Tex-Perts did a good job. The technician was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Provider came out and did a check of the Air Conditioning Unit and we ended up calling them back when we had a crisis with our Air Conditioning Unit; we could have really been in a spot and bought a whole new unit, but this company did a very cheap repair (less than 200) dollars! Very Honest business & San Antonio is lucky to have them! Our family (we definitely trust this business) with all of our conditioning issues!

It went well. It’s still working! They did a nice job and were very responsive. They came out and diagnosed the problem. The owner came and talked to me about some issues that I had with a previous vendor. They’ve done a few other things for me before, but I’ve always been happy. They seem to be very customer oriented.

Edgar did a complete inspection of heating unit. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of old unit.

They are dependable, and they are courteous. I have used them in the past but I left because the contracts that they had in the past was not good but the contract that they have now is excellent. In the past you had to go like twice a month to get the yard done but come winter time you don’t need to have them mowing the lawn twice a month. Now they got a new contract that says that they would come 21 times a year which knocks out 5 visits out of the year. So now they come only once a month during the winter months.

It was fine. They were on time and polite. They were professional. I have no complains right now; they were very good.

These people are wonderful! They accommodated my schedule and the service professional who came over was extremely thorough. He checked on everything until he found what the culprit was and replaced the part immediately. I will recommend this company to my friends!

The people that came in were very nice people. I saw that they were at the top so I tried them. They were recommended by Angie's List and they were at the top. I think their pricing was in line and the quality was good.

Service call came late in the day but tech was very friendly, skilled and knowledgeable.

They are okay. When I have a problem they come out and fix it. They just spray the outside of the house which I wasn't used to but it works. There is a different service guy every time, which I don't like. They have different levels of expertise. Some of the guys seemed to know what they were doing and a couple that seemed like they knew a little less. I've been using them for 5 or 6 years for pest control. They do all kinds of stuff. I used to use them for lawn service but I fired them. They left a paper on what they did and I noticed one time that the guy was here for 12 minutes. I didn't know how he could have taken care of the yard in that time. The grass was okay but he wasn't doing a great job. I called them. They said it didn't matter how long he was there as long as he was doing a great job on the lawn and I said he really wasn't doing a great job. Finally I fired them and I started doing it myself and the lawn looks excellent. Their lawn service sucks but their pest control is all right.

The technicians George and (sorry i cannot remember if its Larry or Eric) came out very professional. They went upstairs to check the furnace unit and went to the AC unit outside and immediately found the issue. He also explained on why it was a good idea to get the freon refilled. Would definitely hire them again!

Very well. He gave me some good pointers on how to extend the life of my 10 year old AC unit.

Three years ago we had Tex-Perts replace our aged air conditioning system. Craig came out to our home and performed the evaluation himself and recommended the perfect unit for our needs and budget. The installation went very well and we have been enjoying being cool in our home trouble-free ever since. Routine maintenance visits have been nothing but a pleasure, as they are always on-time and professional. Today we contacted them to repair deteriorating ductwork that an inspector found. Unfortunately, the type of ducts we have are beyond repair and need to be replaced, which is very costly. I was able to speak to Craig personally and he explained everything about the repair and worked with me to stay within my budget. I haven't found a single reason to complain about the service I've received from Tex-Perts and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

The trip went well -- I especially liked that the gentleman did some minor PVC cutting/adjustments so that he could better access and clean out the pipes. He could have just said "sorry, this is unserviceable", but he helped out instead.

Purchased the Deal on Angie's list after reading reviews. The service technician was courteous, professional and punctual. He cleaned and checked the unit. Gave me a thumbs up when the service was complete and was on his way. I found the AC company that I will continue to use.

I had a 17 year old system that needed a lot of work($$$$). I called Tex-Terts for a 2nd opinion and quote. After a meeting with Craig I decided to go with Tex-Pert for a new system. Craig did not try to sell me the most expensive system they have. He listened to what I had to sway and answered any and all questions I had. Our meeting was on a friday and Craig was able to schedule a monday install. I can not say enough about the install team. They were very efficient and professional. Their work was nothing but quality. As with most things a person knows quality when they see it. The job took about 5 1/2 hours. By 3:30 PM when the system was started up it was over 80 inside of the house. Craig told me to cool the house way down early that morning. Craig was going to return that same day to do a walkthrough and get paid for the job. He was called out of town so the service manager came on wed. and made a few adjustments to the system. i feel that I paid a fair price and received outstanding service. I would recommend Tex-Perts to anyone needing a new A/C system or repair on an existing one.
