Everything was great. They responded quickly to my call, did a quality job, and showed on time for the appointment. Furthermore, they were very flexible with respect to scheduling which I appreciated.

It went well. He was a few minutes late, but that was due, supposedly, to a flat tire on the way. Regardless, we didn't wait too long. He did a good inspection, explaining everything to me. We ended up buying a one year plan with them, for 120 because it came with three free pounds of coolant. Our AC needed more than three pounds, but he didn't charge for the extra.

From the scheduling to the finish it was a professional job. The technician was prompt, friendly, and explained everything as he performed the job. Great service, I would definitely use this company again.

We have used Tex-perts before, on a much bigger project. They are always very responsive, warm, punctual, professional, and trustworthy. I wish all companies would operate their business the way they do.

He came out on time, he was actually early. The guy who did the service was Richie , he was knowledgeable and helpful and worked quickly. We are working on getting a rebate with SAWS, he did everything he was supposed to do. It was a good experience, we would recommend this service to anyone, we will use this company again after this.

I appreciate TEX-PERTS and the services they performed. The 20-point AC tune up resulted in identifying a part that went bad. The technician educated me on the purpose of the part, but most importantly, didn't "force" me to replace it. After he educated me on the part, I went ahead and had him change it out. The part, including labor, was roughly $220. If I didn't change it, it could have resulted in the compressor blowing out. The technician was very professional, and got the job done as expected. I will certainly consider TEX-PERTS for future AC needs.

I purchased an angielist deal for an AC inspection and servicing. Technician arrived promptly on time. He completed his inspection and presented me with a detailed list of what he did and found. He was courteous and professional. Would use again for this type of service.

It went very well. They are always on time, very prfessional. If I see a bug between service dates they are always out the next day. They are great to work with.

The service was excellent and we would use them again. He came, checked everything out and told us what we needed to do in the future. He was very helpful and informative.

A few months after installation, the coil was leaking freon, they came to replace it, but it’s now leaking again and the service manager told me they don’t make that part anymore and they will use something comparable and he's saying he can’t come out until Monday.

They were on time and did a great job. I will use them again.

We found them on Angie's List. They did excellent service. They did a great job. We were happy with them. It was very expensive to replace the whole unit, but I thought that the price was fair. They were less than John Wayne. Their responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were very good.

Unfortunately my review is going to be quite different than those currently posted on this site. A little better than two months ago I called the ABC office and scheduled an appointment with their lawn and landscaping department to give us and estimate for both lawn mowing service and some major landscaping work. The company was very responsive and within a day or so scheduled an appointment with a Mr "G" to come out and evaluate the work. Mr "G" showed up punctually for our first meeting and spent quite a bit of time surveying our yard and discussing the work we wanted done. After the meeting we set an appointment for his crew to come and do the initial "deep" cleaning of the yard. The crew arrived on time on the appointed day and worked all day. Unfortunately they didn't check in with us before they left to "walk the yard" to ensure all the work we contracted for was done and done to our satisfaction. This required another call to ABC to say we weren't satisfied that the job was compete. Here is where things really went south. After the clean up, Mr "G" was supposed to come back and re-survey the yard and draft up a landscaping plan to do a major overhaul of the yard. That was over two months ago and we haven't seen or heard from him again. This is inspite of leaving messages for him with the company operator and on his cell phone. Then two weeks ago on Monday my wife received a call from ABC inquiring about our dissatisfaction for their clean up job and said they would send someone out with a supervisor from their quality control office to ensure we "got what we paid for". My wife indicated she wasn't available until last Thursday. They indicated that was not a problem and that someone would give us a call shortly (last week) and schedule the appointment. Well, it has been another week and not only didn't we get the promised call last week, but have still have not heard a peep from ABC. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left a message on Mr. "G's" cell phone yesterday to find outwhat the delay was and have not heard back from him as of this writing.

