Very satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Excellent customer service. Tex-Perts politely worked to accommodate a shifting appointment schedule. Technician was prompt, polite, knowledgeable. He worked quickly and thoroughly to identify and document all maintenance issues, uncovering issues not reported to me by previous HVAC company or by my home inspector 6 months earlier (these were not new issues). Technician did not try to sell me on extra or unnessary repairs and thoroughly serviced items missed by previous HVAC company. Total bill was less than estimate given by Customer service by about $25.

I was pretty impressed with these guys! It started with my call to Texperts to schedule the Big Deal A/C tuneup...their scheduler was polite and professional, and she was able to fit us into their schedule without us having to wait a month. On the day of service, they called to let me know the technicain was on his way to our home, and he showed up promptly. He inspected all our A/C equipment (we have two units--one for upstairs and one for downstairs), checked pressure levels on A/C lines, and recharged system with freon as needed. I had to pay extra for additional freon and it was expensive, but the extra amount was beyond the scope of the original Big Deal so I had no issues paying it. Several days later our downstairs unit failed to turn on despite my repeated attempts to adjust the thermostat to get it to engage, so the next morning I called Texperts to come back and fix it. I was surprised when they said they could come later that same afternoon, whereas many companies would have made us wait a few days due to their "busy schedule". The technician showed up on time, determined that a simple fix was required (he attached a loose door to the exchanger with screws), completed the work in 30 minutes, and left without charging a dime for the call. I would definitely call these guys again!

A pretty good transaction with a couple of hiccups. It's hard to be enthusiastic about dropping $7000 to make the house livable. We have no overt complaints and our C-rating for pricing is based on the the fact that it means "fair," which we think it was.

I wasn’t here again but I thought it went well except I just had one problem because they said that I didn’t need any refrigerants when they came out and I have had any over a year so I just found that it kinda strange. Well I just thought that they came out as scheduled and they were professional and we haven’t had any problem again with refrigerant but they came out and they did what they was supposed to do. He looked everything and did a tune up and so my system is operating well. I don’t have any problems.

It went really well. He was prompt and on time for the service call. Also, he was very informative, very thorough and knowledgeable in his field.

He was on time and appearedto do a thorough check and washed the iutside of air cnditioner. I did not require freon and everything was in working rder

A very thorough inspection of our A/C system was done, inside & out. The drain line was cleaned out, & the outdoor unit hosed down. We plan to take advantage of an inspection they offer to go over the system twice a year -- once for A/C & once for heating. Very professional, very prompt, very courteous. Very impressive!

Serviceperson did a neat and professional job. Went over self maintenence tips.Did a follow up phone check to make sure we were satisfied.

I discovered that I have a family of opposums living under my house. I?ve used ABC Home and Commercial Services for insect control for over a decade so I thought of them first for this new animal control issue. I called them and the lady who I spoke to was incredibly helpful. She understood and went above and beyond to find a tech who could come out right away. A tech was at my door within 2 hours! The urgency of the situation was the horrible smell and the tech brought some odor absorbing bags/sponges to fight that situation. He explained that an inspector from the company would come look at the situation prior to them actually placing (humane) animal traps - I agreed to that and the appt has been set for tomorrow. They will trap the opposums and relocate them. Once that?s done, I can also hire ABC to inspect the house to make sure no damage has been done and to seal up any tunnels/places any additional neighborhood opposums (or squirrels, etc.) could get into. I plan to do that as well so this never happens again. I am SO appreciative of this company?s quick and friendly help!!! The lady at the office even called me the day after the initial call to see how things had gone and if the smell was better.

The service person showed up early and did good work. He was thorough and our AC unit appears to be working well a few weeks later, so I think they did a great job.

The first technician left the gate open and one of my dogs escaped. That was the only problem I had.

While I was out of town on a business trip my wife informed me that our AC unit outside had frozen pipes and the house was not cooling. The unit was turned off at the thermostat to prevent any further damage. Since I was in all day meetings, I could not answer my phone so I chose to contact them via the Angies List app through email on my iPhone. Tammy, a customer service representative, promptly responded to my email inquiry and was very professional and polite. I was able to schedule the service appointment at a very convenient time for me. On the day of the appointment, they called to confirm I was at home and to notify me that the technician was on the way. George the technician showed up on time and was very professional. He quickly assessed the problem and informed me that my AC unit has a minor leak. He recommended a leak test, but since I was not prepared for a big expense at the moment, He provided me with a few options that fit my budget and calendar. I was very happy with the work and interaction with the company.

I think it's a family-owned business & we've been really happy with them. We've been using them for about a year & half now & even dropped this service on our home warranty because we didn't want to use anyone else. The tech, Juan, talked to us about some things we could do to maintain the unit for a few more years when can replace it.

I have been using them for almost 18 years. They let you know when they are coming. All the different people that I dealt with that come out to service now are very friendly, knowledgeable and if I ever had a problem I will call them and they are out there so they are very dependable. I would continue to use them.

They came out and did a review of the system. I bought this house as a foreclosure, and I don't know a lot about it, so the information they gave me was quite useful. I found out my air conditioning system was 22 years old in half of the house. What was negative was that, afterwards I spoke generally with the owner about putting in another unit because I wanted to replace it before it goes down and I asked him to have somebody come out and give me a bid on it and no one ever did. I'd expected to spend $10,000 to $15,000 on a new system and I thought that would interest somebody. They could have at least given me a solid bid so I can plan on it because I don't want to do it from one day to another. I want someone to bid on it and I'll set aside the money, figure out how I'm going to do it exactly and then arrange it for a month later. Technically, for what I bought in a $59 deal, they did a very good job. I liked them and thought it was a good promotion and the quality of the work was good. I might use them again because they have a quarterly or semi-annual deal that might be interesting, but only when I get another system.

It was a good experience from the reviews, the "deal" coupon, the phone call, the appointment, and all has worked as I hoped.

Company gave me a schedule for work to be done on 7 March and would arrive between 1100 and 1300. I called the company the day before and was told we were still on track for our appointment. The next day the company called to tell me that they wanted to push the time back to 1330.. they said they would call me when the tech was on the way and I said ok. At 1330 I had not heard from the company so I called thm. I was told the tech was on the way and should be at my house in the next few minutes. Tech arrived at 1400. Tech did not use "booties" or other covering on his shoes. Once at the house the tech explained some things and appeared to do satisfactory work.Upon completion the tech gave me a copy of the work order and departed. No problems were noted, which was in line with my expectations, as both units are working fine. Overall the company did perform the work requested in a satisfactory manner and as far as deals go, I thought it was a really good deal! With a two hour window I would have expected that they could have met that schedule. however, when I was called to have the schedule extended, I was told it was because they would like the temp to be closer to 70. Nothing was said about the temp being a factor when originally scheduled. Other than the schedule, I am pleased with the work and value associated with it!

TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating did everything they were supposed to do. They were very informative. They were really good.

I had a gas leak in my heater detected in the night. Found Tex-Perts on Angie's List and they were here right away. Edgar was right on time, very professional, quick and thorough. He replaced a control valve that was defective and then replaced a supply line "just to be safe" at no charge. Gave price a B only because it was an expensive part, not because I know what others would have charged. I would gladly use Tex-Perts again.
