Quoted three systems ranging in price from $3644 to $4984. Might consider them for the job if I can figure out what the differences are in the systems quoted (i.e., do I really need to more expensive ones?)

Description of Work: One of two check ups in a year, total cost was $120.00. Edgar Garcia explanied the airconditioner operation and the heat pump operation. I met Edgar at my daughters house and was very impressed with him so I requested him for my service call. I am very pleased with Edgar's work.

Description of Work: I called this company because of all the positive reviews. I was highly disappointed. We arrived back home from vacation to find out our system was not cooling. At this point, I got on Angie's list and found this company and it was used by a friend's son. First of all I thought all I needed was freon. So I purchased the maintenance package that offered 3 units of freon. Little did I know my system was really irreparable and needed to be replaced. So, basically this company took $120 from a single mom when they should have recommended the unit be replaced since it could not cool with the 3 units of freon they allegedly put in the system (I did not see him do this). I later received their estimate for replacement. They were the most expensive of the 3 I requested ($1000 higher) and did not go with them because I feel they should have better informed me of the system's actual condition on the intial call. When I did have it replaced, the whole darn thing was a total rust bucket and was literally coming apart in my driveway. Its location was that I could not see it when they came for service. To take advantage of single mom is disgusting. I would not recommend this company to any one.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for $49 for a 20-Point Air-Conditioning Tune-Up. They did a good job. They came out to perform the service shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. Just one technician came out and it took him awhile since he did the tune up on 2 units. We did have to pay extra and that price was reasonable. He was a good guy and he did a good job. We then made a service agreement/contract with them to come out for us regularly.

Description of Work: George called and showed up early. I said I would be available if there were cancels. He knew what was wrong right away. The capacitor that the previous AC guy replaced had melted down. George said my older capacitor was bigger than I needed for my AC and replaced it with the specified part. Now my AC seems to be working better than before the melt down. It's draining better. If I didn't know better, I'd say my teeth are whiter. Seriously though; great service from a company that knows how to make a lifelong customer out of a Scotsman.

Description of Work: covered under service policy wich was honored withot quibble or question! Hooray! Future work needs to be done to correct incorrect installation |of drain line by a/c co who installed a new condensor. Quoted price seems reasonable.

Description of Work: This service was performed at my rental house. The renter mentioned the service was great. One little hiccup: the service wasn't performed until several weeks had passed. Service provider tried to contact renter several times but couldn't get in touch with them. After it was straightened out everything was fine. Will use this provider in the future.
