Description of Work: Checked 2 systems. If I could give this company 2 separate ratings, 1 for the scheduling people, and one for the technicians who come out, I would. It is a nightmare to try and schedule, they give you problems, they never contact you to schedule the second check as part of the annual plan, you have to contact them and they wont answer you, whereas the technicians I have had out are top notch - honestly the most trustworthy, hard working, and not trying to take advantage of you, like other companies I have dealt with here have. I still stick with them because of the techs, but sure wish the folks scheduling could get on part with the technicians.

Description of Work: The man was supposed to check to see if we needed any coolant especially since we were supposed to get 1 pound if we needed it with the deal we purchased. He supposedly did and said we did not need any. I also told him that the AC didn't seem to be cooling that well and that's why we had him come out. Since I still felt that the AC wasn't cooling like it should we called another AC man to come out. He discovered that we did need more coolant and put in several pounds. Now the AC is putting out much colder air. TEX PERTS did NOT tell us the truth. We would have payed for the extra coolant then, but instead we had to spend more money for someone else to come out and do the job correctly. I would NOT recommend TEX PERTS Cooling and Heating.
