Except for two minor exceptions everything went fine. A ladder was left behind and a filter was not installed and it took two weeks and several calls to get that matter resolved. But, overall, we are satisfied.

Great. Robert was very personable and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very efficient.

No one got back in contact with me. They have on their website that they have a 24 hour service but I did not get one call back on the two messages I left explaining my situation and how I needed service. I ended up calling All Pro at 2am. And they were able to schedule me for appointment that day. And in the morning! Texperts never called me back!

Jesse the technician did a great job and explained issues to me in great detail I will certainly use again in the future.

They were very good. They were on time, I liked the professionalism of the person. They did a good job for me. He answered all of my questions and everything.

Technician determined it was a fuse/transformer that had blown and needed replacement. Had the necessary part on truck, repaired it within minutes, and back to cold air.

They charged $2149.00 to replace parts that did not need to be replaced. They left an unsafe, broken system and refused to find solutions. Techs were incompetent, which can be remedied. But management/ owners are deceitful.

They have done my heating and A/C for the past five years. Their quality of work is excellent They've got an excellent staff and backup staff if something doesn't get right. They'll send a person out that will make sure it's right. So, I was very pleased with their responsiveness. All of our equipment is very old, it's like 1993. They're keeping it going for a reasonable year. I use them every season. They'll be in to do the furnaces when it starts to get cold. So, they do the heating and air conditioning.

Excellent work for George and Jesse. They've got some of their less experienced people still learning, but George and Jesse are their top two guys.

The install went great! All the people we had contact with before and after were very professional, very helpful and we are happy we went with TexPerts.

Now our A/C is blowing colder and more air to help us stay cool in these 100 F + days.

They come every other Wednesday. We have used them for 8 years. They always do what they say they will do. Julian is the main guy that works for the owner, he is older and makes sure everything is done right.

They were not open the day but they returned our call anyway. They called us the next day and they came when they said they would.

The TexPerts team was responsive and professional. They answered all my questions in a respectful and detailed manner. Their communications system (via email and text) was also very effective at keeping track when they'd stop by the house and progress on the service. The price was also reasonable. It's been a little over a month since the replacement and we've had no problem with the unit. Everything is running smoothly.

I originally hired this company a while back to service my furnace and a/c (you can read my previous review). Yesterday I gave Tex-Perts a second chance and scheduled an appointment to have them come and check my A/C units. Well... they dropped the ball yet again and fell short on service and punctuality. My appointment was between 3pm - 5pm. Since I hadn't heard anything from the company I called about 3p.m. to confirm my appointment times. I was reassured that my appointment was between the stated times. So I waited until 5:15 pm without a word from this company. At 5:20p.m. I get a call from their receptionist stating that the tech is about to leave to my area. This is unacceptable. Do they think people have nothing better than to wait around for their techs to arrive at whatever time? What time was the tech planning on checking the A/C units? 6p.m.? That was not the scheduled time frame. Last time I hired this company their tech was also very late (about 2.5 hours late). Never again will I even consider hiring Tex-Perts.

Very thorough service. They are detail oriented and made sure that we were informed throughout the process. The installation process went smoothly and the team did everything to make sure that we were satsified. We will certainly work with them in the future

OUTSTANDING! The technician showed up exactly on time - came out on a Saturday - worked about 2 1/2 hours - fixed the problem - cleaned up after himself - extremely professional yet friendly - and very knowledgeable!!!
