Description of Work: He spent about an hour inspecting 2 HVAC systems, checked the attic units and the outside equipment, cleaned coils, said all was well but my filters were dirty and reminded me to change them. He did not try to up-sell.

Description of Work: They preformed a 29 point inspection on my HVAC and added anti-freeze to my unit. They were on time, gave me an estimate for a new system and signed me up for a bi-yearly maintenance plan. They were professional, friendly and on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Description of Work: Came out to check my AC because the coils froze up. They found that the SAWS thermostat was malfunctioning and advised me to contact SAWS. SAWS came out and replace the thermostat. Everything works fine, now!

Description of Work: My air handler (only six months old) appeared to be 'dripping.' The two servicemen who came to provide servicing were prompt, affable and professional. Within minutes they had located the problem, and within 30 minutes the problem was rectified. They also advised me how to service the unit to avoid future similar problems. Money well spent!

They replaced filters, cleaned out my condenser unit, checked the Freon with gauges and checked all connections for leaks. They gave me several suggestions on maintaining the efficiency of my system. I purchased a 1 year maintenance program from them at a very reasonable price.

Description of Work: My AC quit cooling on a Sunday night and I called TexPerts the next morning. They were to be out between 12-3, but were a little late in arriving. Within minute of my calling to find out what happened, they called to say the tech was on his way, having been delayed at the previous job. He quickly assessed the problem, confirmed I wanted him to proceed, and had my unit cooling again in less than an hour. Jesse was very polite and professional in his service and I got a discount with a coupon from Angie's.

Description of Work: I had an A/C tune up done. Found out a part was bad causing the fan to stop periodically. He replaced it within an hour. Didn't have time to shop but seems like 269.00 for less than an hour of work an a $10.00 part made in China.
