Excellent service. Inspection seemed hurried. Unit has been functioning without incident. Overall, the service was good.

He just kind of went in and pretty much told us the same thing that our air conditioning people told us, the ones who put the house together in the first place. So, we did not exactly get the results we were hoping for, but he did his job. He did a good job. This was the first time we used them. He was very courteous. He called us before he was going to be here. He was very prompt. He seems exactly to know what he was doing when he was here. So, I would definitely recommend him.

He didn't mind that I watched him work, he answered all of my questions and he was very courteous. I was very pleased with everything

It was a through evaluation of the AC unit. Only found one issue and that was a dirty filter.

It turned out really good. They were very knowledgeable. I more likely will be using them again.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it turned out really well. They came out within the same week after I purchased the deal.

I have been using them for 15 years. We haven't noticed any difference from when they used to do it inside, and so they stopped doing it inside. We don't have to be home when they come. We have never used the chemical kind of bait. They used to be called Chemfree and they changed the name a couple of years ago. I have had so many people come over, and they are all so nice, if we have a problem, then the manager of the office comes out, and if it is something new, that they can't figure out, then he is out here. I like them because they are really nice people. The man who was my service person had to have knee surgery, and the manager took over his route until he was able to come back.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out okay. I am a smoker and he did not want to touch the filter, which I guess I do not blame him for that. So I had to change the filter myself.

Replaced substandard plastic heater gas supply and cracked gas manifold. Tech came to replace supply line and found cracked manifold held together with twist ties that home inspector missed. Ed was courteous and professional in addition to being very helpful. He took the time to explain and to show me how to maximize air coming out of vents by opening the flexible diverters on the old vents. The part for the manifold had to be ordered, and he phoned to let me know the cost and came back to install within a few days. Will use Texs-Perts again. Also, the receptionists were very courteous and helpful.

Great! Nothing like having your AC go out in the early morning and getting someone to fix it before noon!

Told me I needed a new fan motor (which I eventually did replace) - but tried to tell me that by putting a new fan on an old unit, it may just cause more trouble, and that I should consider replacing the entire system. The "Big Deal" was supposed to include up to a pound of freon - but was told level was okay (subsequent service by another company found it to be low).

They did real well. I didn’t deal with them, my husband did and he was pleased with the work. Overall, it was excellent. I do know that they were about a half an hour late.

Called at 8:30 a.m. Return call at 9:15. Serviceman here at 9:45. Problem fixed by 10:15. On a Sunday! Well Done!!

Tex-Perts did a fantastic job, in a professional manner at an unbeatable price. I bid out the installation of A/C on my 100 year old home to four different companies. My home did not previously have A/C. Tex-Perts was by far lower than any of their competitors and provided the same level of quality workmanship. In fact, one of their competitors provided a better bid work-up than Tex-Perts and I simply gave the specifications to Tex-Perts and they said that their quote would still hold for a better quality of equipment. We had only one issue during the installation. The issue was that the actual workers installed A/C vents in the wrong place in the Master Bedroom. This issue was fixed and served as a learning point for myself and the contractor. The Superintendent that did the pre-work walk through was not present on the day that vents were installed. For all of the other vents we marked the locations with tape after discussing them. Tex-Perts followed up their work with two post job reviews to make sure their equipment was working and that I was satisfied with the A/C. A + rating for Craig and his team.

They were excellent. We live in a 2 story home and were just no longer getting the cooling throughout the house as needed. Tex-Perts was great from the sales portion all the way through installation. He was very thorough in letting us knowing the options. The crew arrived on time for the installation on both days. They really worked with us to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted. Overall the experience went very well.

Technician went to store, got necessary parts, and despite an attic temperature of 141 degrees F, was able to fix the unit and got us back up in less than a couple hours total from first arrival to final departure.

They seemed to be very thorough but they always seem to find something that could be wrong. I keep everything maintained as best I can. At this point I am not sure if I am going to renew with them because I am kind of suspect about some of the opinions they have. The people seem professional and respectful just kind of hesitant with how many things they have said have gone wrong with the equipment since everything is new.

Juan arrived when promised and was more than professional. He spotted the problem very quickly and had my air running in less than 20 minutes! Amazing! Honest, trustworthy and fair price. I will definitely use them again!

They call me on a regular basis. There are a couple of different people here, and they're really great, friendly and thorough at their time.

I am guessing on the actual date of my service but the technician arrived on time and was very polite. He performed the maintenance in about 20 minutes and left. I have used this company for over 2 years and have never had a problem. That's why I was surprised when my overflow drainage began leaking about 2-3 days later. After thinking about it, I realized the technician did not hose down my reusable filter outside or bring in a shop vac to clear my drains as had been done on my previous routine maintenance calls. I should have called the company right away, but life got in the way and by the time I got around to it it was about 2 weeks later and felt I missed the appropriate window to make a complaint. Like I said I have never had a problem before so I am willing to give them another chance. Unfortunately I am stuck trying to figure out how to unclog my drain myself because bleach is not working.
