As I recall the last time they came out here, the work they did was under warranty. So there wasn't any charge. They always make things right but they don't always make them right the first time. So I guess if I were looking for the final outcome of any given project, I'd say they have an A. I think their prices are competitive. I would tell others that, just make sure that you explain clearly what it is that you need done and what the symptoms are. Then check to make sure the things have been done before they leave.

They cleaned out the ducts and made sure that the heater and the air condition is working properly. It was a tune up special.

It was hot. When they come in, they put little white covers like they do in the hospital on their feet. They cover their shoes. It's unbelievable, just really professional.

They are great. I won't use anyone else.

Very well. It took a delay of a week or so to get here, because one of their machines had a broken part, but once they came they were very efficient, cleaned all the ducts and cleaned up after themselves too.

Couldn’t have asked for a better overall process, from start to finish. I had an older Trane system that kept breaking down, and after years of partial fixes as the solution from our home warranty company, was once again facing the same situation – a partial fix using a system dissimilar to what I currently had. This time, my HVAC had been already been down a week, and we were experiencing the first freeze of winter. I decided a second opinion was overdue, so after researching Angie’s List and the BBB, decided Tex-Pert had what I was looking for (reputation, Trane specialists, BBB rating, A rating). I used their web-site to submit my request for a free estimate. Within 10 minutes, the owner called. After discussing my situation, he had his Service Manager at my house within 30 minutes to review the situation, look over my existing system, and make recommendations. The Service Manager was George, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He spent hours explaining everything, wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to oversell me on anything, clearly stated they did not work on commission, and worked zealously to get me the best system for my needs at the best price. Once I decided to go with them, they started almost immediately, and installation went smoothly. The technicians put tarps down to protect flooring, were polite, knowledgable, and professional, and cleaned up afterward. They took necessary information to file CPS rebate paperwork for you. I highly recommend Tex-Perts, and plan to use them again when the equipment for the other HVAC system in the house needs to be replaced, which I expect isn’t too far in the future.

The "factory" part wasn't on the truck, but a universal version was. However, the universal wouldn't fit, so the tech had to return the next day with the name-brand part. Installation was quick and easy.

We were really happy with the price and their professionalism. Also, the air conditioner is guaranteed for life which we really appreciated.

My daughter's furnace had quit coming on. So I gave her TEx Perts number from Angie's List of preferred contractors. She called Tex Perts early in the day several times but they came late at night (8PM) or so. Daughter asked them before they came out if there would be any extra late evening fees or any overtime rates and they said no. They said it would $49 plus parts. They came out and diagnosed it within 15 minutes and they said it would be $321. We couldn't believe it. She opted to let them go, but she did pay the $49. Their proposal did list a part number so I looked it up online and it retails for $50 plus tax. If this isn't ripping you off, I don't know what is. Beware with inflated pricing!

We were very impressed with George from Tex-Perts and the detail of his proposal and warranty options. We have had heating and cooling balancing problems for years and they were able to fix during their installation. They installed a NEST thermostat with the system and we are most impressed with its ECO setting which should save us money on our CPS monthly bills. The installation went very well and despite very tight attic spaces they did a great job. We also look forward the the CPS rebates on both the system and NEXT thermostat.

Had to call them back when the spill over drain was still clogged after he left. They returned the next day and resolved the issue.

The work was good. They came with 2 guys, and they did a good job. They have done work for me in the past as well.

Excellent! We received a call to set up an appointment for the technician to come out within two days. Edgar was very professional and worked quickly to get the job completed. We are completely satisfied with the work and would use this company again.

I have a contract so they come out when scheduled. Their price is reasonable. So far I have not had any problems with the capacitor. The workers are okay. I have never had any problems. They come here twice a year.

Had coupon for $39 total. Service was on time, covered all systems, and the technician took the time to fully explain his findings.

They always come out on time and crawl up in the attic as well as clean the outside compressor. Also checked my thermostat in the house.

It went great. I've come to really depend on these guys and their quality work. They came out after hours to diagnose and had the part replaced by noon the next day. I really, really appreciate the after-hours service as you can never depend on your HVAC going out first thing in the morning.

This could not have been easier or gone better. I am so happy we decided to go with this company. Chris arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He went about the inspection and corrected an issue he found with minimal cost. After he made sure to explain to both my wife and myself how to properly check our system to ensure it continues to operate at peak performance.
