They've been really good. We came home from Germany and one of the A/C units was broken. So they came out that day and fixed it.

Craig, the owner came over and said he could make our AC system better. I haven’t seen him or been able to get in touch with him by phone or email since. They installed an entirely new system, which should have been more efficient, but our kilowatt/hour usage (so the electric bill) has stayed almost exactly the same, so no cost savings there. We still have 2 bedrooms that are hot while the master freezes, and they say that if we want it fixed they would have to do more work. Craig told us that they would just have to adjust some dampers if necessary. I am most frustrated about the unbalanced temperature, and lack of responsiveness from the person that made us all the promises. Get it in writing.

There are just different things that they do and they give me options whether I want to do it or not. I use one service every month or two services depending on how it is following to do it. They are excellent that is why I keep using them. I have used them from 2015.

They were on time and did everything they were supposed to do. The technician was thorough, polite, and informative. I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

They were okay. They were here for such a short time. They came in and left in a very short time. I didn't even get a chance to see what they did/ all the things that they check. I don't know how they could have gotten it done that quick but they say they did. The price was good. They were pretty clean. They could done a little follow up like, here is what did and here is what we checked. There were two units that they were looking at. They looked at two units in such a short time especially, with the 20 point checklist that they had.

They have resolved all issues. the owner was very helpful and took of all my needs

Absolutely love working with these guys. From Robert answering the phone, Craig explaining things and coming up with options, to the service crew stopping by on short notice these guys are the real deal. We're thankful we found 'em.

It went well. The provider was prompt; knowledgeable, and explained what he did.

very professional scheduling prompt The glitch a second Angies lisf provider whom I had scheduled for vent cleaning pointed out that the duct had not been secured and what a poor job was done. Once pointed out ,it was obvious . He corrected the problem at no charge. Texperts did not.

Guys were great, on time, informative and gave a couple good (no cost) recommendations even though it was for a quick special anyway. Most HVAC seem to want to estimate the next job right on the spot. Thus, I'll probably pick up their business for an annual service contract and who knows what else down the road, appreciate a good honest company.

Joe came out to my house and did a walk through of my attic. I've had the radiant barrier service, installed a new air handler, added insulation, etc. and wanted a professional opinion on any other steps I should take to make my heating and cooling systems as efficient as possible. Joe pointed out things like sealing the air ducts; installing a "tent" over the trap door leading to the bedroom closet; a fan. He explained what each would do to contribute to more efficient insulation. I'm now considering which things I want to do next and will have the work done by Tex Perts.

I just bought an older home and knew nothing about the HYVAC system. He told me how old my heating system was, how it worked, what to do for regular monthly maintenance. Was very helpful. He told me to wait until it was consistently 80 degrees to call him for an AC system check. I bought a different deal for the AC tuneup/cleaning.

Sevices provided was great. Information about the unit was excellent. The service rep was knowlegable about his profession. His response to my questions was an example. I would definitely recommended this company.

It was good. They've always done a good job. I would continue to use them.

He replaced a filter . He showed us some items that would need attention in the near future and left it to us to decide. This was part of our regular checkups under our service agreement. He went over some maintenance things I could do to help keep our system running well. His call and visit went well.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List that included inspection AND cleaning. I spoke to the technician as he was leaving and he told me how dirty the furnace was. He told me he didn't clean it. He also took the filter out and did not put it back in. The deal specifically stated that it included cleaning. I am very disappointed in this and it make me concerned to purchase another deal.

The technician was very nice. I explained that our energy company had advised that I really needed my burners cleaned and was excited about the deal I had purchased to get this taken care of. After his initial examination of my furnace, he advised that he could not clean my burners. He proceeded to tell me that I had an older model and that he would have to remove the manifold to get to my burners. I again showed him my purchase details that indicated clearly that cleaning of the burners were included. He called his office and stated that they confirmed that they wanted $491 to clean my burners and they would not be included in the deal as promised. I again showed him the deal that I had purchased that included "Cleaning the burners", but he continued to tell me of the model of my furnace and the work that would need to be done to get to them. Still needed my heater serviced and realized that it didn't matter. Later that night, I got home and my house was ice cold. I checked all the settings on my thermostat and the heater would not come on. The furnace was making some noises and I didn't know if there were gas issues etc. I left at message, even though it was after hours. 1st thing in the morning I called explaining that my heater would not come on. A technician came out about 10am that morning and advised that the heater had been left unplugged. (honest mistake but still an inconvenience) I purchased 2 of these deals, and the service was fine at my mothers home, (she has a newer model). Cons: didn't get what I was paying for, spent a night with no heat Pros: Technician was very nice, they were punctual and scheduling was great.

Our technician was Joe Garza. He was very friendly/polite and very knowledgeable. He set to work right away and fixed the leak and recharged the system. He even gave me some pointers and educated me about how the system works. I feel that Joe and Tex-Perts gave me a very fair price for this repair. $180 for labor and $270 for refrigerant (our system was quite low from the leak). I spoke with a couple other companies prior to Tex-Perts and they wanted $700-$1000 to do the same job. I definitely trust Joe Garza and Tex-Perts for my HVAC needs and will use them again.

Our technician was Joe. He was thorough and polite, professional and competent. He explained the condition of the unit and made suggestions relative to one item that they recommend be done in the future. He also went over their service club plan they offer. We were pleased with this visit and feel they are a viable option for future service.

I went fine. Technician went over everything and showed my possible problem areas to watch for in the future.

The contractor walked me through each inspection point and made recommendations based on my needs and expectations. Very satisfied with the professionalism and laymans explanations that I received. My unit was 11 years old and others told me I had to replace it. This contractor not only told me my unit doesn't need replacing but that it was in a great shape other than normal care and maintenance. I also was told the 3 months filters were not needed and that some of those th 3 and 6 months filters are bad for the air flow which could cause the unit to work harder which equals higher utility bills.

Purchased and they went through and did everything up to what i needed. Also did a few things that were thrown in which was perfect. Helped me greatly. If you look at my reviews I NEVER give all As and this one was up to that level!
