My A/C stopped working on Sat night during a party. I called Tex-perts on Sun. After discussing weekend pricing, I agreed to have them come out on Mon. Mr Damien offered to come out early Monday because of the heat and was out exactly at 0730 Monday. He checked my A/C and replaced the capacitor and placed a compressor saver after explaining its use to preserve my unit. He was very informative, pleasant, and efficient. I spoke with my sister who used another company when her unit went out. She payed more for her repairs that were approximately the same as mine.

After having our house checked by the local electric company for efficiency, it was suggested that we have routine servicing done on our two central units. Thanks to your "BigDeal" we had both our two central A/C units completely inspected, tested, cleaned and prepared for the Texas heat and (sometimes) cold for only $78. George came as promised with lots of equipment and years of experience. Other than finding a bit too much dust, he found nothing that required repair. He answered all our questions, and offered valuable advice as to maintaining the units. From our first contact with P.J. at their office, to our good-by to George, this company was a pleasure to deal with. I certainly do recommend it to anyone requiring honest and efficient service. And you can bet we will be looking out for more of the "BigDeal" banners!

They did a good job for us. We didn’t spend anything for the last service and I don’t remember how much we paid before that since it has been so long. They were easy to get a hold of. They were quick with their response. Their responsiveness and professionalism were both good. We would use their services again.

Texperts did a great job on my 2 units. We had done regular service with another firm prior to Texperts, and there's no comparison. The time and effort Texperts put into my systems is way more than the other firm ever did. I know with my systems being serviced by Texperts, I'll never have to worry again. Additionally, the service person and customer service rep are extremely friendly and professional. They will answer all your questions, and give you recommendations that will help ensure the viability of your system between service visits. They truly care about their customers. In closing, I can easily see why Texperts has an Angie's List gold stamp. In my opinion it should be a Platinum stamp because they are above & beyond Gold!

They were here today and did a really thorough analysis; found the problems and we had just had this thing repaired. They found some major problems with the way it was wired which could cause a complete meltdown if not fire. I give them a real over the top A and will use them again in the future.

They were good and nice. They got it done pretty quickly and I guess reasonably. I will use them again in the future.

George performed inspection quickly and professionally, didn't try to sell me on anything but informed me of a few things to consider. Did recommend one electrical part be replaced, which I had him do. Cost was $192.00, which is a lot but no AC part comes cheap. Arranged to have owner come out and price replacement of our 15 year old system, maybe in the fall.

Craig and his team arrived when promised and finished the entire job in a day. It was a large job but the service technicians worked hard to complete it while I was at work so I wasn't without AC another day. From the initial visit for the estimate, everyone was very professional and thorough. Would definitely recommend Tex-Perts!

It was a very good experience. The technician explained everything to me and in the future when our system needs to be completely replaced, I will use this company.

The installation went perfectly, and was done very quickly. I had one problem a few months in with a float-valve, and they responded immediately and replaced it for free. I have been very happy with Texperts - from the initial contact, through the design and bidding process, installation, and in their service after that sale. One *very* small thing is that if you call after hours, you go to a centralized call center - they do not have their own after hours dispatch. However, they have responded to my needs quickly.

I called due to backed up drain under my indoor AC unit. I was able to place a large bowl underneath as a temporary solution, so I was prepared to wait a couple of days as it was not an emergency call. On duty technician Edgar phoned me back promptly and said he had about an hour left on his current call and would be happy to come out as soon as he finished. He arrived even sooner than I expected. At first, Edgar quoted me the price of clearing out the drain. He then told me that for about five dollars less, he could give me a "spring A/C tune-up" which not only included the drain clean, but several other checks and services. Furthermore, in six months, a "fall heater tune-up" would be performed as well! I'm sure there are companies that might do an A/C tuneup for a little less (keep in mind though, this one includes a second tuneup in the fall), but when someone volunteers information that will save me money, I get impressed. The punctuality and professionalism just made things better. I'm certain that when major repairs or replacements are due, this company will be at the top of my list.

He showed up on time, he was very friendly and courteous, and I thought the price was fair.

The technician, George, arrived at the beginning of the service schedule window that I was given by the Tex-Perts office. He asked for a quick tour of the house so that he could identify the areas he would need to access to complete the inspection and maintenance of the air conditioning system. This being a new home, George did a great job of explaining to the condition the system was in and preventative maintenance strategies to employ to extend the life of the system. We agreed to their maintenance agreement special which covered the initial visit and will have two more system inspections this coming fall and next spring. Most definitely worth the small investment!