I was pleasantly surprised when the service technician showed up earlier than originally scheduled. I received a call from their office asking if an earlier time would work for me, which it did. He quickly accessed the problem. We have an old air handler that is more than 10 years old that more than likely has a leak in the coil. Jesse is the service tech who came out. He offered to put coolant in the unit to get it working again but said that if we continue to have problems with the unit we should have a test done to check for leaks. He did say the unit will need to be replaced if we continued to have problems with it leaking which we were not surprised to hear since the unit is very old. He did suggest that we sign up for their maintenance plan which is $150 so they can come out twice a year to make sure everything is working properly. He explained that our unit was about 3 lbs. low on coolant and it would cost $90 per lb. to replace but that if we purchased the maintenance plan he would give us the coolant at no charge. I appreciated the prompt service and the advice. We had tried working with 2 other HVAC companies previously to get the unit working through our home warranty company and were getting the run around and had gone without a working AC unit for 2 weeks. We plan to use Tex-Perts when we have our unit replaced.

The service went well. I am thinking about purchasing a contract for seasonal maintenance when they come back in the fall. The technician was informative and gave me good information about the unit. He told me what kind of filter I needed and where I could order the filter on Amazon. Scheduling was very easy.

Vendor was professional, on time and thorough. He was professional and explained in language I could understand what he had done and what to watch out for in the future. He warned me that AC unit was as old as the house and that at some point in the future I would be looking at getting a new unit.

He checked everything and cleaned it. The only thing was he put a half-a-pound of Freon in it, and we have not had it checked in the last six or seven years. So, to just have a half-a-pound of Freon put in with nothing else was good. He came out when he said he would. He was very pleasant. I do not think he charged me for the Freon. It was a very good experience. We made an appointment a couple of days after I purchased the Big Deal. He showed up prompt and on-time. There were no extra charges. He did what he said he was going to do, made the statement that nothing else needed to be done, and that there would be no additional charges. He was very honest and did a good job.

I contacted Tex-Perts on Thursday to schedule an appointment for them to come out and reattach a return air duct that had been disconnected. They were scheduled to come out the following Tuesday between 2-5pm and that they would have all of the items needed to fix the problem which I appreciated since I would be taking half a day off work to get it fixed. On the day of the appointment I contacted them around 3:30 to confirm when they would be there and was told they had some additional questions and couldn't reach me (due to them having a number incorrect on my phone number). They informed me that they were not sure what they needed or if they could repair it that day or not but that it would be between $580-$750. I was very disappointed that I had wasted time off from work and time waiting to have a repair done when the person I spoke with at the company did not seem to be interested in having someone come outside of San Antonio to make the repair.

We were having issues with how loud our inside unit was. We had a different company come out first. They sent out two different rather inexperienced technicians and told me they would try their best to fix the issue. They gave me a bid for triple what texperts charged. I found texperts here on Angies list. I called and they ad someone come out the following morning with a two hour window as opposed to four or even six. Office staff was very courteous. Juan came in and immediately knew the issue. He gave me a quote, left to get the parts, and was back and had completed the work within the hour. The ac unit has never been quieter. Really appreciate the quick results to our issue. We will definitely be using this company in the future for our ac needs.

On time, good job. Great price. Will use the again if they have same deal.

They didn’t do anything. They just called when they will be coming in. I’m very thankful that they did that. We didn’t get charge for anything, only he has to come back. They were very thorough; I was impressed with them. They know what they are doing. The first one we had out here, he didn’t find anything and I would not call this people back. He was very thorough, he went up on the roof and walked all around the house, there was no stone unturned. I was impressed with them. This is the season that they are very busy, where bugs, mites and rats coming out. It took a couple of three days, you can expect that. This is the time of the year that they are out. I didn’t find any fault at all, the fact that they found the holes where they were coming in. I was very thankful. They came out here for a free estimate. We couldn’t get the problem under control; they come out and get it done.
