They came and gave us an estimate, we asked two other companies for an estimate, and they were excellent. They arrived on time, on the day they told me, they knew what they were doing, and they were knowledgeable, they new the names of the trees and how they grow.

Trimmed oak tree and cleared all peat moss. Great job for the money.

Because of the heat, the length of time the work would take and other extenuating situations we agreed to reschedule a couple of times. On Saturday morning the crew of 5 showed up at 8:40am (as agreed) and got right to work. They finished the job around 1:00pm. All the work was done to my satisfaction. They cleaned up after themselves and the place looks great now! I have a few other jobs for them to do and I will be calling them soon to get those done.

Above All Tree Service got really busy and they had a lot of people to redeem the offer. I called a couple of times and the owner called me back and said "I apologize, we had a mix up, somebody jotted down your telephone number and we got it under a wrong name." I appreciate that the owner was very on top of things. I felt great customer service from the top down. They really asked me what I wanted which is what I appreciated and I liked the fullness of our trees, I just wanted some of the dead branches dug out. Then we needed for our house to pass inspection, we're getting ready to put it on the market. We had some of the trees that were too close at the edge of the roof trimmed back so we can pass inspection on that. The cool thing was three quarters through the job, the owner of the business showed up on the site, rang the doorbell, introduced himself and he said "I just want to make sure I understand that we're doing the job and what you wanted." I said "Yeah, I really like the fullness, I don't want the tress to be butchered, I just want it a little bit trimmed out." My husband and I tried to trim little bit of the trees ourselves before they came out, we had a bunch of dead branches that kind of passed over the side of our house and I asked them if they're be willing to haul those off for us to in addition to whatever new they trim down. They sad "yeah, no problem." They were nice enough to haul off other dead stuff that we had already trimmed ourselves. They did a great job.

He was just wonderful. He was getting inundated, because of the big deal. He made all efforts to get out here. He was very personable. My neighbors were so impressed they went ahead and hired him. He did a wonderful job. He came out and two days later, he did the actual work. It was a couple of days after I made the purchase. I added $200 worth of services. He is local and he really cared about it. He came out, supervised the work, and made sure that everything was done properly. That is going above and beyond and exceeding my expectations.

Will came out within a few days of contacting him to survey the work and give me an estimate. He told me that they would be able to get it done but that due to work load it may be a few weeks. He kept in contact with me and let me know when they were coming out they came out performed the work and cleaned up everything nicely.

Mr. Mann, the owner, works hard to gain and keep customers satisfied.

Will and his team did an excellent job. They worked swiftly and professionally. They removed two trailers of branches, trunks and foliage from the property. Clean up was well done.

Thru Angies List I purchased a deal of 4 hours of tree service for $111. It was supposedly valued at $169 according to the ad. I called to arrange for an estimate in the work I would like to have done. A company representative stopped by my home; he was very professional and very knowledgeable. My wife told him what we would like to have accomplished which was removing the branches of a tree that are touching the roof of our home, this tree is in our deck, she also asked for additional estimates on other work we wanted around the yard. The representative provided the estimates in writing and they were: $230 to prune the trees in the deck. $385 to prune six live oaks in our yard and $285 to prune four elms in the yard. The following day I called Mr. Mann, the owner. He checked the estimate provided by his worker and I told him that I was interested in the pruning of the trees in the deck and asked him how will the deal I purchased from Angies List would affect the price. He replied that he will discount the price I paid for the deal from the total price. He also asked me which deal I bought since he has several thru Angies List. I told him that it was the one for 4 hours of tree service for $111 and he said that $111 would be discounted from the total price. I thanked him and told that I would call him when we were ready to get the work done. He was very professional in the phone. What bothers me is that this is really no deal. I had just paid $111 for a supposed value of $169 but the company would only discount the $111 from the total price. I might as well have gone to the Above All Tree Services on my own with no discount. I am sure this is a wonderful company given the professional representation of the worker and the owner but I thought I was purchasing a deal instead of paying full price. Do not get me wrong, I am sure they are worth the full price and normally I would have gone and paid full time if I had approached them directly but I approached them thru a special offer on Angies List and I expected the deal and that is why I am actually asking for a refund thru Angies List on the deal. If the company was not ready to honor $169 for $111 then they should not have advertised it. And if they are not going to honor it then I should be able to be refunded.

