I called to make the appointment because I read either in the email or on the information about the "deal" that the customer should call to schedule the appointment. The person who took my call was very appreciative, and she was very friendly. Edgar was the one who came from the company. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I asked him a lot of questions, and he took time to explain, sometimes more than once. I was disappointed to find out that my start-up kit had burned out, but he showed it to me, and it was clearly beyond repair. He also explained some warning signs for potential upcoming problems. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and I appreciate that. The company has an asset in Edgar.

Great service would highly recommend. We ended up purchasing the maintenance agreement as well.

The unit is functioning better but it is still not cooling down as much as we would like. However, this is due to the fact that the duct work in the attic is over 40 years old with poor insulation so until these items are updated/improved, it will continue to run warm when the temps are 103 degrees outside in Hades, I mean SA.

Provider was extremely thorough in his diagnosis and helped us to understand what happened and why. They did not leave until they were sure all possible other factors having to do with the cooling system, were ok going forward

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out great. I had them out a couple of times. They seem to do a good job. We're comfortable with using them as a provider. They checked everything out pretty good. He came out a couple weeks ago because the unit stopped working. It turned out it was a capacitor in the outdoor unit. He just asked a couple questions, went right to it and fixed it in 5 minutes. He didn't talk to us for hours and do all these stuff. That's unusual for a lot of companies to have somebody that sharp that can know how the air conditioner is acting. He was able to diagnose and fix it in just a few minutes, it was great.

Went very well and he straightened out one of the ducts that was twisted in the attic at an almost 90 degree angle. This made the air flow from the duct much more forceful. Also changed out the filters and checked both units. Added refrigerant to one of the units.

Andy was punctual and did a professional job of diagnosing, repairing and servicing our systems. He also advised us about Tex-perts maintenance agreement which would cover today?s repairs and subsequent visits for check-ups. He is a true asset to this company and Tammy also worked the schedule to fit us in and called us to advise of Andy?s arrival. Would highly recommend this company?s services.

Brought the $59 deal. Called, made an appointment, service delivered when promised. Serviceman inspected central air, made some suggestions, found some possible problems. He gave me some alternatives from least to most expensive to alleviate problems. No pressure. I will use Tex-Perts again when I need service.

The service person arrived right on time and was very good in that he went over everything and explained exactly what he did and made us feel confident in our system. We have used this company before and will more then likely us them again in the future.

We had an appt. w/Tex-Perts later in the day but since they were ahead of schedule we got to get our A/C unit serviced earlier which was great. Andy was an excellent technician. He went about his job efficiently. I won't pretend to know what he did but my husband was impressed . He followed Andy around asking questions.

Juan is the best. I have had him to work on my AC at my other house and he is very forthcoming in showing me how to take care of my system.

Technician was fast and efficient

They were great! I had already scheduled a service call for a system check, when my AC stopped cooling. They came out and found my system had frozen up so we had to wait until the next day to diagnose the problem. Someone did come out the next day and found a small leak in my evaporator coil. He explained several options I could choose to do, which was I thought great, and I decided to replace the evaporator coil. He then replaced my Freon so I didn't have to suffer over the weekend, as they couldn't return until Monday. That did the trick because the house did cool down and I was comfortable until Monday. They returned and did the replacement and check, which took a couple of hours +, and all the gentleman that came were punctual, very nice, and I want to add came with booties to cover their shoes. All in all this company is a really good company and a pleasure to deal with.

It was very good! I have no complaints at all. It was very efficient and very well done. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. I would say they were very honest and thorough.

We like this company. This is the second time that we have used them. We used them last year for air conditioning and heat. This year we used them for air conditioning. My husband has been very pleased with their knowledge, professionalism and they are always on time. They will call and let us know when they are coming. They let us know about maintenance and things that will need to be done in the future. He was very impressed with them. They responded with in two days of me calling them. I will continue using them.

Great service- very pleased with everything

I called to set up the appointment and a technician came out the time and day of the appointment. The technician checked and cleaned outside ac unit and check the inside blower unit. Everything went fine. We have used Tex-Perts for ac/heat check-ups before and have always been pleased with their service.

Fell behind scheduled time due to mechanical problems with vehicle, but I was called and informed several times.

George, the tech, was courteous and timely. Cleaned up area after completion. Did a satisfactory job in a very tight space!

The first day the technician determined the problem. He came around six and took the blower partially apart. The attic was miserably hot. He determined the electric motor had lost grease and had frozen.. He didn't have a replacement motor on his truck. He let me know that the motor would have to be ordered and given the age of the AC unit, it might not be immediately available. The next day I was called and told that the manufacturer was contacted and that they had one motor available in town. I was told it would be mid to late afternoon before a technician could pick up the motor and bring it to the house. A different technician arrived sometime after three and proceeded to take the blower apart. It took about an hour to replace the motor. While he was replacing the motor, the technician noticed that the plate covering the electric plug for the motor was partially melted. Apparently, the original motor pulled a lot of amps when it froze up and almost started a fire in the attic. He recommended that I get the plug replaced. Overall, I am pleased with the TEX-PERTS performance.
