Everything was done as it should. The service representative was very helpful and communicated well.

The lastly service call was great. The first person who went out did not explain anything about the possible issues we had to call again to have some one come out and install freon at that time we were told of the actual problem. This person did a great job of explaining our options and the person who came out and did the installation was also very professional and patiently explained all he did.

This review is somewhat negative because of poor followup by the TexPerts company, not necessarily the technician's actions. I think Jesse did fine, although both of the units continues to freeze up occasionally and quit cooling. We have to turn them off to defrost before they will cool the house. We regularly change filters and take all necessary steps to be sure air is moving properly. We asked about replacing our 15-year-old units, so Jesse wrote on his invoice that we would like a bid, either replacing one large compressor or the complete systems, possibly considering a mini split system. Nobody followed up on that in 30 days ? not even a call. My husband called Tex-Perts after one month, asking status. The person he spoke with did not have a record of our bid request. So he read Jesse's note on our invoice requesting followup to the individual and asked for action. We have been expecting a call. Nada. It is clear that the hot weather is taxing our systems, but that happened last year during the drought as well, without this level of recurring freeze-ups. Problem: poor followup with customer. Solution: we will try a different company for our expensive AC replacement job.

They were prompt and professional.

This was his second visit. The first visit was for the Angie's List offer and the second visit on July 28 was because the A/C stopped cooling. I was a little disconcerted that it stopped cooling after the check-up that said everything was fine, but they were very responsive and it seemed to take care of the problem by replacing a part. It didn't take very long to do (less than 30 minutes) and I liked the repairman.

I contacted ABC to request a one-time lawn mowing. They e-mailed me back within 24-48 hours of my request, but could not provide me a quote. I tried to call and follow-up today and after using an automated phone system the phone rang and rang. After 3-4 minutes of ringing I gave up.

TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating repaired a leak for my mothers home, they were very courteous and on time. TEX-PERTS Cooling & Heating did a great job!

Came out and helped get us back into cool air. Reported on time and was courteous and professional.

I was impressed with them. He was on time for the appointment. He kept me informed on what he was doing in the appointment. I was able to sign a contract with them for them to do more services in the future.

One of our A/C units was not working. Texperts Cooling and Heating came the day we called and troubleshooting led to them unclogginga blocked drain. The unit was then working however the technician warned us that it looked original to the house (1997) and seemed to be running "hot" and could need replacing at any time. We plan to live here many years and opted to replace the unit and also the indoor portion of same age. The technician wrote up estimates for several different units and we chose the more powerful and energy efficient model. We received a discount for mentioning Angies List and for ordering the units at that time. Their company also filed for us to get our energy efficiency rebate of $400. We received our new units the next week and the installers were very knowledgeable and cleaned up the debris after. The whole experience went so smoothly and painlessly that we signed up for the 10 yr. warranty on the new units and 1-yr service contracts on both sets of units.

The technician arrived and did the check-up/tune-up. He stated that I was three pounds low on Puron and that it likely indicated a leak. He said that they could recharge the Puron at least for $90. Since I have a home warranty and the system was installed in 2011, I decided to go with a different company. The next company, Centsable Heating and Cooling, came out, hooked up the gauges, and showed me exactly how low the system was on Puron. I was only down by a pound. They also explained that you can lose up to 10% of your Puron a year through "normal wear and tear" (in quotes are my words not theirs). The Centsable technician also explained that many times HVAC companies will come out and report a "leak" when it's just normal low of coolant. So, aside from some basic inspection type work I don't feel that TexPerts

I purchased two deals on Angie's list, one for each unit. A representative called the next day to set up appointment for a two hour window on Monday 21 July. Rep called in advance as promised and technician showed up within in a half hour. He was very professional and conducted a thorough check of both systems inside and out. I addition he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Unfortunately something blocked the main drain line when he was cleaning it out, so later that day I had water coming out of the overflow drain. I called and they sent out a tech that evening to fix the problem. Not his fault just something that can just happen from time to time. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable. I am a very picky customer when it comes to hiring companies, but thanks to Angie's list and all those who provided reviews I was able to get a great one first try. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that appreciates you as a customer. For any future AC needs I will definitely be using Tex-Perts.

Gentlemen that installed the unit were friendly and professional. They left the place clean and finished the job in about half a day.

I received a call from the serviceman before he arrived and he showed up on time. He checked my air conditioning and blew out the cooling line. I asked why one vent in the walk-in closet was not cooling like the other vents. He discovered there was a small kink in the hose which restricted the airflow. He fixed this and air came out of the vent better. He then went outside and checked my outside unit. He discovered my coils were very dirty and proceeded to clean them with the water hose. he stated my freon level was great. Overall - I was extremely pleased with the service and the fact that my air conditioning unit is in very good shape! The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Tex-Perts came out quickly and we're very professional. Fully explained that my problem was a simple clogged pipe. They blew it clear and suggested a water monitor to prevent over-flow. Very Professional. Will call them anytime I need AC or heating repairs.

The first diagnosis from this company wasnt properly executed but i beleive in giving people second chances and I am glad that I did. They were very quick to call me to rectify the situation and discounted the job. I didnt understand why a new drain pan replacement and cleaning was 800.00 but I am happy that they rectified the situation and all is well. I would recommend this company again as they took great care of me. I would also use this company again in the near future for any of my other HVAC needs. great job Guys.......

They did an excellent job. He was honest, punctual, and polite. The service was awesome and he was knowledgeable. He let us know if the thermostat had additional issues they would have to replace it.

My experience with them has been very good. I have no problems. They do a very nice job. They do a dressing service for the spring or fall, and they charge an additional $250 for that. I think you get a good deal for what you are getting. I use them continually.

Texperts came out and replaced a faulty thermostat that they installed a year ago no questions asked. They proved once again that they are a quality organization top to bottom.

My technician, Juan, was outstanding. The dude walked me through the process and explained how everything worked and even offered up some preventive maintenance tips for my entire system. I would definitely hire them again.

Our air-conditioner was pushing hot air during the afternoon hours of 3 July. We soon tried calling around and, unfortunately, our usual servicer Kewl Aire was not answering their phone. We went back to Angie's List and tried Tex-perts. They quickly answered our call and were very helpful in attempting to get someone out to us the same day. They sent Jessie who was working numerous other calls but still made it out to us around 9:45 pm. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me an explanation before asking if we would like to make the repairs. We agreed and he installed the component and then checked for other areas that may have needed some maintaining as well. He got the air conditioner back up and running very quickly and we could not be happier with the service. I thank Tex-perts for their exceptional responsivenes (literally, no one else was answering); they have a new regular customer and I'd encourage anyone else to go through them.
