Description of Work: I had an appointment with them for mid-day, so I had to take time off work move all my pots was ready for them to show up and start working. They never showed, I had to call and ask if they where planning to show an hour before the end of the show time window and lady said yes that he would be there. He never showed, their office closed and when I called them back they didn't care and just said that there was a scheduling conflict and that he could go some other day. They expected me to take another day off for their mistake and not even compensate me by offering me a free hour or something and/or work around my work hours so I don't have to take another vacation day off for their mistake.

Description of Work: Edgar was absolutely wonderful!! This is a valuable employee! Treat him well. He was able to resolve something for us that no one had been able to do(previously hired 3 A/C service companies). Edgar was nice, just good old fashioned nice and a great service provider.

Description of Work: I requested for my AC to be inspected and serviced if needed. The tech was very through and made a few suggestions to keep tree debris out of the unit. We'll worth the price.

Since I paid for the tune-up already, I was not charged any additional monies. The tech was able to find the problem with the inspection and clear up all drains.

Description of Work: Initially had the $49 system check special, and the whole unit |( which was 12 years old) checked out OK, didn't even have to add any freon....then 4 days later, the fan motor was not running but compressor was turning on..Jesse came and checked it out & replaced the capacitor . Now, it's running great.. Jesse said any problems, call anytime, even on the weekend

Description of Work: I purchased a deal offered for checking the heating system. At the time I had been having some problems with it not staying on. It kept shutting off so figured this was a good opportunity to check the heating unit. The technician arrived promptly and was the same young man that had been out in the summer to check the A/C system. He asked if there were any problems. I explained how it kept shutting off and he said he would check it out. It could be a safety feature that's causing the system to shut off. He was exactly correct. He fixed the problem and the best thing was that there was no additional charge because it was actually part of the work that would have been done with cleaning and checking out the system for any problems. I have been very satisfied both times with their service and especially the technician. He is very polite and respectful. I will continue to use them on a regular basis and purchase the deals each season for the maintenance of my central A/C & Htg unit. | |Thank you TEX-PERTS
