They seemed great. The technician was honest about the issues with the heat pump units and explained some of the concerns I had. We just purchased the house about 6 months prior and I just wanted the units checked. The house is 8 years old so I knew the units probably had issues. The technician explained that the issues were normal for the age of the units and that they were on the downhill side of their lives, but didn't try to sell me anything. I felt he was really honest about the situation and told me that there were no major issues. I am definitely no expert, but I did feel like I was treated very fairly. By putting us in their service plan they will come back out this summer, check both units again and add freon to the units essentially for free.

They arrived on time, and the same technician handles all our maintenance so he knows the system. We have a 10 year old home, which previous owners did not maintain properly, so we've been updating and repairing. Tex-Perts have been handling the work for 3 years. We are pleased with their service and prompt response to our calls. The technicians know what they are doing and are prompt and efficient. They are also careful not to track mud inside the house, which we greatly appreciate. And they have changed furnace filters during a service call, which was not included in the original request. Nor did they charge us for that work. We keep calling them because we are pleased with our results, based on their work and knowledge. Robert in scheduling is very easy to work with.

The services were great. We use them for other services now like lawn work and fertilization. Now my lawn looks good.

He repaired the unit. He replaced the fan and capacitor. The Big Deal was expired, but he honored it. I had one deal, but he charged me some additional amount to check both units.

Everything was great. They had the repairs completed within 24 hours, the unit is running just fine, and we couldn't have gotten a better price.

I received a call about 20-30 minutes before the technician arrived. When the technician arrived he inspected my HVAC unit & ensured the heat portion was operating properly. He also checked for natural gas leaks, of which there were none. I had just changed the filter, so that was not done. The technician was willing to answer my questions regarding how condensation from the unit was handled when the AC is in use, even though he was there to service the heater. I have been using Tex-Perts to inspect my HVAC system during the spring and fall for at least 2 years. They are wonderful to work with.

I bought the deal because our heat was not working in the house. The next day, the heat came back on and we have had no problem since.

The furnace had stopped working for hours. It was dead. I suspected the thermostat because the furnace roared back to life before slumping back into a coma. It came on again shortly before George arrived. I was prepared to replace the thermostat. George came on time and examined everything with surprising intensity. He reminded me of a surgeon. He asked questions, nodded his head and then went back to work. In the end he took the thermostat apart, cleaned it and replaced the filter which was quite dirty after only a month. I paid the service charge - no parts, no labor. I was struck with his thorough integrity, professionalism and focus. Thanks George!

TexPerts contacted me within 24 hours of purchasing the big deal to set up a time to conduct the service. I was able to establish a time for service the next day and they provided a courtesy call prior to their arrival. They were prompt and courteous and thorough in their inspection and explanation of the service performed. I would not hesitate to use them again for any concerns with my heating system.

This went great. They guy was very professional and even help me exchange some filters, which he didnt have to do.

I couldn't be more impressed with this company. From the initial phone call to the service apt,. they've been a class act. I called because one of the zones in my home was acting up. I called an explained our issue and the person on the phone suggested we pay for the inspection / tune-up to get the most out of our money. Here's the thing... she told me it was her intent to keep this as cheap as possible. Had I just requested a regular service call for the inspection, it would have cost me more money. But, they looked after my best interests instead of their own and that says a lot in my book. I have additional work that needs to be completed (the zones need to be reconfigured). Feels good knowing I already know who I'm going to go with.

first I purchased a deal here on Angieslist and was so satisfied I went back to them for more services. I had my A/C and Heater check up and then a motor cleaning on the heater. Saved me time and money. They were quick, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. By doing the maintenance on my heater I saved from not having to buy another system. After they were finished it worked like new!

Once the Big Deal was purchased, I called Tex-Perts and decided the deal wasn't exactly what I was needing.

No Show, No Call I contacted the provider to ask for a refund due to No service being conducted, but no replpy from Provider.

Great! He listened to my questions with a possible problem, looked at the issue and determined there really was no problem but didn't make me feel like an idiot for my concerns. He was kind and professional.

The service from tex-perts has been horrible. I pre-paid for the tune-up and now I want a refund. They have given me nothing but the run around. This is what happened: Tex-Perts was supposed to do a tune up on the heating system. On Wednesday, Jan 31st, the tech was scheduled to come between 11 and 2pm. I specifically requested to be called to let me know when the tech was on his way because I would have to leave work to meet him at the house. I was told "we always call, we have to have voice confirmation before we send the tech." Well I never got a call, I got a text message from Miguel the tech saying "I've been here at your house knocking and ringing the door bell and no one has answered, call me so we can reschedule." I called and he apologized said he thought someone had called me, so we went ahead an rescheduled for Friday, Jan 2nd, between 10 and 2pm. On Friday, Jan 2nd, at 10 am I was called and told the tech would be arriving at the residence in 20 to 30 minutes. So I Ieft out to meet the tech at the residence. I arrived at about 10:30 he arrived at about 10:45. Jesse was the tech and he told me before even entering the house that he did not think it was a good idea to do the tune-up because of the weather and wetness. (It was drizzling very lightly off and on) He didn't feel he would be able to do an adequate job on the tune-up so to be fair to me he recommended we reschedule for when the weather was better. He came inside he felt that air was blowing but that it was weak and cold air. Not warm air. He still thought it would be best to wait. I asked him when and what about on a weekend? He said, yes they work on weekends. I informed him that I do not live at the house and that I have to schedule with the renters and around my work schedule to do this but he insisted that Rescheduling would be a better idea. On Saturday, Jan 3rd, the weather was beautiful so I called at about 1030 am and requested for a tech to come out to the residence and the tech called and told me Saturday appointments are usually scheduled 1 week to 2 weeks in advance and that Saturdays are reserved for emergencies, that he has 9 calls today and there is no way he could come out to call the office on Monday and schedule.

ABC used to be Pest Fog. We've used them for four years. Since the acquisition (I think early 2014), the follow up has become poor. Good, courteous employees in general; but over the last six months, we've had two no-shows, and three promises of follow-up that flat out did not happen.

Provider was timely and polite. He heard my issues and corrected the problems. While there he evaluated the entire system to ensure everything was in good working order. He was polite, friendly and helpful. He was also mindful to keep his shoes clean as we had worked outdoors as well as indoors. I had just cleaned the carpets in effort to sell house so I was grateful he kept things tidy.

Great! We asked him if he could figure out if there was something wrong with the thermostat. (The fan was stuck on.) He figured out that a couple of wires were touching. It's been working properly ever since!

The service call went well. They were polite and got to the job quickly. After reviewing our system they said everything looked fine and we should not have any problems.
