I have a gold membership with their company. Their membership is kind of expensive. They're reliable. They call to let me know they're on their way. They always show up. The people who come here, there aren't many of them and I know them all. I'm comfortable with them in my house. They do what they're supposed to do. They tell me the potential problems that might need attention. Other than that, they're not trying to sell me another $1000 worth of service or equipment.

Inspection went well. Identified some possible future problems which I had repaired at that time.

Everything went smoothly the part was under warranty and the quote they gave me was much better than the guy before I would definitely recommend but they did not send me invoice for which I called twice It has been almost 8 months now

Everything went great. The came when they said and did the work as planned. They also repaired some leaky ducts. Their prices were lower than our other providers.

Aire serv are very professional. They are always on time for their appts, calling when they are on their way. They explain what they are doing and always leave their area spotless

When we came back from a trip, one of our two Carrier heat pumps was not cooling. Justin diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He gave us a discount because we are Angie's List members. He noted that the same problem could arise in the other heat pump. A few days later, the same heat pump was not working. Justin came back and found a capacitor had gone out. He charged us just for the capacitor and nothing for the labor. Again, we received the Angie's List discount. Two weeks later, we had a complete "tune-up" on both of our heating and cooling units. Ernest applied the same preventative measures on our second heat pump as Justin had done on the first one, so there would be little or no chance of a leak in the refrigerant line. There was no cost for the tune-up, as we had already paid for the annual inspection.

Great as always. We've been a "Silver Advantage Member" with Aire Serv for 4 years. They have serviced our home many times including air conditioning repairs and extra attic insulation. We would never think of using anyone else. The service, courteous, promptness and professionalism are second to none.

Aire Serv was very professional, very responsible. This service was done at a different location than my home. I was able to trust them to perform the work without by being present at all times, which I really appreciated. They did the work to my satisfaction. The programmable thermostats were especially time consuming but the technician continued until he got it right. This is expensive work and their price was reasonable.

They did an A+ work. It was great, because they did what they came out to do and they did not try to upsell me either. I would use them again.

On time; seemed competent. Said one part could go out at any time and needed replacement at a cost of $125. Since I have a home warranty, I did not have him do the work. The furnace worked fine all winter, so I'm not sure that the part actually was bad.

the service tech was knowledgeable, professional and provided good detail on the operation of the units and how to best care for the units and keep them in good working condition. He provided some ideas on how to best handle certain situations should they arise in the future.

Outstanding service, beginning with the day we made the service appointment. Receptionist was very customer friendly and pleasant. The company was completely booked for same day, but was able to have someone come out the following day with only a 3 hour timeframe. We received a courtesy call telling us Justin was on his way to our house and he arrived between the allotted time scheduled. He too was very friendly and courteous. Since the unit was upstairs and involved carpeting, he did place booties over his shoes. He immediately got to work and correctly identified the unit that was having an issue (we have two in the upstairs attic). In a short matter of time, he told us that the pressure switch was the issue. He did get it to work, but could not guarantee how long it would last, so we decided to replace it. He was only here for about an hour. The below price not only includes the part and diagnostic fee, but a maintenance plan to have both units inspected twice a year.

No suggestions for how to heat front bedroom better.

I usually don't purchase service contracts on appliances, but this company offers two free system tune-ups a year, plus a reduced rate on service calls (my system is under warranty for parts and labor), and for $139.00 a year, it seemed like a reasonable offer. The company sent me a postcard in December to remind me that I was due for a check-up. I called and scheduled it at my convenience and was given a 3-hr window within which I could expect the serviceman. On the appointed day he called to say he was heading my way and then arrived thirty minutes later. I remembered Justin, the service man, from past visits. He is extremely courteous, thorough, and goes the extra mile to insure that any concerns are addressed. I am extremely pleased with my unit - which has lowered electric bills notably - and is quiet and efficient in both heating and cooling my house. The service is professional, prompt, and delivered with a personal touch. I would recommend Aire Serv and the Carrier Split-System Heat Pump without reservation.

Were able to stop by within hours of the call. Fixed the heating system by replacing faulty wiring. Professional & fast. Thanks.

To repair problems discovered the price for repair is too high. An example is that I had 2 condensate pans replaced in our Church at 1/2 the price this company wanted to replace the one in my home.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out well. The air conditioner is doing fine. They charged me more than the big deal purchase, because they said that we needed to replace our heater as well. Regarding price, it was kind of a shock, it probably was not their fault but I think it would have been nice to be warned. The guys were really good. We did have a problem after the installation and they came right back to fix it. They were good at punctuality, as I do not remember having to wait for them.

Everything turned out well. They showed up on time, did the work as promised, and didn't leave any messes after the installation had been completed. Additionally, the system is running fine. However, it's difficult to gauge how well it's performing.

Technician was not familiar with unit but went to great lengths to become informed and fix it.

I woke up early in the morning to find water coming thru my ceiling. I called Aire Serv at 4:00 am and spoke directly with a lady who took my report. She informed me that someone would call be back to schedule an appointment. They called me back in less than 30 minutes. I was able to get Justin out to my home almost immediately. He took care of my problem asap. I enrolled in their advantage plan on the spot. They did not even charge me for my emergency service call. The following day Justin returned and did a full service on both of my heat pumps. He was very professional, and explained everything he did and why. He also did a very good job explaining their Advantage Plan. I put their contact information on my refrigerator because I will definitely be using them again. This is the second time I've used AireServ, and there's a reason this was the second time - they do great work. Justin was the technician. Very sharp, professional tech, who explained everything he did during the service. I like this company because they look for potential issues and fix things they think will cause problems down the road. I'll be utilizing their services a third time.

I called Aire Serv for a repair call and discussed a yearly service agreement as well. We scheduled a service call for the afternoon. Justin arrived after his previous service call and we discussed the problem. We switched on the upstairs unit and went to the outside unit to investigate why it had not been running last night and had not been cooling. Oddly enough, when we got outside the unit was running. It had not been running last night when I checked after noticing it was blowing 85 degree air when set to cool. He checked several items and found no problems. We discussed the possibility of the unit being low on freon and shutting itself off as a possibility. After checking, Justin found it was indeed low on freon. He filled the system with freon. I signed up for the yearly service contract and also used the Angie's List coupon. We will schedule the full system check ups next week.

After running fine, our a/c stopped cooling suddenly one night. Called Aire Serv the next morning and technician came out within 3 hours. Diagnosed problem and gave us a written estimate and alternatives. We called back in and approved the work. Next afternoon the parts were installed and the system was up and running by 5:00. Very timely since temperature was over 90 that day and the next. Justin the technician hustled to get us fixed and cool. Impressed with professionalism and promptness. Price seemed fair.
