Description of Work: Our fan motor outside on our heat pump was not working. It was 8:00 at night and Aire Serve was at my house within the hour. They were terrific. Ernest was our technician and he was able to fix the unit within a few minutes. We were more than satisfied with the results and will call on them again for any of our A/C needs. |

Description of Work: We called another provider on Angie's list on July 4th and they never called us back, so we called Air Serve. Matt the owner/operator called us back the same day (holiday) and met with us on Saturday, which the soonest he could meet with us. Matt was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us and answer our questions. He truly demonstrated a genuine interest in wanting to help us. Not only did they install the new system, they also corrected a couple of air flow problems that truly improved cooling. Matt is also an engineer and knows what he is talking about! Julio and Ryan who took care of the installation were very professional and did the job right the first time! I waited to provide feedback to ensure everything was working well, and I can assure you that you won't be disappointed by giving Air Serve your business too!

Description of Work: We first called them out due to leak caused by A/C. They changed filters and told us coils need to be cleaned. Had to call them the next day because still leaking. They did not clean out the drainage pipe which was causing the leakage. Cost me an additional $75.00 for them to come out again and do what they should have done the first visit. We were not happy with that result. Otherwise, performed their service successfully and A/C is running well.

Description of Work: Called Aire Serv on 8/6 when my a/c went out on 8/3 (had tried to replace the defective part over the weekend of 8/4-5 without success). They were out on 8/7 and worked from about 2:00 to 8:00 in the hot attic trying to get the unit repaired but were not successful. Were going to have to go to replacing more expensive parts on a trial and error basis and the unit was 15 years old so we made the decision to explore replacement costs. Meet with Fredrich on 8/10 to discuss replacement systems and made a decision to go with a Rudd system. Installers were out on 8/14 to start the install and had us back with cool air by 7:00 that night. After two weekends without a/c in the middle of August it was a welcome relief. Price was right and service was outstanding. Would recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement of their system.

The three rooms that I had added on to our home also needed duct work replaced. The old duct work was deteriorating. There were new vents installed in the rooms as well, our 3200 square feet home.

Description of Work: They came to clean the condenser coil on the A/C unit in September the cost for that was $313. Then this week we had them come back to do a regular service on the furnace ready for winter. For the regular furnace/A/C service they have a Comfort Protection Plan, with this you pay $169.00, & they will do the winter service & then come out before you switch on the A/C for the summer.
