I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. He inspected the bedroom and made suggestions on why we are not getting the temperatures we wanted in the bedroom. He made recommendations.

I was happy with the work that was done. I did think that the service person 'pushed' products and I got tired of that. I did sign up for the regularly scheduled check-ups.

I had already been looking to sign up with someone for a service contract so this was a good way for me to evaluate an HVAC Company. Tex-perts came out and inspected the system. He was thorough and didn't try to upsell anything other than a yearly service contract - and of course I was already in the market for this. I was happy with his punctuality, which is really important for a busy family. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I called to set up air conditioning evaluation and maintenance. The service tech was on time, extremely professional, and explained things in a way I could understand. He showed me the coolant measurements as well as the various places I could look that would indicate that the AC units were having some trouble. Reasonably priced. I would feel comfortable having them provide any AC related services I need in the future.

Second time I have used them and everything went well... Discovered one problem and replaced part same day.

They were good. There were no additional charges. I had just changed the filter so they didn't need to do that. They were on time and they were professional. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They just did what I paid for. They took the time to explain what they were doing and what was going on with my unit.

They came out after a bad experience with the Home Warranty HVAC contractor. We bought a home and the AC stopped working; we called Tex-perts, they came out with in hours of our call, identified our issue and recommend a fix. Since it was an old AC we figured we would upgrade rather than just fix the current system, so we had them install a brand new system, they gave us a discount and installed a better performing, more efficient system. All are dealings with them were friendly and responsive, we will continue to use them for all our HVAC needs.

That has been good. They did everything that were supposed to be inspected. They checked the cooling and everything was normal. It was a good service. They did it quick and it was professional. The price was good. It is a good company. When I make a phone call, they have a person coming on time.
