Their service was fine. We were satisfied with the service.

I was out of state when my renter called with an a/c complaint. The unit was not cooling well. I contacted Tex-perts and they responded the next day and told me the system was frozen up due to low flow from a dirty filter and a problem with the thermal expansion valve. They changed the filter and thawed the system, and all was well. They recommened a coil cleaning ($280) and a thermal expansion valve change ($1000). I told them I thought all the problems were due to the dirty filter and said I could get the coil cleaned for $150 from another a/c service. Then they lowered the coil cleaning price to $180 and I took them up on it. I did not do anything to the thermal expansion valve and everything has worked fine for the past 2 months following the service visit. The communication to me about the problem was first rate. They kept me informed and did not do anything without discussing it first. I found the service to be good (both the phone service and technician), but the price quotes and work estimates seemed a little questionable. I may still end up with a thermal expansion valve problem, but only time will tell. So far, so good.

Responsive and polite from the first call to set up appointment through the visit by the technician. Technician answered some questions I had about the second ceiling vent in the hallway....whether to use a filter there or not. He was organized and thorough.

Job went very well. The tech who came out was very polite and knowledgeable about my older system. Service was fast and efficient; we also discussed possible future issues with my older system, and replacement options when the time comes. Overall great experience, I would recommend this company.

Tex-Perts staff was very professional. I had purchased a package for a multi point service. They recharged some freon that was low in one unit and did a complete check and tune-up on all three units. The only thing they forgot was to change the filters (which was part of the package). I wrote that off as an oversight. All-in-all, the service was very good.

These guys were excellent. They showed up when they said they would. They performed the tune up I paid for and when they found another problem they gave me a fair price that included a discount. Definitely will use them again.

They did have to do some extensive repairs in addition to the tune-up. Everything is working fine, but I do wish I had gotten another estimate because the price seemed a bit high after all the work was done.

Very well done and thorough. Took off the panel to clean the AC. No other company had ever done that. Added the freon it needed and let me know there was a small leak which I already knew. Eventually AC would have to be replaced if leak got bigger. No way of telling how long that would be and gave me a ball park figure of how much a new one would cost and the size unit I would need. Gave very helpful information for me to use so I could shop around for the best buy.

Arrived in time line. --completed work order request. --Stated Outside unit was a little low on freon, Did not offer a price bringing it back up to specifications. Left work area tidy.

We were burning up. Went to Angie's list and selected Tex-Perts. I called and they had someone out in a few hours. He was able to get cooler air blowing. I will be calling them back to do the work that was suggested.

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and I really liked that. I also liked that he wasn’t here to sell me anything extra; he was here to get the work done and assured me that everything was working fine. Edgar Garcia was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and I was very satisfied with the work he did.

I didn't like the fact that TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating tried to upsell me when he got here. He was like, "This part is going to go bad soon do you want me to replace it now," and I was like, "No, I'll call you when it goes bad,"and it hasn't gone bad yet.

Excellent service was performed by Edgar Garcia - he unclogged the main drain then went the extra mile by extending my drain pipe outside because he noticed it was dripping on our foundation. He also gave me a helpful tip and told me to by a high voltage shop vac and place it on each main drain pipe every 3 months to clear and maintenance the pipes my self - thanks Edgar!!! Also I used their AngiesList coupon and it really helped us out. I will definitely use them again :)

The man that came was very professional and thorough. I believe I got my money's worth and am happy with how my AC is working.

technician performed service very well

Shortly after I purchased my Big Deal, P J from Tex-Perts contacted me to see when it would be cnvenient for me to schedule the inspection. The time was set and the tech called to inform me he was on his way -- on time. The full inspection was complete and to my satisfaction. The tech did find a defective float in the drip pan -- good thing he did since my whole unit is in the attic -- and it was replaced at a very reasonable price. I was so satisfied I asked if the company had any maintenance program because I would be interested based on the quality of work I watched. I would highly recommend Tex-Perts.

Company representative arrived as scheduled and completed inspection and maintenance quickly and thoroughly.
