Things went very well, the guys were very careful and professional when removing my tree. They also ended up removing a tree for my mother in law and a neighbor.

They never showed up. I have a stump that I have had to have removed so I can begin repair my lawn. I called and it was explained that they like to collect a lot of small jobs and do them all in one day, and that they'd be out to do it in roughly a week. A week and a half goes by and the stump is still there, so I call back... "I'll come have a look at it tomorrow." A week and a half later the stump is still there and I'm calling one of their competitors.

.I was very impressed with the service I received from this company. They were easy to schedule with and always punctual for each appointment. They sent a certified arborist out to inspect the health of the trees and establish my expectations for what I needed trimming. He wrote me an estimate that stated all the things we agreed upon. The day of the work, their crew showed up and expiditiously dispatched with all the tree trimming. They hauled away all the excess branches and sealed the trees where they trimmed. I am very satified with their service and will use them again in the future.

I bought a coupon for work and they wanted to do more work at a higher price. I stuck to the original deal and they were less enthusiastic about the job. Because they didn't bring the right equipment to trim shrubs they kind of butchered my live oak tree with the equipment they did have. Overall I was not impressed with this provider.

Will was responsive and thorough in directing his crew, and made sure we were satisfied with the job.

The employees were friendly and polite. However, it took a couple of weeks to get an appointment. And I ended up having to pay an additional cost. Thought it was a bit much considering only trimming one tree. I requested a receipt but, was told I would receive on via email. Never received it.

Just moved into a new property with over 20 live oaks and other trees. Ordered the Angie's Deal and asked for an overall evaluation of all the trees on the property. Accepted their recommendation for additional service. Work was excellent - very professional and even cleaned up some brush piles that were already there along with the limbs cut.

It went great. The scheduling was excellent. We set a date and another job fell through and they offered to come do the job sooner. I have referred them to several of my neighbors. They also even made the wood into firewood for me. They cleaned up everything.

No one would return my phone calls. When I first purchased the deal I got an email explaining they could not perform the service on the dates I requested, but would get back to me they never did. I called and called and no one would ever call me back. After finally getting a woman on the phone and explaining the service was never done, and the big deal was expiring, she was angry and just hung up on me. Do not want any services performed by them. Please refund.

I needed minor tree trimming done prior to Thanksgiving. I called to schedule the work and the female said the owner would call me back. After no return call, I reached the owner the following day. He stated that he would need to come give me an estimate. I informed him that I had minor work to be done and that 4 man hours of labor would be plenty. He stated that he hated to put 4 hours on the offer but that Angie's List requires it and he would need to give me an estimate for additional costs. He went on to state that one of the hours would be him supervising three workers. He said he would come by the following day to look at the work. He neither came by nor called to inform me that he wasn't coming. This is one of the most unprofessional persons I have dealt with in yearsand I would not recommend using this person. This experience was a complete waste of time. I ended up doing the work myself and have requested a refund from Angie's List. Still waiting for a response from Angie's List.....

They were very bad about contacting me and I'm still waiting for my service and I purchased this over 6 Months ago. I'm very frustrated!!!!

An arborists came and inspected the trees and offered some preventative care options to keep the trees healthy. He explained the best way to protect the trees from disease and assured me he could remove the dead branches while leaving as much green as possible. A whole crew came out to work on the trees and completed in two days. During their work, I mentioned never being able to use my driveway because of the bird poop. They explained to me how they could clear enough branches to keep the birds away and still keep shade on my driveway. I have now been able to use my driveway for the first time in years. They also cleaned up everything very thoroughly afterward. I very, very happy with there service. I have scheduled furture appointments for once a year to maintain the health of my trees. It was somewhat painful to write the check amount, but I felt comfortable in that it was good quality work and worth the value.

Everything went well. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and did a quality job without leaving a mess.

Although the work was satisfactory, I was quite disappointed that the "hour" of work I purchased with the Big Deal seemed inflated to a quote of over $200.00, so I ended up paying as much as other quotes I had received for tree work.

In the process of removing my dead pecan tree, they destroyed my garden shed & its contents including 2 lawnmowers. Several limbs fell, and apparently an employee. The employee filed a claim against my homeowners insurance and I am still waiting for reimbursement of my lawn mower and my shed.

Work was quick and they cleaned up pretty good, not perfect.

They arrived at my house about 8:30 a.m. and worked until about 2:30 p.m. They trimmed the trees and cut the red tips. They cleaned up all the branches and hauled it all away. The next morning I went out and noticed a hole in my deck. It was caused by a branch falling on the deck. I called the owner and told him what happened. I also sent him photos. He said he would make it right. He said he would be out on Sunday at 3:00 to take a look at it. He never showed up. I called him at 3:30 and left him a voice mail. I didn't hear from him again.

THE OWNER, WILL MANN, CAME WITH 5 MEN TO TRIM MY TREES. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE I DON'T ENJOY SPENDING A HALF-DAY WAITING FOR 1 POOR SOUL TO DO THE WORK OF 5 MEN! THE OWNER SUPERVISED HIS MEN AND MADE CERTAIN THE JOB WAS DONE CORRECTLY! ONCE THE WORK WAS COMPLETED, HE REVIEWED EVERYTHING WITH ME AND ASKED IF I SAW ANY ADDITIONAL DETAILS I WANTED DONE. HE WAS HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE MY WISHES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "ABOVE ALL TREE SERVICE".

Crew was very punctual and did a great job trimming the trees on my property. They worked continually most of the day and my trees have never looked better.

I received a prompt response for an estimate. I purchased the service as pat of a Angie's List Hot Deal of the Day. I had to change dates, and Above All Tree Service accommodated my schedule. The service was excellent, and my trees look great. They hauled away all the limbs, and either picked up or blew away all the twigs from the lawn. Above All Tree Service showed up on time, and completed the work as estimated. No hidden charges or extra fees. I highly recommend using this company for tree trimming.

They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. It was an Angie's List special, so it was a little hard to pin down a date/time for them to come out. Once they came, all went well, and the 4 men were all friendly and hard-working.

They trimmed the trees so we could see the lake and really gave one tree a good grooming. Hauled off the trimmings and left us a bit of firewood. We are very pleased with the service.

I ordered this Big deal on July 3rd, 2013 for four hours of labor for tree trimming. I had three palm trees that needed a trimming, so I figured it would pretty easy for them to knock them out in the allotted four hours that I had purchased. I called to set up a time for them to come by and do the work, but they wanted someone needed to come by and bid the work first, so I said OK. They came by and bid the work on July 17th, 2013 at 12:30pm and said that it would take longer than 4 hours and that I would have to pay an additional half-hour of time. I accepted that bid Here is the reason I gave them three ?C? grades: They said they were real busy and that they would come and trim my trees in two weeks. I did not hear back from them until September 9th, nearly 6 weeks later.. They did eventually do the work on September 11th and the work was completed professionally. Only downside: *They are very busy (which I suppose is good), but I was not kept in the loop on the long delay before work was done. Just a little more communication from them would have been helpful. Upsides: * The trimming job was eventually completed and done well. *They did a very good job and even blew off the area and cleaned out the debris from the flower beds that were beneath the palms they trimmed. *They also tried to keep as much debris out of the pool (right beneath one of the trees) as possible. They did a great job of clean up after the work. *They did honor their original quote, even though they took a little longer to complete the total job, including clean up.

Will and crew arrived exactly on time. Went to work to remove the tree. Completed the job within an hour, including clean up. WOW! Excellent!

They were professional. They did more than was asked for. I would use them again.
