The experience with this company has been excellent in all areas. When I have to reschedule they can do it. We were having a really bad problem with insects and then they started coming and the problem is gone. I can't say enough good things about them.

He was friendly and spent a long time on my lawn. He fixed some things that he didn't charge me for, just minor things. I thought his prices were very reasonable for the amount of time he spent. I'll call him next time that I need to have repairs done instead of going with the company that I originally contacted.

The head person s name is Rust, and I like that they use safe chemicals because I have a fish pond. If needed, they will come quickly and take care of my problem. I have and would recommend them to everyone else.

I am very satisfied with our service. They take care of scheduling our visits and I don't have to worry about anything. Luckily, we have not had any real trouble with anything. Their service has been very preventative.

Not only do I have the pest control service with them but I have the lawn care as well. For the pest control I need to be at home because they come inside, but for the lawn they just come and do it and I never see them. I always request the same person.

They do an excellent job! I really like the chemical free spray that they use. The spray is safe for people as well as animals. It keeps all pests away just as well as the chemical sprays other companies use.

I had them treat the lawn for disease and cinch bugs and set compost in my lawn. Everyone was telling me my lawn was the best looking one on the street. They're very very thorough. They are very polite. The price is very reasonable.

Last time they did the pest control the bugs were back the next day (the other times the bugs would stay away for several months). The price was to high when you can get the service for the lower cost at other companies. They had a non-English/Spanish speaker at my house sign a year contract when I was not home. The person that signed the contract did not know that they were signing a year contact and the company wanted me to pay the full amount of the contact when I (the homeowner) did not agree to it.

Custom Pest & Lawn Service did a very good job for us. The worker that came out was very nice. I had some questions about the chemicals he was using and he took the time to tell me everything I wanted to know. We were very happy about calling them.

Custom Pest & Lawn Service sent a very polite, professional, and friendly gentleman to do the work. He arrived when expected. He drove a company truck full of equipment to get the job done. He got rid of all of the pests and bugs from my home. I have used them for years.

Wonderful! Polite and professional service person. Gave me options "before" treatment expense. Would certainly do business with again (and plan to with year round maintenance).

WE HAVE BEEN WITH CUSTOM PEST FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TIMELY ON THEIR APPOINTMENTS, AND HAVE FRIENDLY SERVICE PERSONNEL. CUSTOM HAS ALSO DID A GOOD JOB IN TAKING CARE OF OUR PEST PROBLEMS THAT HAVE BEEN TOUGHER THAN NORM TO COMPLETE.

I HAD A POOR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD GREAT ADVICE AND IDEAS ABOUT WHAT TO DO FOR THE BEDS, BUT DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ANYTHING. IT TOOK THEM SIX WEEKS TO COMPLETE A JOB THEY SAID WOULD TAKE TWO DAYS.
