Description of Work: My husband was impressed with their knowledge and technical assessment. Without my knowledge, he spent WAY too much for a daiken. Too high of SEER rating for our 13 year old ductwork. We could have two carrier units for the price he paid. I come from a long line of HVAC installation and construction family. I am disappointed in the high end piece of junk. It works for now... but I'm sure that won't last. They installed the wrong thermostat, didn't have time to come at our convenience. We scheduled an appt, no show, no call. 2 mos later, it's done. Not my first choice.

Description of Work: Second time I've used them, and both times I've been extremely happy. The first time was simple annual checkups. Forward three years and I had an issue that a different vendor could not fix. The Tex-Pert technician knew exactly what the problem was, walking me through the solution as he fixed it. The best part is not once did he try to sell me a new A/C unit like the other vendor did. Highly recommend this company. I should have stuck with them from the beginning, but I used an annual checkup coupon from a competitor, which I ended up regretting.
