They came out and did such a good job that I ended up also buying an A/C unit from them.

I have looked at a number of filters but I have got one that I am ready to use that I am going to go with. They have not done a work yet for me. I like it and everything about him but I want it to review on it. I thought someone else done. I had a few others to come over. I used Tex-perts only because of Angie’s List. They were very professional, helpful, answer any question that I had pointing things out for me. Once I had questions on do I need to figure unit on my home. It was really very easy and good to deal with.

This was a great value and appreciate their quick response in performing the service.

The technician turned up on time, was thorough and took the time to explain what he was doing. He also went out of his way to provide recommendations on filters, thermostats etc.

They did a thorough job and showed up on time. I purchased my unit from Tex-Perts four years ago and it has run great.

The technicians were polite and professional. We had some scheduling issues after the original tech could not fit into the access door to tuneup the unit in our attic. Took a couple of weeks to get the tech out to finish the job. No complaints about their work or professionalism. Just took a little time e-mailing and calling to get the tech rescheduled and out to the house. He did not come for the second appointment because my wife did not answer her cell phone (she was teaching in a classroom), so we missed that appointment, even though she was home at the agreed time.

Everything worked fine as well I know, the only thing was that he serviced both units in less than 30 minutes. I don't think the work was done thoroughly. The good news is that everything is working fine, just think he worked a little quickly.

Called on afternoon of Thursday and got a service man on site Friday afternoon. When I called they made sure that I understood what the charges would be and that I would receive a call before the technician was on site to make sure I would be there and to let me know that they were on their way. I received a call and the Technician informed me that he was on his way. Technician arrived, introduced himself (George) and got started right away. Compressor was not running due to a low pressure switch and he had to reset the system in order to get the compress to start so that he could charge the system. He told me that I had a leak and since I had replaced the coils within the last year that I should contact the installer and have them warranty the coils.

Tech was professional and personable. Will certainly use this company for the AC unit yearly maintenance.

Provider arrived a bit late, but that was due to San Antonio traffic so I have no issue with that. In fact, I have no issues with this company at all. The provider was very professional and performed a thorough check wherein another company told me over and over I had a leak on a 2 yr system for the next 2 years. I will hire this company in the future to do my semi-annual checks.

Quick response. Fact was my AC system was over 25 years old (1989), so I couldn't see replacing the lower motor. They replaced EVERYTHING in one day. So far...great.

I've used them before and they are great. Excellent service. Prompt, professional, and reasonable price ( I bought the Angie's List coupons).

In the quotation stage, Greg talked us through the different options and help us understand the pros/cons of each. He showed up on time and was quick to answer any follow up questions. In the installation phase, scheduling was easy and accommodating. The staff showed up on time and left everything better than when they arrived. Hopefully I will just need routine maintenance for a while, but I will be calling Tex-perts.

I didn't think it was termites but needed to check. The gentleman who came out reassured me that they weren't termites and explained the difference to me. He bagged one of the ants up and took it with him. I never did hear what it was though. The bait he left took care of the problem.

These guys are great. We use them for our semi-annual service. When we had a problem, they identified the problem quickly, and were able to provide an affordable solution. They are courteous, neat, and on time. They even wear booties in the house.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much he could do since the unit was very old. However, the technician was knowledgeable and informative, arrived on time, and did a good job of explaining what was wrong with the unit. Ultimately, we had no complaints with the service.

They came yesterday and performed the a/c tune-up. They found that one of the cooling parts was not functioning properly but were unable to repair it. They also added some freon to my other a/c unit. I feel that $200 for a some freon and diagnostic of a part is too much money. I do not feel like I got any value for the Big Deal and am now initiating Angie's List's complaint resolution process.

We had only been in this house a few months when things started breaking down. We decided to start getting different functions of the house checked out before something else went wrong. I purchased the $39 Tex-Perts special on Angie's List since we were trying to save money (because we hadn't sold the old house yet). The representative came, did the inspection, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and checked that there were no issues. He did not seem to mind my hanging around watching, and politely answered all my questions. He put booties over his shoes before coming into the house, and picked up the insulation that dropped from the attic into the room below.

My experience with them was very good. He did a really good job and was very thorough. They haven't sent me an invoice yet for the work they have done. That's the only thing. I'm selling my house; I have to have the documentation that the work was done. I'm still waiting on that. They set it up on time. The price was good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were very good.

It went well. Good. Everything was fine there.

The service was great, they were on time, and did exactly what they were supposed to do, and my husband was impressed. They gave us some advise on things we should do do to prolong the system. We were looking for a new AC company, and so we were glad we tried them out.

They corrected a problem that another company had created. They honest, the work was sufficient, and it was done right. There was nothing that I didn't like about them. They worked for my daughter because of the good work that they did for me. They have excellent work ethics, and they get the job done properly the first time. I will be using them to put a damper system on my AC.
