Description of Work: Tex-Perts was hired to make repairs to the ducts in our house as well as vacuum out the ducts as well. They made repairs as contracted but didn't complete the vacuum as they had concerns about the condition of the ductwork. | |We then started a process of replacing the HVAC units and went to a number of companies to get quotes, including Tex-Perts. Others delivered on their quote, but Tex-Perts never sent a written response, though it was promised twice. | |I called to request a refund for the vacuum (which wasn't done) and they could see from the work order it wasn't completed and needed to be addressed. The person in the office promised to have the right person call me back to see about my refund but still haven't heard. I will continue to chase my money back, but so far their word has turned out to be useless as well as their follow-up process.

Description of Work: The serviceman informed me that the air conditioning tune up couldn't be performed until the weather was warmer and recommended having this done in May or June (after which this coupon would have been expired). He did perform a furnace tune up for each of the units, which was less expensive than the air conditioning tune up so I wrote him a check for this service and did not use the "big-deal" purchase. I would like to have this purchase refunded.

Description of Work: I paid for an AC tune-up at a rental property. Initially the technicians met with the tenant and only did a heating unit tune-up only because it was winter. After I requested the AC be checked, despite it being winter, they came back and did that service. It required an extra appointment but the Tex-perts Cooling and Heating did a thorough job.
