Description of Work: The work was done on a property that I rent. The tenant had to coordinate the time and appointment and has made no negative comments.

Description of Work: The air conditioner wasn't working. It was totally out of coolant and had a hole in the condenser. Considering the price of coolant and a new condenser, we decided to go with a whole new system, which they installed the next day.

Description of Work: 20 point air conditioning tune up. They did a great job. They showed up on time and did a thorough checkup. I would use them again.

Description of Work: They came out to service the air-conditioner. The serviceman told us that there was a leak but it might be covered by warranty and he would get back with us. To date we have not heard anything from the company. We have not had any trouble, so now we are wondering if there really was a leak. The actual service date was in late December, but I was not given the option of reporting anything from last December.

Description of Work: The process is just beginning> I have entered into a contract agreement to initially do the following over a two-week period: Turf Enrichment program (soil amendments to optimize turf health), plus weed control (pre-emergent herbicide & post emergent treatments), Lawn moving, edging, blowing on-going basis, maintain bushes and weed control in the beds, Aeration, compost as needed, sprinkler checks and adjusting watering requirements at various times of the year.

Description of Work: Miguel fixed my central heat which had gone out during a very cold spell. He was friendly knowledgable & honest. The problem turned out to be a loose wire! He then checked on another AC/Heat unit @ no charge. He did not charge for the repair - the only cost was for the service call. I was also impressed with their responsiveness! They were at my home 4 hrs after I called them. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: They provided an A/C tune-up and 1 pound of refrigerant. It was a minor check-up and they did a good job. They did what was expected and it was a good value.

Description of Work: Our air conditioninfg system bit the dustand we called Tex-perts to come and give an estimate to replace it. They had already looked at the system several times (we had just bought the house) and were not able to repair it under the home insurance coverage we had due to the company (American Home Shield - EXTREMELY poor service) not approving them. When the system finally failed as they said it would, we called them to replace it. They were very helpful and informative in shoewing us options and rebate programs as well as financing alternatives. We finally chose a new high performance unit which they installed and explained in a very timely, professional and helpful manner. I highly recommend Tex-Perts and would use them again. We also purchased the annual maintenance contract from them which they have faithfully fulfilled.
