Very Well; service personnel efficient and courteous

I called Tex-Perts in the morning and they had Juan come to our home the same afternoon. Our a/c had stopped working the night prior and it was 80 degrees at 3:00 am. Needless to say, we were miserable and didn't get any sleep that night. I did speak to someone at their company and a young man came to our home that very afternoon. He did explain to me, that a vital part on our air conditioner had went bad and he had some parts on his work van to fix the problem. Juan had been at our home around a half hour and had our a/c working again flawlessly. We will definitely use Tex-Perts again, if we need them in the future and will also refer them to our friends and family.

Well. However, that evening water began draining from the backup auxilliary line vice the main drain line. We did not call the company back as we were able to clear the main line with a power washer and clorox.

When my parents awoke one morning, they found water outside the door to their air conditioner inside their home. They called Tex-Perts that morning and were given an appointment before the afternoon. The technician arrived on time and went right to work. My parents were very appreciative of their services. Mom and Dad will be signing a contract with these people in the fall. They are awesome to work with. Thank you for being such a great company and easy to work with!

They did a pretty good job. Everything went well with the installation. The owner said they he would come back out after they finished to go over the job but he has not returned. The overall grade would have been an A if the owner would have came back and followed through as he said he would.

Everything was checked and done in a timely fashion. We were pleased with the service.

It worked out pretty well. The guy came out when he said he would and did a really good job. He talked to me and explained everything that was going on. I was happy. I thought he was a really fair guy and he seemed very honest. The price was very reasonable and his responsiveness was outstanding.

Great. The service person did a thorough job

This was special Angie's Deal which included a thorough checkup and one pound of neon (if needed). I think the cost was $49, but can't remember. It actually started out very well....with the company calling ME for an appointment. I was impressed with that. The tech arrived on time and was very friendly...again, I was impressed. He was here for 30 mins....or less. Went into the attic, then outside to check the outside unit...and freon. Said everything was in order....and left. I have a service that I've used and trusted for years and they always adjust something. It's been very hot here...and my AC doesn't seem to cool well in some rooms. Plan to call my old/trusted company.

There were no problems and both units are functioning properly. It was just a tune up and inspection. We didn't expect there to be any findings or malfunctionings.

Juan is an EXCELLENT tech. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and very quick. Juan had my second air conditioner (that has NEVER cooled down my second floor) diagnosed and fixed in a matter of minutes. I had the company that installed the units come out to troubleshoot the same issue (under a warranty call) and they found nothing wrong (told me to leave all the doors to the rooms on the second floor open). Could never get the upstairs below 78 degrees. Juan fixed my air conditioner and I was so impressed I purchased a service plan that I have already used (Juan fixed my downstairs unit when something malfunctioned (during a really hot weekend). I had an a same day appointment (because of the service plan) and got a discount on the part and the call. Glad I checked this company on Angie's list and very satisfied with the service I have received.

Tech gave systems a thorough inspection. Everything came out thumbs up, but was still money well spent.

Estimate was never Recieved, nor a phone call. I will not be using this company.

Tech was helpful in answering questions that I had relating to the maintenance and possible solution to a problem area that we have.

It went great! I love the new system. My home has never been so cool. They give 2 free check-ups (fall and spring) to make sure the system is going well. My electric bill has gone down a great deal, also.

No issues found and only a small amount of coolant added

I have hesitated in reviewing this business because I am not sure which company left something in the attic. About a week after servicing the unit, it started making a terrible vibrating noise when the air came on. We called another company to check it out. The other company found a paper towel that was left in the attic and it somehow ended up in the air conditioning unit. I was not sure if this was the result of this company or if it was when we had the hot water heater replaced on 2-7-2013 (Bryco Plumbing --that company was hired from Angie's List also). Since I do not know who left the paper towel there, I can't say for sure which one caused the problem.

Each item on the tune-up was checked for maxiumum performance and we were happy with the service and would use the company again!

Checked out upstairs AC. Great service and very professional!
