Began with Angie's Big Deal about a year and a half ago. We signed up and the next time problems with some switches showed up. Service man explained, and agreed to fix what was necessary at the time, giving me time to consider further problems that could develop. Next check-up we went ahead with further repairs and the prices were reasonable. They to send the same technician every time, reducing analysis time and are prompt and accomodating when arranging appointments.

My mom's A/C wasn't working very well and Tex-perts came out to do a tune-up. They found that the drain was clogged and blew it out. It works perfect now! Very professional and on time. They didn't charge for the drain blow-out either! Awesome!

They were very helpful with my furnace unit. They were thorough in the appointment. I was very impressed with them.

My experience with this company was top drawer from start to finish. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowldgable. That includes owner who is accessible and helpful. Service rep (Edgar) was friendly, skilled and professional. This was my first use of Tex-Perts but I feel comfortable and confident in using this company again and in assessments and recommendations given by this company.

Because we needed a window a/c unit fixed and they don't do that, there were no services rendered, however their customer service person was fantastic! After telling us they did not do the type of work we needed, she offered to check with her repairmen for possible reference to someone who did work on window units. Then she called back within the hour to say they did not have anyone to refer us to and apologized for being unable to help us. Just knowing that she tried her best to be of assistance to us made my day!

Talk about customer service. First, I received a call that the tech was running late, which I appreciated so much. Then I received a 2nd courtesy call that the tech was on his way. He came in and checked my AC unit inside first. I explained to him what the other company had said about my coil. This tech put his phone where he could take a picture of that coil and showed me there was nothing wrong with the coil. Then he checked the outside unit. The other company said I had a refrigerant leak. Tex-pert's tech did not find any leak. I loved this company. The tech then explained their service contract, which is one of the best prices out there. I will use Tex-perts from now on. I was so impressed with their customer service and their tech. I signed my parents up for their service as well. It's nice to see a company that has the old-fashioned customer service mentality! There aren't many of these companies left in America.....thank you Tex-perts!

Serviceman arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he would be doing and was very prompt in completing the job. I purchased the Angie's list big deal for $50 for the service call w/ the 1lb of refrigerant. I purchased two for my house and a rental. Serviceman did both within 1.5 hours. Both A/C units are running fine. What I did find odd was that he advised that neither needed refrigerant even though the deal included it. I didn't question it then but overall was satisfied with the service.

ABC is very easy to work with. Estimates are free and they perform all of their services as agreed during the estimate phase. The team members showed up on time and were very professional .The quality of work service is excellent. I plan on using ABC for all of my future landscaping/pest control needs. I would recommend them to a friend.

The technician was great! He identified & patched a leak in my ducting. I decided to add more pounds of refrigerant after finding out I was low. One pound was free with the initial inspection/tune-up. The A/C has worked great since. This is a huge improvement over what it was doing before. I do need to call TEX-PERTS because the leak they fixed appears to need patching again. Keep in mind this is a difficult spot that can require multiple attempts to patch. This is not something I consider sloppy work on their part but just the nature of the leak. I will provide an update after contacting them regarding the patch work. TEX-PERTS has a yearly service contract which I plan to sign up for. From what I can tell it is a lot better deal than some of the other HVAC companies I have worked with. Overall I am very pleased with TEX-PERTS.

The provider found a problem with the fan motor on the compressor of the AC, but the estimate to replace the motor was unreasonably high. When asked for an estimate to replace and upgrade the entire system, the provider took almost a week to get back with us, and then provided an estimate much higher than two other contractors had already provided, for basically the same equipment. We ended up going with one of the other providers, and were very happy with both the price and the installation (SA Specialties). Tex-Perts, when told we were going with another provider, made a lot of negative statements about the company we had chosen (SA Specialties), but an on-line review of this company indicated satisfaction from previous customers, and we were also satisfied with their work.

Our Tex Pert person was timely, friendly and very professional. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He inspected the inside and outside. I do not believe he changed the filter, then maybe he was not supposed to.

Tech answered all my questions and took the time to explain to me about the units I have since the home is new to me.

We have called Tex-pert twice for emergency AC services. The first time, our condesation pipe was clogged and overflowed into our garage. The second, our outside compressor unit stopped working (on the first hot day of the year, of course). In the first case, the technician installed a union to facilitate cleaning out the line, and made some reccomendations for preventing overflows. In the second case, a capacitor and some wiring had fried. The technician replaced them on the spot and installed a hard-start kit to prevent future overloads). Both times, the technicians came out very promptly - most recently, at 9pm at night! The technicians have never tried to upsell a new AC.

My ac unit was frozen and I called them at 10 pm. The on-call technician was helpful over the phone and said he would come the next morning between 7-8 am. He would have come right then but he would not be able to work on the unit while it was frozen. The next day, he was again very friendly and took time to answer my questions and explain the best option. I was 2 lbs low on coolant, so he offered to sign me up for an annual maintenance plan for $120 (which includes 2 lbs of coolant). They will now come back twice this year to check the system. They have menu pricing which I am not a fan of, but he was very fair. I have the old coolant which he said was $150 a lb. I have used other techs that only charge $40 a lb but they charge an hourly rate in addition. For one pound, the menu pricing is about the same but for a large quantity of coolant the menu pricing would be much higher. Because of his flexibility in scheduling and the 24 hour service, I will use them again for emergency service.

I called another AC company who assured me unit could last at least couple of more seasons, and proceeded to make adjustments to help me keep my unit running.

They were on time, very professional and explained everything. I was so impressed that I signed up for an annual contract and have received the same service every since!

Our blower started making noises (sounded like the motor was about to seize up). I called Tex-Perts (5/07013) and they were able to come out the very day I called to inspect the equipment. They showed me what was going on and I agreed to replace the motor and fan assembly. They were able to obtain the replacement equipment the next morning (5/08/13) and came back out late that afternoon. The repairs were completed efficiently and the system was back up and running that night. Job very well done! I'm just glad this happened before the hot weather got started.

I printed the coupon I found on Angie's list and received service at 50% discount. The service was performed, the technician was helpful regarding future needs, filters and other related items. He couldn't come when first scheduled because it was too cold, but the offices called me and rescheduled. The technician showed up on time without a second call. I am very pleased with the quality of service from both the reservation office and the technician.
