Tex Perts Cooling and Heating did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.

Went well. A little hiccup at the beginning when all the right parts were not there when they arrived. I would recommend Tex-Perts and will use them again.

It went good. Very professional and will use them again. They cleaned up afterwards and took their time explaining everything that was done.

Called TexPert at 8am on a hot Saturday morning. Had also called two other companies but they were busy and earliest available was Monday. TexPert called back in 30 minutes. Scheduled a diagnosis. Arrived at 3pm. Fixed it by 4:30pm for $229. Chris the tech was a young guy but great! AC was back on and cooling immediately. Chris filled out paperwork and stuck around to make sure no issues.

My wife didn't say anything so they must have been fine. They are reliable. They were always in contact with me about what they were doing.

After using Tex-Perts in December 2016 to replace one of my aging HVAC systems, I knew Tex-Perts would be my first choice when it came time to replace the second system. Once again, I couldn’t have asked for a better overall process, from start to finish. I gave the Service Manager, George, a call, he looked up my file and called me back the following day with the quote I received back in December and said they could install in 2 days. On the day of install, I received two emails introducing me to the install technicians who were on their way to do the work. The information included their pictures and a brief synopsis of their experience, family life and hobbies and interests. How absolutely refreshing and a great way to do business. The installers, Edgar and Santiago (Jimmy), arrived on time, came in, explained what they would be doing, and immediately went about getting it done. They put tarps down to protect flooring, were polite, knowledgable, and professional, and cleaned up afterward. They expertly solved a problem that arose with the new equipment being taller than the unit it replaced without impacting or restricting air flow or the existing duct work. They took necessary information to file CPS rebate paperwork, saving me the work of having to do it myself. I highly recommend Tex-Perts.

Work was good. Scheduling was an issue as they could not contact my tenant to make the appointment, but never let me know that. I asked them 3 weeks later why the work had not been scheduled or completed, and they let me know that the tenant had not contacted them back. I feel they knew it was a rental property and I had already paid for the services, so they should let me know if there was an issue scheduling, and I would have made myself available instead of relying on the tenant. Other than that, everything else was good.

went very well. The first time, they came in and changed, it still had issues. But when I called them again, they were very prompt and came immediately. The 2 two technicians were very professional, courteous and knowledgable. I am very happy with them and would certainly hire them again.

I called in the morning when we realized one of the main units wasn't working, they came out the same afternoon. We have had them out one time last year with positive results as well. Our condensing unit wasn't working, we had another unit that was getting ready to fail as well so had him replace that part as well. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable about the units, fixed everything and cleaned up. I will use them again in the Fall and continue for our annual service. We received the company's name from a friend and will continue to praise their service.

No show technician. Had to cancel and request refund.

Technician was on time and job was done

It fried the circuit board. They made the appointment and kept it. They got the work done the first time. There was debris left over, it was like nothing ever happened.

Fabulous customer service and both technicians that have been to the house were super respectful, quick, and friendly. So happy with their service.

ABC was responsive to our initial inquiry and throughout the process. Judy came out to assess our situation and provided an statement of work and estimate. All of our questions were answered and the treatment was completed about couple of weeks ago. We have a 1 year warranty on the treatment.

Excellent service. They were punctual and professional. Also, after inspecting my system they informed me my air ducts looked clean and only offered to sanitize the system. I was impressed they were upfront and honest and didn't just go through the motions and clean ducts that didn't need cleaning and making $700 off of me for something that didn't need to be done. Very happy with the service.

I chose Tex-perts because of their A+ reputation on Angie's List, and I needed someone to take a look at the condition of my attic, vents and ducts. Christopher was punctual, professional, polite and approachable. He answered all my questions openly and with detailed, expert answers. Turns out that I need to have a lot more work done on my house and Christopher COULD have tried to sell me a treatment that he knew wouldn't work, but he was *honest*. What a concept! He actually told me that we would not benefit from the sealing of my ducts because they were in bad shape. He gave me the Tex-pert quote and then said that his boss, George, recommended we go with a General Contractor to save money. I simply cannot believe that Tex-perts sent a professional to my house for a thorough inspection of vents and attic, with detailed explanations and offered me suggestions to my benefit *that would not benefit their company*. PROS OF TEX-PERTS - Christopher is the man. Ask for him. Very professional, plus he's a Mass Effect fan - Punctual - Approachable (did not make me feel like an idiot for asking a million questions) - Clean - Most importantly: their company has integrity. They could have upsold me other services or products, but chose to point me in the right direction CONS - none A+ company has earned my loyalty. Once I get my house issues corrected, you better believe that I'll be calling Tex-perts for my heating and cooling needs (and no, they did not offer me anything in exchange for me writing this - I'm just blown away by their excellent service)

They have a tendency to come out and want to do a repair so I don't know if it really needs a repair or doesn't. But I always like to stay ahead of the curve if possible. My house is fairly new. I am just trying to keep up on the maintenance so it keeps it preventative. They charged me $245 for a part they wanted to add. I thought it was a little pricey for the part. If the part doesn't need to be replaced they need to be more educational to their customers. It was pretty pricey spring check up. This coming year I will try to find someone that is more thorough.

I'm not sure I'm going to recommend it, I may find better service maybe.

The team that represented Tex Perts was first class. I thought I needed air duct cleaning and I was told by another company I had mold. After careful review, Chris and Frank honestly told me I don't have mold nor do I need my air ducts cleaned. This saved me a substantial amount of money. Very professional team and very reputable company.

The arborist, Jake, was very prompt and knowledgeable. He provided a lot of insight into the proper way to prune to avoid "bonsai" looking oaks and still let more sunlight into the yard. He also came by during the work. He and the team of Jesus and Isaac worked very well together. Jesus and Isaac worked very efficiently together, with little to no breaks. Very courteous and frequently asked if I wanted more removed. The trees look great and I'm very happy with the results. The only thing I would change would be closer attention to sealing limb cuts on the oaks; there are some over 1" diameter.

Great work, on time and always call before arriving. the job took less than an hour. Great worker and cleaned up after the job.

One of the units was free because we had it installed by them last summer. The other unit was $39.

The price is probably A because I didn't compare too much. It took longer than normal because there were some issues with the thermostat. They were great. They left the area clean.
