Description of Work: We had AC inspection done early summer, told unit upstairs wasnt working at 100% and given several options. We tried adding freon which worked until the end of August when the unit stopped working. Charlie was very responsive, able to come out the next day and replace the unit. Clean, fast work, nice guys. Would use again.

Description of Work: Charlie came over and quoted me for a new A/C system. I really liked him, professional and prompt, honest and upfront. |His prices were right inline with the best (4 quotes, two were reasonable and similar, two were high and similar) |I decided to go with a different company ... one also rated highly on Angie's List. Between two lower priced companies there was not much difference, so I went with the first of the two that quoted. I will review the other company after installation.

Description of Work: Our A/C went out and we couldn't get the original installer to respond to our calls. So I found Kewl Aire on Angie's List and Charley Baker, the owner came out about an hour after I called. Within 36 hours he had ordered and installed a new motor. The A/C is now working great. I was impressed with Charley's responsiveness, professionalism and follow-up. He also cleaned the condenser and gave me advice on how to maintain our heating-cooling system.

Description of Work: I had ordered the $49.00 special for the air conditioner check-up. There was a little mix-up setting up the time for the visit but Charlie was apologetic. I knew there was something wrong with my air conditioner because it was blowing warm air. When I told Charlie what the problem was, he went outside, replaced the capacitor, and in less than 30 minutes, my air conditioner was cooling my house. He deducted the cost of the tune-up plus an additional $20.00. Amazing service and I would definitely use Kewl Aire again!

Description of Work: Initially I purchased a $50.00 A.C. check up for the summer. But right before arriving, I encountered a problem with the part that turns the blower off and back on after reaching the set temperature. He gave us our options, replaced the part, and the final bill was less than he estimated. He was friendly, punctual, and informative. I will call Kewl Aire again!

Description of Work: My husband was concerned that our A/C might be going out - or getting close to it. I signed up for an A/C cleaning/service and Kewl Aire showed up on time. I actually was a few minutes late getting home, and they waited around for me. He serviced the A/C, reset the filter change light (I had already changed the filter) and said our A/C, although a little smaller than our house should probably be, was running fine and there was nothing wrong with it. No trying to sell me a new A/C. I will definitely use them again.