Mr. Mann came promptly to look over the job when called. We bought the Angie's List $99.00 for four man hours of work. He said that he would have four men to work one hour for the $99.00 and estimated it would be another 1.5 hours (total time 2.5 hours) to complete the job. He mentioned that if the crew went over that time, he would honor the 1.5 hours of extra time and not charge more. He called the day of the job to say he and the crew were running late and would be about 15-30 minutes later than planned. He and 3 men showed up at 0830. His men started working but he left for 35 minutes and returned and then started helping as the 4th person of the crew. Before he left for the 35 minutes, he mentioned that the job would likely take more than 2.5 hours but he would charge us for the 1.5 hours (we had paid for one hour-4 men- already). The job overall was well done with very good clean up. After the pruning was completed and the crew was clearing the debris, he came to discuss payment. He said that since the job went more than 15 minutes over the 2.5 hours, he wanted payment for 1/2 hour extra. We reminded him that he said not to worry if the crew went over the alotted 2.5 hours and reminded him that we did not have 4 men working the whole time and that he was gone at least 35 minutes at the start. He agreed. We agreed on $300.00 extra payment (on top of the $99 we had already paid). He then said it would be 324.75 because of 8.25% tax added. Mr. Mann did walk the property with us and the clean up and job were complete prior to his crew leaving. I would prefer to have a quote for the job next time instead of the by the hour and then go through the exercise as written above. What constitutes an hour of work can be relative and time can pass without much work occuring in some instances.

I used the deal for $99 and then I spent additional $175 which was very reasonable because we got a quote that was three times higher to trim all my trees. He gave a great deal. My experience with him was great. He was on time, his team worked hard the whole time, cleaned up the whole area, asked them not to do much around the pool and made a point not much into the pool. He did a phenomenal job, tremendous job and everything we asked him to do, they did it. They are reliable, detail-oriented, polite and professional. I will use them for life.

Will's group was very professional and did a good job of trimming trees, plus cleaning up when they were finished with the job.

Will was only there when he said he would be on our first meeting. He then said he'd do the work on Wed - no sho. Then he said Friday for sure - no sho. Then it was Saturday - sorry, can't do it. Finally came on Monday. The work done was good, but reliability stunk. His excuses were the Holiday (July 4th), "my guys didn't want to work the day after the 4th", "I lost phone service that's why I didn't call you", "didn't have any guys show up today", and more. I would not recommend them.

Will was completely professional. He came on time (actually called and asked could he come early). He did an excellent job. I was very pleased and would use him again. He was adamant about seeing that I was satisfied with his work and I was very satisfied.

They came out to look at the tree first and said it would take a half day (4 hours) to trim it properly which would cost approx. $400. I told them I bought 4 hours on the Groupon But they said it was only one hour for 4 men. I asked them to do what they could in the one hour with the four men. They came out and did so.

I had a very large dead tree overhanging power lines. The company came out and gave me an estimate. they said they would not be able to schedule me for a few days because they were very busy. However, they were able to finish another job early and came out and cut the limbs overhanging the power lines. They later came out at the assigned time and finished removing the tree. When they were done there were no limbs or branches left in the yard. They were very pleasant and professional throughout the job. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing tree service.

Provider showed up on time and was very professional. Looked over my request to trim/prune oak tree. Noticed that I had an insect, either carpenter ant/termite, problem. Suggested I take care of that problem first before making cuts into the tree and weakening it and possibly making the insect problem worse. He stated that it is best to prune in cooler weather too. Although the quote was, I felt a little high, I did appreciate his observation of my insect problem and suggestion. Anyone else would have just done the job and I may have lost the tree. If I could get a better price, I would use this company. I will readdress in the fall when the weather cools down for oak tree pruning.

Mr Will Mann and his professionals did a splendid job. I was amazed at their handy work and the huge difference it made to my yard. They also did a great job cleaning the yard after all the pruning and trimming was done. Another impressive attribute was Mr. Mann's willingness to please. He wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied and didn't leave until I was. There were some minor adjustments I wanted made and they were taken care of without hesitation. Additionally, the cost for the service was reasonable/affordable. I would certainly use Above All Tree Service again and recommend the company to others as well.

After several phone calls for estimates I reached out to Will from Above All Tree & Landscape. Will promptly traveled to the house and gave an estimate to my husband that same day. The estimate was significantly lower than all of the competitors quotes. Although skeptical of such a low price, the service provided met and even exceeded expectations. Will and crew were a tad late from their estimated arrival time but after seeing the detail they provide during service I can understand how some jobs take longer than expected. The crew trimmed a large live oak from the front of the house and a smaller oak from the back. After trimming they stacked several larger pieces of wood, as requested, for fire wood. Then an extensive cleanup was provided to ensure the yard looked as good, if not better, than before they began work. My husband and I are both extremely happy with the service provided and would absolutely recommend this service to anyone. The value for the money can't be beat and I plan on calling Will again with any tree service needs.

Mr Mann's crew were very knowledgeable of their job. Mr. Mann provided expert techniques to remove two large trees that could have damaged my neighbors building if the fell on it. The crew worked non stop from the time they arrived until they left.
