Charlie was the nicest person. He was professional and thorough. Outstanding customer service. I would definitely use this company again, especially if they sent out Charlie.

The technician was professional and did his job. However, the unit he installed does not kill the bacteria or enhance the smell in the house; it only kills the germs inside the air conditioning unit. I would have preferred the light that kills the bacteria in the house. Perhaps, Kewl could state that in their advertising? This could avoid misunderstandings between the business company and its customers. Thanks.

We were able to resolve the issue over the phone. He was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I have since referred him to two other people. Rare these days to find someone who is honest and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need.

When I called on a Saturday morning, Charlie said he had a few appointments ahead of me and that maybe he'd be able to get to me about 1PM. He called back a little bit later to let me know he was on his way and he showed up before noon, if I recall correctly. The service call was made because our upstairs A/C was blowing but not cold, so it was getting very warm upstairs. Charlie seemed to know the solution right away and after diagnosing a bad capacitor he got it running in no time. He told me up front that the part would be $144 and the service call would be $29 (Angie's List coupon). I asked if he would also do the routine inspection for both A/C units and he did-- $69 for the first and $49 for the second. We chatted while he made the repair and inspection; he's a really nice guy. I was very happy when he left and thought I'd found my go-to A/C guy... Then I looked up the cost of the capacitor on Amazon and I could have had one for about $30. Maybe it's industry-standard to mark these up by 400% but I was really disappointed that that's how it turned out. I can understand a 20% markup maybe but 400% just seems absurd.

I scheduled an appointment for after 4:00 and I got there 4:10. I saw their truck going the opposite direction. I called them and they said they had been at my house since 3:45 and they went on to another customer. They said they didn't have my number to call me. I ended up getting a refund.

Came when they said, nice person serviced us, no extra "add ons" Would definitely use them again.

They were supposed to clean out the intakes and they did not do so, I really wanted him to clean out the intakes. He then wanted to sell me new units for our A/C without really doing much of anything. disappointed with the service.

They were very knowledgable and able to answer all of questions. They inspected the A/C for an unusual smell. They found the source and fixed that for me. They were very helpful.

Other than the fact that nobody wants to spend money on maintenance, it was painless. He set aside blocks of time on two different days, I set up appointments with our tenants, and Charlie took care of the rest. He sent an invoice that detailed the findings on each unit (no bad stuff, yay!) via email, and I paid the invoice. Simple, clear, and logical. It's good to know that a. the tenants are apparently changing their filters as they should and b. the AC units will offer no surprises this summer when the temperatures and tempers go up. Charlie at Kewl Aire is our go-to guy for heat/AC.

Arrived on time. Very friendly and competent. Waived service fee because work was done.

Charlie was wonderful and I would certainly use him again. He was very punctual. He owns the business and actually does the work himself. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Also, the replacement lights are less expensive than other companies, and installation is included—and no trip charge!

They did not provide the service that they advertised. They showed me some cords that needed replaced but they did not do the cleaning as the coupon said they would. I ended up getting a refund.

He responded right away and arrived when he said that he would.

Called on service for air. They set a time and didn't show on time. Called them they said they can be out, but I couldn't meet with them. Gave lock box code since vacant unit. they ended up doing a heating tuning but that wasn't what I called them for. Called them back they came back and found issues with leak. Fixed the unit issues. I met with the person to pay them, and he said he would provide me invoice, he didn't have it on him, so he would email it. I have called them back and they assured I would receive it, still have not. New tenants have not complained on any issues with the unit at this time, but as summer approaches we shall see.

Everything worked like a charm after they were gone. They cleaned up the entire mess of water. So friendly and personable. We really enjoy the work they do. They seem very honest with their answers. There is no questioning the repairs they recommend.

Serviceperson was prompt, courteous, and professional. Inspection and tuneup went well. I was very pleased with the company. They will get my call every season.

I called on a Tuesday and set an appointment for the following Monday at 10am. Jeff from Kewl Aire arrived right on time. Probably the thing I enjoyed most was how personable he was and open to discussion about the furnace. He listened to our few issues that we had with our furnace and offered practical solutions for them. He made sure to explain what was cost effective repairs versus wasting money. He performed the inspection and explained everything he was doing as he went along which I appreciate since I have zero familiarity with furnaces in general - so I learned something which is a plus. After the inspection (all was well) he offered a few ways that we could look at battling the poor air quality in this region to include an air purification system installed in the furnace or a vent cleaning. He offered some estimates and if we are to get the work done and their estimates are competitive we will definitely go with Jeff and Kewl Aire.

Called Kewl Aire to see if they could check my unit was not blowing cool air. The man I spoke with was nice and got a technician over within thirty minutes. The technician Jeff was very nice and professional. He found the problem within minutes then educated me on minor things I could do to make a big difference in the longevity of my system. The price to fix the problem was reasonable and I thank you Kewl Aire for your thoroughness and professionalism. Like I said they were a pleasant relief and experience.

I feel that this company is out to make money, taking advantage of it's unsuspecting customers. My experience was frustrating and highly unsatisfactory overall.
