After having previously used Texperts last summer for repairs on my a/c,, I didn't hesitate to call them when I was having trouble with my furnace. Their office personnel is very courteous, and scheduled a service technician for the following day. Juan showed up on time and patiently listened while I explained the issue I was having with my furnace. One of my units' thermostat wasn't displaying anything and it had apparently tripped a breaker. I had no success resetting the breaker before he came, but of course it worked right away for him. He went ahead and went into my attic to check out the furnace unit. He inspected the wiring and found harness wiring connected with no wire nuts, causing a short against the gas valve. Fortunately through his thorough inspection, we were able to correct this situation, averting a possible fire. He also found the inducer motor relay stuck, leaving the inducer running. After receiving our permission to replace the control board, Juan had to leave to get the part, but returned a short time later and finished the work in a timely manner. I have been extremely satisfied with the personnel and work performed by Texperts.

Amazing! They are a company you can trust and go to when your heating and cooling is in need. Which is important in Texas!

I'll be brief. If you need minor service, Tex-Perts is great. We had them out to do a minor repair and had no problems. Very professional and punctual. Unfortunately, they gave us owners phone number and told us to contact him to obtain an estimate on replacing basically our whole system. We have two, upstairs and downstairs. I called him twice (about two or three weeks apart). Don't ask me why I gave him a second chance, I have learned my lesson. Both instances were identical: 1) Call and left voicemail. 2) Owner calls back within 5 or 10 minutes and explains he's not in the office. I explain I want estimate, he asks when and gets all of my contact information including address. I tell him, he informs me he'll call back the next day when he knows his schedule to tell me when he can come out. 3) No return call. At all. Nada. Two other companies were more than happy to return my call, setup appointments, show up on time and give me estimates (between $13,000 and $20,000) for replacing our systems. Needless to say, I'm writing a check to one of them tomorrow.

The freon level in AC was low, causing AC evaporator to freeze, overflow the internal drip pan, drip onto the attic floor, and drip into the master closet. Found that 1) AC freon level was low (filled), 2) drip pan drain line was clogged (cleared), 3) drip overflow pan mispositioned so that it was not directly under the AC evaporator (not corrected), 4) drip overflow pan cutoff switch inoperative (replaced), 5) drip overflow pan drain line clogged with fiberglass insulation (cleared), 6) AC freon line between compressor and evaporator passes through masonry wall without sleeving (not corrected). The work that was done, seems to have been done correctly but the technician said that he could not re-position the drip overflow pan (I don't believe this) and he said that the copper freon line passing through cement grout is not a problem (neither do I believe this). However, I don't have a problem with the way that the other work was done.

I have rental properties, bought and called on them to help with a unit. I assume they fixed the issue since tenants had not complained since. I would have liked the company to give me a run down of what was done and anything they may recommend.No

I used the big deal and they did come and serve it. They came in when they said they would. It was just for the coupon service and they did not do more than that. I used them on July 12th. The technician's name who came in was Wahn. I was satisfied with their services. I cannot say there was anything super extraordinary. I was going to call them back and ask them to come back and check it, as I heard a sound, but the unit was working fine. They did make a few recommendations of the things I should do or could do to help my unit, which is old. But, frankly because I do not want to put any money into something that I am going to need to replace. My existing unit was put in in 1997, so it is on its last legs. The unit was put in by Kendall County Air and I had an issue with them a few years back and so I stopped using them on a regular basis. I had a maintenance plan with them. So, I was trying to find another company and this one worked out for me. It worked out just fine. I wanted to have my unit serviced before this summer got really bad and they were very competent. I called for an appointment on July 2nd and the appointment was setup for July 12th between noon and 2:00 p.m., and till 2:35 the technician had not arrived yet, so I called and they were running late and they apologized for not calling me and etc., and so it was fine.

My experience with Tex-Perts was excellent. The owner was professional, responsive, punctual, and completely answered all of my questions. The unit was very expensive but this company's pricing was better than the others. The work was done in a timely fashion while taking care of my home. The follow up was also good. I was very happy with the work that was done and have not had any problems.

