They solved a problem with my heater that had been going on for a year, which no other company took the time to find. Our heater had an intermittent problem and most other companies were not willing to spend the time waiting for the error to occur so that it could be fixed (or in some cases, when they did see it, they didn't know what to do.) On the first service call, Tex-perts was unable to find the problem, too, but I was encouraged by their professionalism. On the second call, the tech spent about two hours testing and retesting, found the problem, removed the faulty part, and re-wired our heater. Since there were no parts involved, all I paid was the cost of two service calls. Other companies tried to sell me a new heater, but Tex-perts spent the time on a not very profitable (for them) repair. It mattered to them that this was the second call for the same problem, and they were committed to finding it and they did! I'll certainly use them again.

He cleaned both outside units and did the units in the attic, as well. He found no major problems so no intervention needed to be done. The technician was very professional and courteous. He respected our home.

The technician performed a Pre-season 24-Point A/C Tune-Up. He was on time, quick, clean and professional. As a new home owner I don't know much about my air conditioner or what services were performed. However, I appreciated the advice and care instructions the technician gave me. I think if we have any issues with the unit we would probably give this company a call again.

The new capacitor was $240 which I thought was somewhat high after looking the part price up on the internet. it was a 150% markup, but I guess that's the price you pay for things.... A/C performed flawlessly over the summer in the TX heat.

We called TEX-PERTS based on previous Angies list reviews. We were very happy with their services. They were able to beat the other estimates we received on a better quality unit. The guys were on-time, clean and efficient. The unit runs perfectly and the rooms it serves are the coolest and driest in the entire house. We will be calling them again when our other units need replacing in the future.

We have used ABC Pest Control for several years and have been 100% pleased with that service, so we decided that we would use the Home and Commercial Services to have an electrician install a light fixture for us. The electrician arrived right on time and went straight to work. He was very professional and exhibited the same courtesies we receive from the pest control personnel. I would recommend calling ABC for any kind of work they offer around the home--and for pest control. They can't be beat!

Overall, they arrive between the timeframe we set, they explain what they will do, then complete the job. Very professional &friendly!

This is a very basic, plastic box with a few contacts but no fused or breaker overload protection. By phone, a woman in the TexPerts office said the box would cost $269. The technician said it would be $460. I negotiated the $269 price. Then the tech recommended a $195 easy start kit, which I agreed to. Later in talking with neighbors, I learned that TexPerts seems to routinely recommend an easy start kit to all of my neighbors and their friends. My experience was that one service lead to another, which lead to another service. My neighbor mentioned that the tech may receive a commission based on how much he sells. He also told me that you don't need an easy start kit unless the unit is located fairly far from the breaker box. Mine is 15 feet away.The tech was knowledgeable and friendly and impressed me as being a nice guy. However, I felt that he tried to overcharge me for the disconnect box and may have encouraged an easy start kit when it may not have been needed.

Overall, they were great, truely professional and friendly.

They job was done very well. They were efficient, professional, and punctual. They did the check up on heater and a/c. They did find one problem and was able to fix it the same day. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

A bit late but he called to explain why he got a late start. Very friendly. He did what appeared to be a very good job. I felt much more comfortable having an outside look at the system.

Very respectable young men that came and did the tune up. I was not pressured to do nor did they mentioned something else needed to be done. A job very well done and I would definitly recommend the company.

Great service from beginning to end. The recommendation to replace the unit was explained thoroughly, and was not "pushed" at all. We were also very impressed with the installation work. It was completed efficiently and quickly, and the unit is working perfectly!

Tech was prompt and polite. Informed me of one service that could be performed, was was clear that was preventive in nature and would not extend the life of my 'senior' AC system. Gave recommendations on best time of year for changing out a system from a financial perspective.

They def know what they are doing and are professional - but there are other companies that are more reasonably priced. On a side note I had major leaks on both my inside units 6 weeks later- opted to call another company- the leaks were due to clogged drain lines which I would have though TexPerts would have blown out and made sure they were clear.

The office called before arrival. Technician Juan arrived on time. Inspected and serviced my furnace, what is in the attic. Checked and cleaned out condensation drain. Offered to install a new filter which I had previously done a week earlier. Answered all of my questions including the condition of my 25 year old furnace. Told me the unit is currently OK and safe but let me know that I should think about replacement as it is become rusty and does not have some of the safety cut off features as newer units. He did not pressure to sell me anything whatsoever. He did recommend I install a carbon monoxide detector. Very positive experience. I will use this company in the future.
