Description of Work: Tech did a furnace inspection. Great customer service, easy scheduling and quality work. Sometimes these low cost inspections are just an opportunity to up-sell the customer. But the process was low key and low pressure. They were there to do a job and not just try to sell me something else. Which, of course make me want to use them when I NEED to buy something else!
