would highly recommend this company. The tech was prepared to answer any questions during his inspection. He was on time and very professional. They also give me a courtesy call while the tech was on his way to my house. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding.

At the beginning of the week we met with several companies to obtain estimates for replacing cooling and heating system in a residential home. All companies were asked questions regarding available SEER, types of units available, dampers, installation cost and timeframe, T-stat, return air grills, rebates, financing, etc. All companies were told they were not the only ones being considered for the project and that after a family discussion a decision would be made around mid-week with installation soon thereafter. All companies would be told if we wanted to hire them or if we did not. All companies were notified of our decision not to utilize them and a follow-up visit was scheduled with the company we plan to hire. That afternoon I received a call from Craig Tuffelmire asking for our decision and when I told him we were not going with Tex-Perts he wanted to know why. I told him we went with another company based upon the package they presented, our comfort level with that company, their ability to answer all questions and that they provided additional information we hadn?t considered, and finally the military connection we felt. Craig Tuffelmire proceeded to tell me he didn't understand, since he had presented a package, answered all our questions and was available to answer any additional ones we might think of later. He reminded me that we had told him he answered all of our questions and that he too had connections to the military. I stated all of the companies we interviewed had answered all of the questions we had. I once again explained that the other company had given us additional items to consider and the bottom line was we felt more comfortable with the other company. He then accused me of back peddling, leading him on to believe that he had the job. Then wanting to know what questions he hadn?t answered and what he had done that made me uncomfortable with him. I then told him that what he was currently doing on the phone at that exact moment was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I emphasized that we could not hire ALL of the companies and that we picked the company that we were most comfortable with. He then proceeded to ramble on about being lead on and mumbled several other things before hanging up on me. How unprofessional and pointless, which made me wonder what type of high pressure sales tactics we would have to deal with if we had decided to utilize Tex-Perts. If nothing else Craig Tuffelmire's last phone call to me, confirmed that we had dodged a huge communication problem, as it was clear he had difficulty accepting something as simple as a customer having the right to choose which company they wanted to utilize.

Very satisfied with their work. I've been using them for several years, and they do a fantastic job. One time, they broke a window while mowing, but they gladly reimbursed the replacement charges.

They tried to sell me some other stuff. I paid more than the Big Deal price because I had two units and the ad was $59 per unit. I had to pay for the extra unit.

My furnace and heating system working fine. Immediately after tech cleaned it, blower stopped working. After I questioned him, he put wires back in place and said he did not know why it stopped working. He said this happenned to him before. After I persisted to get an explanation, he stated he didn't know why and had the authority to shut my system down for lack of safety, gave me a quote for a part replacement and left (around $350 part). I was angry and in shock! My saving Grace was that he placed the wires he originally moved around back together. I left the unit off over night and turned it back on. To my surprise, my unit was running normally, and continues to work just fine. I spoke to owner. He gave me a thorough explanation of what happenned (which made sense to me) and was very helpful. He even gave me his direct contact information. I was impressed. I will trust him. I just don't think I can trust his management (the tech dispatched to my house was one of his managers).

I wasn’t dissatisfied with them. They showed up and did what the advertisement said they would do. It was a big deal purchase. It was a very fair price. I was satisfied with them.

After a bit of a scheduling miscommunication and a slightly late arrival, they did a great job of going through the gas furnace system. They also spotted an animal intrusion in the attic that I wasn't aware of. Efficient and professional, and their furnace inspection is a great value.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was pretty good. They knew what they were doing. I would say you should schedule with them earlier in the week, because they have to get parts from distributors, and sometimes distributors close over the weekend. I had to wait over the weekend without air conditioning because they shut off at 5pm on Friday, but it is nothing negative against them, it is just something to be aware of.

We had a very good experience. The person who showed up was on time, professional and did a thorough job, We were very pleased. They were a good participant in your Big Deal program. I would definitely include them again.

It was okay. Originally, he told us that we had to replace a control unit inside the house. It turned out we didn't have to. It wasn't functioning and then all of a sudden it just started functioning and I haven't had an issue with it yet.

This company is great. They arranged the site visit with the tenant of the property, notified me of any needed repairs, and arranged to have a new system installed the next day! (The old system was very old and I would have been surprised if it could have been repaired). I liked their service so much I purchased another tune-up for my daughter who lives nearby.

