Description of Work: Biggest factor is trust; I trust the technical advice provided. Tech conducted spring tuneup 2 carrier units..Drains were clogged.. Found smaller unit low on r 22 by 1/2 lb which was replenished. Although tech recommended system change-outs in his report, he didn't push to sell.

Description of Work: I bought two Angie's List deals to have the spring service performed on two a/c units at my home. The service seemed to be thorough and the technician listened to me. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal for 24-Point A/C Tune-Up and One Pound of Refrigerant. I was contacted within a couple business days to schedule the service. The first appointment they had available was about a week out. They scheduled a 2 hour window for service in the morning, they contacted me about 30 minutes prior to arrival. Service was completed, my a/c system is fine, I will use them again next year, they seemed honest and didn't try to sell me any extra services.

Description of Work: The technician came right on time, and serviced our A/C unit quickly and quietly. We were not having any issues, just wanted a "check up", and that's what he did. This company came recommended by our neighbors, and they did a good job.

Description of Work: Tex-Perts was contacted to perform a complete system check. Although I had purchased this deal in May,Ii had not heard from Tex-Perts, so I finally called themselves to schedule an appointment. | |Jess, the technician was very pleasant & professional. He arrived right on time and quickly serviced my ac units.

Description of Work: We called Tex Perts to get an estimate on replacing our two AC systems. I called Thursday and was told somebody would get in contact with me the next day. The owner called and came out the next morning. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He gave us three ranges of estimates and they were the best priced out of all the estimates we received. We will be using them to replace our systems and in the future to service them!

Description of Work: I can honestly only rate Tex Perts responsiveness and professionalism. When I signed up for one of their specials in early June, they never responded, which I think is very unprofessional; I will not attempt to use their services in the future.
