The service was okay. The guy did not leave me a check list of what he covered. I followed him around and everything. For the most part, he covered a lot of the stuff. I felt like he did not check the temperature of my air conditioning, like at the vents, the little infrared tool that most people do. It turned out I had three pounds low on my Freon and they tried to like sell me Freon or get me into buying to their company’s maintenance plan. It just kind of felt like I did not really know what to do. I did not really know how to proceed with that. It felt like I needed a second opinion on the Freon itself. It was good information. I do not doubt that he is lying to me. I kind of understand what he was talking about and I knew how the air conditioning system works. It was just that I was kind of hoping he could give me a little bit more information as far as where I might have a leak in my system. I guess that was an additional $75 service to find a leak. I guess he did what he was supposed to do except for a couple of things on that list and he did not leave me a list to check up what we actually covered. I did not know if I got the value of the inspection. If he would have included a check-off list of everything he covered and stuff, I would have felt more comfortable with getting my money’s worth. I felt like he left some things off the list that he was supposed to check. They did pretty well about their responsiveness. He was polite and everything. I would probably explore other options in the future.

Everything went fine. The only problem we had that it took so long for him to show up. From the time we bought the deal to the time he showed up it took more than 3 weeks.

The service man was great! He flushed the system and checked coolant. We had a ton of questions and he answered them all so knowledgeably. We had been thinking of moving our unit and he explained why it would be a big mistake. So, he saved us money and perhaps a new system. Couldn't have been happier!

Work was done but unit has gone out recently

Very good communication regarding arrival time. Talked through issues we've been having with my husband. Identified problem areas and corrected them.

He arrived on time. Professionally went about the task. Took about 30 minutes. Nothing was left undone. Unit works fine.

Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Every aspect of the service was explained in great detail and I purchased a service agreement based on the satisfaction from the deal purchase.

It went very well. The technician arrived on time. He inspected the system, which is quite old and not as efficient as it could be. He explained that there are parts that could be replaced to increase the efficiency and quoted the cost of doing this. He was very professional and not at all pushy about having the repairs done.

My AC broke and I called them for repairs. They were able to fit me in the same day and told me about the Angie's List coupon. I was called before they came to my house. The AC was fixed within 30 minutes. Edgar was informative and answered all my questions. My AC is working again. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Gentleman did good job. Inspected unit in attic first, then serviced outside fans. Cleaned out debris he found in fans and added a little freon. Told that units were in good working condition. Only complaint was promtness. He was about an hour later than the window given to me.

I called late in the day around 4pm. Within about 2 hours George came out. He started toubleshooting and quickly discover a capacitor was bad. He explained our options. He quickly made the repair and verified that was the only problem. George was very professional and patient. Thanks very much!!

Unfortunately, the "guy" scheduled to do the inspection had vehicle problems so I ended up with someone who was not particularly knowledgeable. In fact, upon arrival he greeted me with "Well, so what are we doing"? I had to read him the deal from the voucher to let him know what we were doing. One of the items was a water heater drainage inspection. He informed me "We don't do water heaters". It only went downhill from there.

Jessie provided prompt great service. Within moments of arrival he knew what the problem was and replaced the broken part. The heat in the house had soared to over 90 degrees so getting the AC fixed the same day as I called for help was a blessing.

One unit was not cooling properly. AC working fine now. Serviceman was prompt, professional and courteous.

The technician, Paul, appeared to be in big hurry. His first inspection revealed two small problems costing a little less than $500. After installing those two pieces, the A/C still did not work. He then determined it was the compressor that was bad, which was bad news. He gave me three options: 1. Replace the compressor Only for $2,800; 2. Replace the entire outside unit for $3,700; or 3. Replace the entire A/C unit, inside and out for $6,239. Because Aug 1 was a Saturday, he could not do anymore, and charged me $79 for the service call. He said someone would get back to me on Monday. In the meantime, it's 100 degrees outside every day, and our A/C quit on Friday evening, so we had no A/C all weekend and were sweltering. Monday came and went, and we never heard from Tex-Perts again. I contacted another company, also listed in Angie's List, and they came out the same day I called and replaced the entire A/C unit, inside and out, for almost $2000 less, and it is a better quality unit than what Tex-Perts offered. Therefore, I can't give high marks for Tex-Perts.

I scheduled my appointment a week and a half in advance for them to come out and service my AC unit. They were schedule to come between 2pm - 5pm on a Friday. At 4:30 I called the office and checked to see if they were on schedule since, I was told the service person would call 30min before to let me know they were headed my way and I had not heard from anyone at that time. The person who answered (a man) said they were running behind but someone would be out in an hour, and that we were next. At 5:10 I got a phone call from the office (a woman), who said they were running behind and that the service person who was scheduled to come to my house was not done and so she added me to another service person's list and we would be next. She further told me that it should only be another 30min - 1 hour before they arrived. I said ok, not happy but ok. Now it is 6:30 and we have not heard from anyone, I called the office (they are now closed) and left a message for the person on call. He returned my call pretty quickly, he was not aware of our service request and would call to see what he could find out and get back to me ASAP. He also let me know that he already had 6 people on schedule and we would have to be after all of them. He called at 8:15pm to let me know that he was not sure what happened, but he would get to us as soon as he could after he finished the remaining three people on his schedule, or he could come at 7am the next morning. He was very nice and apologetic. I told him not to come at that point since, he would not get to our house until 10pm or later. I did tell him that I was very upset and could he please let the company know and get back to me. My husband took a half day off work to be at home between the 2-5pm schedule that they set. We also have twin one year old daughters whose room is right by the AC unit on the outside. So we didn't want anyone working on the unit as they might wake the babies. I was super excited, since this company had such good reviews. Unfortunately, we must have fallen through the cracks. I am most upset at the lack of response from the company not to rectify this situation. It has been three business days and I have not heard from them. So that is why I will not be using them at all in the future. Very bad customer service.

Everything went well, they were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. I was very satisfied.
