Description of Work: Contacted this company on 2/12/14 for an estimate to replace our existing AC/HV system. An employee came out the next day saying he was sent to work on our heating system. I explained the reason I called and he said he would check the current system and have the owner call us. To date, we never heard from anyone. Very disappointed! I contacted this company only because of the excellent ratings on Angie's list. This proved to be wrong.

Description of Work: Woke up this morning to a cold house. Thermostat not responding, heat would not click on. Called Tex-Perts about 3:00, a tech was knocking at my door by 6:00. Quick response, great service, polite & helpful tech (George)! New thermostat installed. Used an Angie's List coupon, so no service fee.
