Worked well. When tech called, we discussed how to make the service cost as little as possible. However, when he came out he found other areas (corroded wires) that if not addressed would cause major problems later. Again, he went over several options that could help reduce costs in long run. Unfortunately, was not able to use Angie's list coupon because of the route we took. Tech was polite, prompt, and very thorough.

My A/C went out over the Easter weekend. I tried contacting several places out of the yellow pages and received no call backs. I joined Angie's list, read through the reviews and decided on Tex-Perts. I was met that day by the owner and a new A/C was installed the very next morning. I was so impressed by the friendliness of the installers the professionalism of everyone involved. I was not over sold or pushed into anything it was such a pleasant experience and I can' express how grateful I am for that.

They did a good job, but they were a bit expensive. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I pay them per application, although I have been their customer since they began business. They were the original ABC Pest Control. We have been here a long time. Someone bought out ABC Home & Commercial, and the boys started a seperate business. They were eventually able to get the ABC name back. I have been with the family for years. It's an excellent company! They have treated my home for bees. They came out in the evening and on a weekend. Their prices are reasonable.

ABC Pest & Lawn SVC Company treats the inside and outside of my house for basic pests and worms. We haven?t had any problems with the quality of their work. I would absolutely continue to use them.

They did a very nice job during their last visit. They always do a first-class job. I am satisfied with their price and professional technicians. The technicians look nice. They are wearing uniforms. They are always courteous, and they seem per my observation to deliver the job.

Professional, responsive and flexible. We've used this company for 5 years and I have dealt with the same couple of guys each time. They explain what they've done and will answer any questions we may have. The price is right and has not fluctuated. I highly recommend.

Excellent! Every aspect of the job from first meeting and services performed - to final review and operation went without a problem or significant issue. a few days later I was working on the CPS rebate form when I called Craig to get some information. He informed me that he had already filled out the form for me and submitted it to CPS! That was good service. I am now just waiting for Craig to come by and provide a small section of pipe insulation for the condenser. I am really looking forward to comparing my winter heating and summer cooling bills to 2009.

I contacted Tex-perts on Monday about very low heat. We scheduled something for Tuesday as it was a non-emergency. Craig, the owner, called to verify and George was the service man that came to help. George was very professional and helpful. He wore booties into my home to keep it clean and I would love to have him back anytime I had an a/c or heating need! I signed up for their maintenance plan 2x/year

The above price is for the month. They come each week. They did an eceptionally good job the last time. They usually blow leaves in the porch and patio. Most of the time it is a B service. But this time they did great. Initially when you hire a company they excel and then get lax. This last time they did great. They are on par with your average to above average lawn service. The prices are pretty equivalent. I would hire them again but I would check Angie's List first to see who was rated highly. They come punctually on the day they are supposed to come each week. I am never sure exactly what time.

After calling a couple of different companies, this company had one of the better prices. They got back to us quickly. They also didn't try to oversell us on anything. I would recommend them. They weren't trying to push anything on us. A few of the other companies that we spoke with were definitely pushy.

There were some things that I wasn?t happy with but they were good about coming back and taking care of them. I like that they responded to the issues I had and they did a good job.

Craig, the owner, showed up on time and gave a thorough estimate and explanation of alternatives. Craig is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic, but not pushy. Installers showed up on time and the installation went smoothly. The installers cleaned up afterwards. Craig helped with all the rebate paperwork. Craig and everyone I met during the installation seemed happy and eager to please. Compared to previous experiences with A/C companies, Tex-Perts is light-years ahead of the crowd.

Spoke with Craig, the owner, who is an engineer the week before the service was performed. I located him on Angie's List. He offered to come over the day after I spoke with him. Made recommendations and gave me a prompt telephone estimate the same day. I had had one other estimate from the A/C service which we have used for years for routine maintenance. The price was in line with the other service so we decided to go with Craig. He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

We had worked with Craig in August with positive results and had discussed replacing the heater at a later date. When I called him, he came over the same day, made his recommendations and scheduled someone to come out the same week. Two of his workmen completed the work within three hours. I had an appointment that morning so I left the garage open for them to access the unit. They were finished and gone before I got home. If I hadn't know they were putting in a new unit, I would never have known they were there. Everything was clean and in place! We haven't had any problems with the work Craig has done, but I feel sure if we did, he would definitely make it right. Highly recommend him.

They know what they are doing and the price was very fair. We have used them for bee removal in the attic, and also continue with them for rodent removal from the attic. They are also our pest control service. We have used them for years. They are well trained and fully qualified for the four different services provided us. Their prices are quite competitive and they guarantee their work. We highly recommend them.

I tested this very popular (according to Angie's List!) company with a service call. I liked the service technician, Juan, who was professional and knowledgeable. He had Tex-Perts owner Craig Tufflemire come by the same day and give me an estimate, which we accepted. The company did the work a week later, all in one day, according to specs and at the quoted price.We had no complaints about that part of the job. Only one problem: When we needed to crank up the heat for the first time, the system would not come on. Craig answered the call and had Juan the technician here a few hours later. He discovered a wire had been left unconnected by the installation crew; that's the only reason the company gets one "B" rating, for quality. From what we can tell so far, the quality of our pricey new system is fine. I would definitely use Tex-Perts again.

Tex-Perts really came through in providing a most satisfying experience in replacing the original air conditining/heating system in our house. After securing three proposals, Tex-Perts was the only one of the three who really listened to our needs and concerns in what we were looking for in our project. Craig, the owner, really worked with us in recommending the proper replacement equipment at a very affordable cost. He went the extra mile to make sure we received the best we could obtain with the finances we had available. His installation crew of Danny and Nick arrived at the appointed time to begin the project (the next day after I agreed to the proposal). They went right to work and worked well together. They were efficient and each did his job as appointed. Since the first cold spell was to occur the first night of their installation, they worked in order for us to have heat that evening, especially since there is a 2 1/2 year old in the house. They finished the project in the early afternoon on the second day. They replaced a light socket extension and bulb they accidently broke and patched a hole in the garage ceilling (their idea - no charge). Upon finishing their work, they cleaned-up all the mess and hauled it away. Everything was performed as agreed to without any problems. Craig Tuffelmire, Owner of Tex-Perts, is HONEST and easy to work with. He was more than willing to do whatever was needed at a very competitive price.

I am on a quarterly maintenance pest control plan. They are great about reminding you of when they will be out and you do not need to be home.

The young man that actually did the work was excellent. I got the feeling that he knew what he was doing. He explained the work in the process. He wanted to make sure that we were pleased with the work that he was doing. There were issues with timeliness, but that wasn't his fault.

Everything went very well. They were extremely professional and very helpful.

We needed to replace our AC line set. They showed up on time (rare in this business), explained what they have to do and were very professional. They needed to put the new line set on the outside wall of the house and we asked them to hide it so it would not get attention (copper lines get stolen sometimes). They covered them up nicely and all is good. We also needed a new drain pan and they installed one for a good price ($50) + sealed of vent pipes, so no cold air would get lost half way. Job well done. It also cost less than some other quotes we got.

It went well. Craig came out and gave us an estimate and was willing to negotiate since we had gotten other estimates. The best thing was that we could do 6 months same-as-cash and they could do it right away. That was why we chose them. He gave us the estimate on Friday, and they installed it the following Monday. That was what we wanted--we were tired of the electric bills and the heat. He bent over backwards to help us get what we needed, when we needed it. As for the York, we'll see when we get the CPS bill, but it actually shuts off and cools the upstairs below 85 (the best we were getting out of the old one!). The crew were nice, professional, and they cleaned up after themselves.
