air stack and it wasn't. It was a heating part. It needed a new compassenger or something. Other than that, they've been great. Their pricing is fair.

This is update to previous negative post I made regarding issue with heating panel not being properly fastened during annual maintenance. Subsequent to my post Airtron contacted me and responded in a totally positive manner. Issue was resolved "far" beyond what I expected. In retrospect I should have taken my issue up the chain and addressed with the Customer Service manager. Her candor is admirable and I believe Airtron and customers, such as myself, are well served by her professionalism and hands on approach. Airtron will continue to be my service provider of choice, and as well I will recommend as well.