They are excellent. We will absolutely continue to use them.

These guys are the real deal. From TJ in the front office to Edgar and Danny, the technicians; the owner, Craig, has assembled a top-notch team that knows their business and understands customer service. We contacted Craig at Tex-Perts based on Angie’s List reviews and explained the situation. He rearranged his schedule to meet with us within an hour of our call. He asked about our heating/cooling habits, problems and concerns we experienced before the system failed, and the length of time we intended to remain in the house. Using that information he looked at the existing system and then developed options to fit our situation and budget. He recommended a system that was more energy efficient than the one in our first estimate for nearly the same price. But it also includes a variable speed air handler, whole house filtering system, and programmable thermostat. It also qualifies for a federal tax credit. Before the technicians arrived the following morning I had some questions about the system, and Craig had the manufacturer’s San Antonio service manager contact me to answer all my questions. The installation was flawless. The techs wore shoe covers and used drop cloths inside the house to protect our floors. They were friendly, quick, and neat, with the entire job completed in less than 6 hours. The entire work site was cleaned up before they left. Tex-Perts includes one year of maintenance with the system to ensure there are no problems or questions. We could not be happier with Tex-Perts or our new A/C and heating system. As homeowners we were dreading the time when we needed to purchase a new A/C and heating system. Tex-Perts made it as a painless as possible, and they will be our only call when our second system fails (hopefully several years from now!)

We came home yesterday evening & found that the upstairs a/c wasn't cooling. Decided to call Texperts. Talked to Craig at about 7:00PM, but told him that Wednesday morning would be better for us. George had one call before he arrived at our house (about 11:00am). He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, & honest. He couldn't find any problem except for my freon was a bit low. Fix that & recommended that my furnace get cleaned in the fall. Nice guy---knew his stuff. Reasonable price.

They did a really good job. The owner of the company is Craig and he was very responsive to all my questions and also spends a lot of time with me for the initial estimate when he came out. The installers are very professional and my wife was very comfortable with them. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

Went very well. I called around 4:30 pm and the technician arrived before 6 pm. He quickly diagnosed what was wrong and told me exactly what it would take to fix it (which was much less than I had anticipated). He didn't try to sell me any parts or services that I didn't need, which I appreciated. He was done by 7 pm. The A/C unit is now cooling my house and I'm very happy with the service provided by Tex-Perts, 10450 Sentinel, San Antonio, TX, 210-599-1200. George Damian was my technician and I highly recommend him and his company.

This is a Top Notch Company! They came out and "Interviewed" me about my air conditioning needs. I couldn't be happier with the unit they installed! The techs were very professional... on time...and left my house as clean as it was upon their arrival. I just had a new lawn installed, and my yard was full of mud. They made sure that none of that mud came in my house. I will recommend Tex-Perts to my friends and family.... and be happy to use them again myself!

My air conditioning quit working, and I called Texperts to come out and fix the problem. The technician who came was very experienced and professional and went through a systematic diagnostic process to determine what was wrong with the unit. Unfortunately, the entire outdoor unit had to be replaced, so I ultimately decided to go through my home warranty company, rather than having Texperts complete the replacement. Despite the fact that they knew I might not ultimately have the work completed with them, they were very willing to sit down with me and go over my options in detail, taking into account factors such as how long I plan to be in the house. The $70 charge was for the service call--I feel I got $70 worth of information from them, so had no problem paying the charge. Thrilled with their work--highly recommend their services.

The office that answered was professional and responsive. The technician was very courteous, prompt and efficient. We had no problems at all.

A friend retain A/C, advised us to install head start. Ratio a plus fun service and honest, Just wish there were companies that were reasonable to seniors.

My elderly neighbor's air conditioner froze up on one of the hottest days of this year. Tex-perts came out within the hour after the initial call. Although they were unable to repair the unit that evening, the technician explained the problem and returned the next morning once the ice had melted to repair her AC. I appreciate the quick response this company made to this situation as well as the professionalism of the technician.

Very well. Tex-Perts completed the work on time and on budget, meeting a very tight time-line needed to take advantage of efficiency incentives from CPS, SECO and the IRS tax credit. They had to stay until after sunset, cleaned up after completing the work, and called to check on our satisfaction the next day. We also used Tex-Perts to repair an old condensate line that froze in the attic during our 17-degree night this past winter. Called them in the morning and it was fixed within hours, resulting in no water damage in to our attic or drywall ceiling. .They are fast, prompt and efficient.
