Description of Work: I bought the coupon on July 3, 2013 and emailed them that same day. No response so I emailed again several times in the next several weeks. I did receive a call from Will and spoke with him then he gave his cell phone to David who explained that they are super busy and its been hard to find good staff to keep. Will said he would come over the next day but I already had plans. I explained they didn't need to come over immediately especially since I know they're busy due to the coupon but I that I would like to get on the calendar even it if was the end of August. After that phone call I didn't hear from them so I sent two more emails and no response so I am giving up now and would like a refund. The guys were not rude or anything just unresponsive.

Description of Work: I fired them two days ago after wasting a month of my time- absolutely TERRIBLE! POORLY managed, no communication and the worst is they use the Angies List Deal to open the door for a bait and switch, UPSELL, UPSELL, OVERCHARGE is their M>O>!!! I request a refund/ credit at the soonest. I should have never bought this deal.

Description of Work: They arrive when they said; seemed very knowledgeable but the price was higher than expected for the amount of work we were requesting.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 Special through the Angie's List email I received. I received personalized service from Will the owner who first came out to go over what I needed done (2 trees and 2 bushes). He confirmed that the work could be completed within the one hour timeframe. He and his team showed up right on time when scheduled and performed all the work within the stated timeframe (to include cleanup). All work was very professional and I was completely pleased with all aspects of the job. I will use Will again and recommend them to anyone needing tree Trimming.

Description of Work: I made arrangements with this company to come to my home and give me a free estimate. The scheduled appointment was for 5:30 PM on April 6, 2012. No one ever bothered to show up. No one bothered to call to say why they weren't showing up. I was very disappointed. I won't recommend this company to anyone.
