Very well. We had just moved into this home and wanted to make sure sprinkler system was working properly. Mike arrived and quickly inspected both front and back sprinklers, adjusted some of the heads and reset the timer which was not working properly or on our assigned day. He was very professional and knew his business. Everything has been working great ever since. I am late in submitting the review due to all the issues that come from moving, etc. but still wanted to express our appreciation to ABC and to Mike. Thank you.

They did an excellent job, were very professional, and worked continuously until all trees were trimmed to our satisfaction. The trees along both sides of the house needed to have limbs trimmed away from the roof and well as large oak in front yard needed to have canopy lifted and trimmed. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard and made sure any limbs, etc that fell in the neighbors' yards were cleaned up. They all look so good now and we are very satisfied with their work. We used ABC at our previous property which was much larger with many more trees and they always did an excellent job. Their trimmers are well trained and appreciate the value of our trees. We will continue to use ABC for our lawn services. I realize they are in the Pest Control category but they offer many other services.

We had recently moved to this property and bushes and shrubs needed to be trimmed. They had been well maintained so it wa not a major job but the workers arrived promptly and had the trimming completed in a short time. They utilized their time well and did an excellent job of trimming as well as cleaning up everything afterwards. We had used this company at our previous address and have always been very satisfied.

After purchase, recent prompt from Richard stating that an appointment would be scheduled. After a few days, Miguel contacted us and stated he could perform the service that afternoon! Miguel was polite, courtesy and professional. After the inspection, he explained what he did and what he saw and informed us the heater was performing as expected, no further services needed.

They did a good job. They were punctual and knowledgeable. Scheduling an appointment was good.

They were very helpful. They were very timely and scheduling an appointment went well. They called me before they arrived. We ended up purchasing a coolant and they showed me the cheapest plan to do so.

The tech was Juan Espinoza. I had another company check my furnace recently and they told me I needed a light replaced, they quoted $300.00 to replace it but Juan checked the light and it did not need to be replaced. Juan told me that if it did need to be replaced it would be about $200.00. The other company told me I need to have my ducts fixed but Juan stated they did not need to have work. I plan on having them come back and working with them in the future. He checked my AC unit outside as well.

He came out and was very good. I thought they were going to have to replace it, but he took it outside and sprayed off the hard water. He cleaned it and so far it has been working well ever since. I also signed up with them for a year maintenance agreement. He gave a lot of me options to save a lot of money.

They fixed it on a Sunday. Not a lot of people work on Sunday's. They were available. It was like 95 degrees in the house. They were very prompt. There were 3 guys that came out to do the work.

Overall, excellent customer service. One of the gentlemen that answer the phone had proved to be not helpful during more than one call, but once I was able to speak to someone else it was great. We had to do a full system replacement, so it was a large investment and wanted to make sure we were going to get the best install. After calling many companies in the area, we decided on Texperts. They were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. They worked with our budget and found the best system that we could afford. I was able to speak directly with the owner of the company, who made himself available after hours even to answer my questions, of which I had many. The install went great, took most of the day to get done. One suggestion I would have though is that the installers wear some sort of uniform as they both were wearing t shirts, jeans and ball caps. With that said they really seemed to know what they were doing. They also showed up in an unmarked truck and trailer, I wasn't sure they actually worked for TexPerts. Our CPS rebate paperwork was filled out before the installers left and we received the rebate within a few weeks, just as promised when we were quoted. We are a month out, so far so good. Have used them for service calls as well and have had great experiences with our tech.

They did a great job. They were really kind and helped me finance the service, but I never got any bottom line cost for it.

The service was fine. There were no additional charges to the Big Deal. This was the first time I used them. My overall experience was fine. Their professionalism was very good.

They're very responsive. They come on the day they're supposed to. If I have any issues, they take care of it right away. They just really good. They just work out well. As far as I know, they're right on line with everybody else.

They were unable to find another part they said I needed.

. The provider re-set the unit on the riser, cleaned the coil, wrapped the bare wires, and checked the freon and belts. When I asked him for the bill, he refused payment saying that since he did not repair the unit or replace any parts, he would not charge for the service call.

We found out that another company (Will Fix It) who we will never use again, unplugged the heater when they came out to look at our A/C unit. The technician from Tex-Perts got it all plugged in and in working order, and installed a valve which will allow our A/C unit to drain - which was the reason we called Will Fix It earlier this year. He went above and beyond what he was called out to do, and helped us to correct a problem that would have been ongoing.

Service Tech named Juan arrived. He was very professional. He checked the furnace for any carbon monoxide leaks. He replaced the filter for me. When He was finished He gave detailed description of service He performed. I would use Tex Perts again and I would recommend them.

Texperts was called out last year because our ac wasn't cooling. They came out the same day found a leak and added freon, 3 lbs. They talked us into getting a yearly contract that we agreed to. Ac and heat ran without issue. About a month and a half ago a technician shows up unscheduled and says it's ime for the checkup. So we allowed him to check the system. He told us that we were 3lbs low on freon.....same as last year....when we asked how can that be because ac was running fine....this was the heat of the summer also.....he said well his gauges said it was. We then told him to show us where the leak was. He couldn't find one and abruptly left. We called and complained about this to Texperts. About 2 weeks ago the ac stopped working. We called Texperts because we thought he did something to the ac. Different tech came out and said the reversing valve was shot and we needed to replace the entire unit at a cost of $6,200. So our ac went from running fine..until they sabotaged it..to needing to be replaced. We called out another company and they found a wire had been cut....saw this for myself....cost $80. Ac is running fine. Texperts ARE CROOKS!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Hopefully this company gets shut down for unethical practices! They talk you into a contract then try and rake you over the coals!!! Will tell everyone to stay away from this unethical company!!!!!

Very professional and helpful technician.

The person who came out performed a superficial check of the outside unit and did not check the inside unit. He said he cleaned a drain line we had cleaned ourselves leaving us feeling like we may have gotten charged for something he didn't actually do. 3 weeks later the unit stopped working so we called the company back and they wanted to charge us for the service call and for coming out and taking a look at it. I didn't think I should have to pay for a service call for something they had just checked and failed to notice it was low on freon. We ended up paying for the freon but not for the extra service call. I would not recommend this company and I was very disapointed.

Prior to the installation of the new heater unit, Michael and his assistant, Hector, had to remove the old heating unit. This is an attic unit that is accessed by drop down attic stairs in a hallway. No easy feat when you consider the limited space and the attic heat. From the front door through the hallway the crew prepped the area with drop cloths. All of the debris from of old heater were taken directly to their trailer for disposal. The new heater received a new base and a new flue through the roof. It really looks nice. When turned on for the A/C, it is as quiet as a mouse. Michael and Hector did an outstanding job and I am very pleased with Tex-Perts as my HVAC partner. I have them visit me on a semi-annual basis to make sure my system will continue to run perfectly.

I was really impressed. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and they really were able to do everything I wanted with good service. There were a few issues that popped up along the way, but I was able to call someone any time of the day and they communicated with the on-call people well enough so that I felt like I was talking to someone who knew what was going on at my house at all times. The work is clearly high quality and my house is well air conditioned now. I feel like I got a good price for what amounted to a whole lot of hard work by the contractors. Definitely would use them again.
