Very courteous and explained everything well. Did not try t sell me something I did not need (like new AC units until mine die).

They showed up on time and were very nice. I was having issues a few days before they arrived with my AC unit. It was over the weekend so these guys were not open, so I had to call others to come fix my AC. The other guys said I needed a whole system change and new coils. Well I was freaking out about that for the next two days until these guys showed up. The Tex Perts guy looked at my AC and said "How did they even look at the coils? The seal isn't even broke!" They then proceeded to test the entire system an actually look at the coils. They found no issues with my system and it was running 100 percent! I trust these guys so much now and will call them for all my AC needs.

Tech who came out did an excellent job and was very thorough in the inspection. He was very polite and showed up on time.

Outstanding. Within 3 hours of my call I had a tech at my house. Within the first 5 minutes after arrival the tech (Miguel) had diagnosed my A/C problem with just a few simple questions. He had the parts needed for the repair and my A/C was up and running within 30 minutes. Miquel from TEX-PERTwas a total professional and I would not hesitate to contact this company again and would highly recommend anyone in need of A/C service to do the same!

They called and were on time. They did a great job of cleaning the A/C and helped me evaluate the system. Turns out the unit is undersized for the home. They didn't try to sell me on a replacement, but explained the options. Very informative and helpful.

Representative showed up promptly, performed the inspection and because of his honesty, service, and professionalism, I purchased a maintenance contract for the next 2 years.

All went well until the Technician informed us, after the inspection, that our unit was lacking freon. I had to remind him that we pre-paid for not only the inspection but also for a pound of freon. Thank God that I printed out the receipt from Angie's List!

I feel the Tex-pert service person did a very good job. He inspected all the points I expected him to do and discussed various items with me. I would recommend the company to others and will use them for my fall inspection.

Service Technician, Juan, was punctual and very professional. He did a thorough check of our AC system and also the duct work in the attic. Before he left, he took the time to explain everything to us and he gave us recommendations on how to improve the comfort level of the air in our home, which is what we requested. We felt like he was honest and would definitely call this company back to do the improvements as suggested.

We didn't use the service, but may in the future.

I ordered the Angie List special for an air conditioning check and was very impressed with the technician, George. He explained everything he was doing and even educated me about some misconceptions on the care of the unit previous companies had given me. My unit had been acting up and was on the brink of going out, and other companies had given me quotes over $1,000 for a new unit. George advised me all I needed to do was replace the motor, not the whole unit and enrolled me on a scheduled maintenance plan for $125.00 for heating and air, with a discount on any cost of materials in the future. The new motor is only going to cost me $515.00 as opposed to the $1,200 and up previous quotes I had been getting. I also had bad luck with a previous company that to this day has not given me any paperwork I have been requesting for a new heating unit that they had installed. This company, Tex-Perts is a breath of fresh air as far as good business ethics, and I will certainly recommend them to family and friends!!!

This is a very professional and responsive company. They have a customer service department that answers the phones and is empowered to make appointments. They respond to phone calls and e mails, they show up when they say they will, and they do what they contract with you to do. They have different levels of service depending on what you need or want. I have had quite a bit of difficulty finding a lawn service provider that is competent and responsible, and I am very pleased to have found ABC. I have signed up for regular maintenance with them. I highly recommend them.

It was delayed a couple of times due to in climate weather, but when we were finally able to secure a date, they showed up on time and completed the job efficiently.

He was on time, Very nice and professional. Did the system check and explained what he had done. I think he had to fix a clog in side. Would use them again.

.I have used ABC for many years for lawn and sprinkler services so I called re a landscaping project. I have a heavily shaded side yard with poor drainage where nothing grows. I wanted to plant some bushes but that's all I knew. When I called, I said I needed someone who could recommend a design plus what to plant. ABC offers free estimate with a $500 minimum per project. Vince Ng came out. He was extremely knowledgeable & recommended a plan. He gave me a price on the spot! I also wanted some bushes in my front bed replaced & all beds mulched. The work was scheduled for 10 days later. Efren, Sr. and Efren, Jr. did the work. They did an excellent job! They planted 13 bushes, put down weed control fabric, metal edging and large river rock. They spread a very thick layer of beautiful mulch in all of my very large beds and took great care not to damage my plants. Both Efrens are professional, hard-working and knowledgeable men. All of this work was done in about 5+ hours even working through rain showers. I couldn't be happier with the results. Many thanks to ABC and especially Vince, Efren and Efren. A longtime eye-sore is now beautiful!

George was the employee. He did a great and thorough job. He is very informative.

These guys want to charge $79.00 to come out and give you a quote. They say they will refund it IF you have the service done by them. As a consumer, how am I supposed to get three quotes and pick the lowest one? This is a ridiculous practice. Vote with your pocketbook, Angie's list.

Edgar arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He appeared very thorough inspecting my system and also explained how the system works. Additionally, he offered rationale for each recommendation he made on maintaining my system. I am also very appreciative of the fact that he didn't try to sell me anything extra. I will use this firm again.
