The entire process was very smooth and professional from initial contact through installation. Team did a great job removing old system and installing new system. Worked late to get the job done right. Highly Recommend them if you need HVAC replacement.

Andy arrived on time and conducted a quality system check. He was polite, considerate, and professional. Just before his arrival, I received a special offer via Angie's List, and that price was honored. When he discovered that Tex-Perts does not carry the size filter my system needs, I called Robert, and he approved Andy's going to Home Depot to get one at no extra charge for the trip. (I was unable to go because of another commitment.) Andy took note of the size filter my system needs so that they would have one on hand the next time a change is needed. Tex-Perts is the first a/c company that has not tried to sell me something extra that would make my unit more efficient. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience, and I will call them again.

We transferred our maintenance agreement to them after the work was completed. Craig's bid was half the cost of his competitors and he did exactly what he promised to do. In actuality, we can honestly say that they went above and beyond their promise, as his workers closed in and sealed the hallway closet for us where the original unit was. His staff did great work and kept the work area very clean. All debris was removed on a daily basis. They were so nice to us. We couldn't have asked for better results. We highly recommend this company!!

They did an excellent job. He suggested that I have a path around my air conditioner as I do have bushes around it and I had just bought the home. They were neat in appearance and they showed me their card. He gave great tips for maintenance.

Very professional and thorough. Spent a lot of time testing lines in the attic for any gas leaks. Couldn't test freon because it was too cold, but checked everything else.

I am requesting a refund of the offer for which I paid $55 and never cashed in. I do not wish to have Tex-perts perform any further services at my residence. This is my personal choice due to the events that occurred on May 20, 2013 in which I had Tex-perts make a service call on my HVAC system. Tex-perts found a freon leak in my indoor unit which was the cause of the unit's inability to cool my home. I agreed to pay the $770 charge to have freon added to the system in order to cool the home. I was told that if I decided to replace the HVAC unit, the $770 would be credited towards the cost of the new system and that I would have a 30 day period in which the offer would be available to me. I have since talked to several HVAC service providers about this occurrence. I learned my lesson and would definitely do things differently today. I should have compared Tex-perts offer to other service providers especially due to the outrageous cost - one I was willing to pay in order to keep my family comfortable. Due to these circumstances, I personally feel I can no longer trust to have Tex-perts as my HVAC service provider. I look to someone else whom I feel will treat me fairly during times of need.

Arrived within the time frame given when I called for service. After hours service for the A/C on a very humid hot night. It was either pay the price or suffer through the night and weekend. We sort of felt like hostages he stated what was wrong and how much and it was and it was either pay the price or suffer through the night and weekend. That is the attitude that came across to us. He also said the prices were "fixed" and he had no control over the labor or parts.

AC went out on Thursday and we needed it fixed very quickly due to the fact that it was in the upper nineties and in the process of painting my son's whole house. I called Tex-Perts because they advertised 24 hr emergency calls, but when I called I was told they couldn't come out till Saturday. So we waited till Saturday, and they came out and fixed the AC. For what the guy did, he way over charged us! Only reason I would not call them again is because they over charge.

Tex-Perts called within 48 hours, scheduled an appointment at my convenience, Andy arrived at the time scheduled and performed the inspection. He explained everything as he was working. This is the second time I have used this firm and both experiences have been great.

They responded very quickly. My experience with the company was fine. There were no troubles with the work and there were no additional fees. I have even recommended them to neighbor and they did good work for her.

The company called me at 8:30am to confirm that Juan would be servicing my furnace that morning. Juan was very polite and knowledgeable about my furnace. He inspected and cleaned the filter and then showed me how to do it. After he completed the inspection he gave me my receipt. He also recommended a minor repair and offered 2 maintenance inspections of my heating & cooling systems every year for $120. I most likely will be calling them for this service in June.

Since we bought our house 2.5 years ago and found Tex-Perts here on Angie's list, we have relied on them to service and maintain our aging HVAC system. Service calls were always responded to promptly, even when calling after 5pm for middle-of-the-summer AC emergencies. Tex-Pert servicemen did not try to upsell us on unneeded or newer equipment. Immediately prior to the winter inspection we bought through Angies list, our heat went out. During the inspection Tex-Perts located the source of the problem in the condenser unit. Tex-Perts gave us several options for attempting to continue repairs, replace only the condenser, or replace the whole system. We had previously gotten quotes from other companies for unit replacement that were nearly 2x as expensive. When we decided to replace the whole system, installation was promptly scheduled and completed within 1 day. Parts of the existing system which were not up to code or to their standards, such as the electrical work, the condensate drain line, and the physical support for the inside and outside units, were re-done. Now we have a brand-new AC system that we will continue to rely on Tex-Perts to service in the future.

Now I know what to look for so that we can track it and get it fixed. Andy was very nice and professional during the visit.

This was an Angie List Big Deal. He also answered several questions I had. Very satisfied with the service.

I was supposed to receive a phone call by yesterday to set up a service call and no one called - if they have more work than they can handle - can they let me know so I can move down the list? Need my mothers furnace looked at by someone reputable. She is elderly and needs to be able to stay warm.

It went great. The owner called me and we were able to get the price range I needed. The team that showed up were fast and friendly. In and out in one day. I asked for a minor change after the work was done when they were packing up and they had no problems. Great