Everything was wonderful! He was a big help. There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

I contacted ABC to have an electrician remove old landscape lighting as we had installed new lighting. John arrived the next day and was able to remove the old lighting. We have recently moved to this home and were not sure when the wiring was connected or run to the tree lights but John figured it out so he could kill the high voltage electricity and take out the lights and old wiring. Very responsive, polite and capable young man whom I will be requesting if we need future electrical work. ABC has the best employees - always cheerful, efficient, respectful of us and our property and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. We use several of their services and they are "THE BEST" in my book.

I purchased my 10 year old home about two years ago. When I bought the home, I knew that the HVAC system had issues but I planned to keep it alive as long as possible. After dumping over $1000 dollars into the old system, I had another failure. While guests were visiting during the hot summer months, the blower motor failed. The part alone would have cost another $1000. I then decided it was finally time to replace my old HVAC system. I received quotes from several companies. Since I had heard that Trane systems were top-quality, this is what I had in mind. However, after doing research and speaking with ABC representative, Larry Sellers, I chose ABC Home and Commercial Service to install a Lennox system in my home. The system I chose was a 3 ton Lennox XP 21 with a variable speed furnace/AHU (Air Handling Unit) with an 18.5 SEER rating. I could not be more pleased with my investment. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and they arrived on-time. The XP21 is advertised as "The most quiet and efficient heat pump you can buy? Not only is the condenser significantly quieter than my old system, the air coming from the vents is also very quiet due to the variable speed AHU motor. The system came with a Wi-Fi enabled thermostat which allows me to control the system from my smartphone. My electricity bill is now a fraction of what it was before this new system was installed. As previously stated, I could not be more pleased. ABC has been in business for well over half a century. During this time, they have diversified to become one of Texas' top providers for home and commercial services. If you choose to have ABC take care of your HVAC needs, you will not be disappointed. The repairman returned my phone call within 15 minutes. He came the next day for measurements and gave me a reasonable estimate. The door was replaced once the door arrived. He and his assistant were courteous, punctual, and efficient. I highly recommend this company.

Showed up on time, prompt and courteous. Cleaned AC condensers on outside even though this wasn't part of their required service. Completed work quickly, answered all my questions. Did a good job.

The technician did a one-time cleaning and inspection of our heating system and said everything was functioning as it should. No unnecessary up-selling. Planning to use again as a regular provider.

George came to our house tonight, our heat had gone out. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter. He was professional, checked to make sure heat was coming into the house, and was in one word SUPERB.

He repaired my heater by replacing a part. He also changed out my air filter for me.

Cannot remember details, but I love their attitude about not trying to force any suggestions on you and they are sincere in what they "diagnose" for your system.

Recent call was exactly what was promised. They came and checked the unit and found no problems---and I continue to be pleased with the unit and service.

We Initially called Tex-Perts for one of our AC units in our personal home. They were on time, informative and quick in their repairs. They took the time to look up warranties for our unit as we had just bought the house and had no prior info about the unit. They ultimately got our part under warranty and were very reasonable in their cost of labor. We have since then used them for rental properties we own and have always been happy with their service and staff.

The men were okay in their work but decided not to do a good portion of the work, stating it was not possible due to clearance in the attic. Yet the estimator was able to get up in the attic and verify it could be done when he came out earlier.

They came and kind of fixed what they thought was the problem. They were very courteous but it wasn't the problem. The next day we had to get somebody else to come fix it. They figured out that it was the drain underneath the air conditioning and not what the gentleman thought it was. They came and fixed what they thought it was. He was thinking that the pipe's for water drainage's back flow was clogged. He basically disconnected it through out the unit and said it was fine and then it did the same thing again and so in actuality it was under the unit, in the connection under the unit for the water to flow out of the house. I got another person to come and cut the pipe, put a new valve on and make it work properly. He should have looked and made sure that that was definitely the problem. He was very fair for the price, reasonable. The quality was good. They got stuck in traffic and you can't help that either. They were there within an hour of when they said, San Antonio traffic, I know that so it is not a big deal. They weren't on time. They gave me a 3 hour window and they were still an hour late. They called relatively soon, we have a 24 hour window and they called within that window. They were good for professionalism. I bought 2 big deals and I am going to use them in the future.
