Description of Work: They were great, however, they did not seat the thermostat so we had no AC on Thanksgiving. We called first thing on Friday and they came right out and rectified the situation. Will use them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned my gas wall furnace and checked on all parts. The only glitch is that the cover wasn't properly installed afterwards. It wasn't securely closed. My tenant called complaining Her husband figured out how to close it tightly.