From Scheduling to Finish everything went well and I got a nice understanding of issues that we had with the older system. The Tech cleaned everything that needed cleaning.

Our heating & air conditioning system was 5 years old. We never had a problem, so we didn't bother with regular check-ups. We started getting a little nervous when we noticed our neighbors having problems with their air conditioners. Of course, they always broke down during the hottest part of the summer, & one neighbor was without ac for several 100 degree days! Then our air condition started making noises that concerned us. Fortunately, that's about the time the $49.00 ac/heating special appeared.We called Tex-Perts & scheduled an appointment. The service technician arrived within the specified time period & performed a very through inspection. He discovered that the condenser in our system was close to "exploding." (I know that sounds dramatic but I beleive that was the word he used...very scary!) He replaced the condenser (much cheaper than if it exploded!) & told us about their service plan, which we purchased. Among other things, the service plan included 2 check-ups. When it was time for our inspection, Tex-Perts called to remind us it was time to schedule an appointment, not once, but twice! (I hadn't returned their call yet.) Once again, the tech arrived within the specified time. We even received a call when he was on his way! He performed another thorough inspection. No problems! We purchased another service contract today. For a reasonable price, we have peace of mind! Our condenser is guaranteed for another year, Tex-Perts will perform 2 check ups, & if we have a problem, we will receive priority scheduling! Peace of mind!!!!!!! Thank you Tex-Perts!

I per-purchased coupons to use on my dual-zone A/C systems. A thorough checkup was performed by a friendly and professional staff member. One system needed extra refrigerant, which he added and was included from the coupon special. He took the time to answer all my questions, including why I needed more refrigerant. He did not attempt to sell me any additional services or repairs, which showed his professionalism. I wish I had a full inspection done on the A/C before I bought the house. A home inspector does not do as thorough a job when inspecting the system.

They came out and it was fine! They were courteous, true gentleman, very nice, and they answered all my questions, and fielded them with ease and were very kind about it. They called before they came out and made sure we here.

They are really good. They were efficient and they were good. The price is reasonable. The people they send out were very knowledgeable, very polite and very clean. Their people were so good that for the first time ever in all the years I have that type of work done, the technician came in with a list of this is what this valve reading was and this is what it should be on every part of the equipment. They also changed the filter for me inside the house for free. I paid them $99 to come twice a year. I felt the price was more than reasonable.

They were very courteous and efficient and had the new control board installed in less than an hour. I was very satisfied, but I also learned something about the heating and A/C repair business.

I called to have an A/C unit checked on a house we just purchased. We were told a technician was just finishing up another call and would be available to look at the unit for us. When we arrived at the house, about 20 minutes later, the technician (Edgar Garcia) was waiting for us. That's service! He was professional and proficient. He checked the two heating units at our home, in addition to verifying that the A/C unit was functioning properly. He measured the temperature of the heat coming from each and every air duct. He noted that we did not have carbon monoxide detectors, even though we have a gas furnace, and he recommended we purchase several for our home. We were very pleased with his professionalism and with the same-day response to our request for a service call. We will use this company in the future.

I had my heater serviced. About 4 months prior I had my A/C serviced by another company and my wife was told that we had mold all over the place and needed over $1000 of serves. TEX-PERTS checked the issues and parts and informed us all as good.

The technician was prompt and professional. I had no complaints about the service.

We purchased his services from Anglie's list of big deals for 60.00 for A/C tune up and check. He was prompt and curteous. He serviced our A/C unit and gave advice for saving money on our electric bill.

The company was quick to respond to my call and appointment request. They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, identified themselves, and began inspecting the AC Unit outside of the house as well as the ducts in the house. Everything checked out, AC Unit was recharged, and all questions were answered professionally. I did request a quote from their company for an upgraded and new AC Unit. I was called back a couple of days later and given some options as well as told that I could make an appointment for a consultation. To this date, I have not followed up on this. This company is very professional and I would use again. Thanks.

Showed up same day we called. Worked in the dark to replace a bad motor and restore heat on a cold night. No overtime charges.
