AAA Garage Door Service Company

Roy replaced a broken spring on my garage door. It had broken the prior day, and he advised my of the issue quickly, and was able to effect repairs the next day. This was not an easy installation, and it took a little trial and error for him to get the garage door to close properly. Roy is a great guy, and very professional. I highly recommend his work.

Someone came out promptly and went to work repairing our 15-year old garage door. The main spring was shot and we knew that. He quickly replaced the spring, lubricated tracks and changed out several other worn parts.he adjusted several things and was courteous and explained everything that he was doing. Even though our door is old, he didn't try to pressure us into buying a whole new system either, which was refreshing. I would definitely hire him again. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and he did a good job for a fair price. Totally happy.

Roy was awesome! Fixed up my broken garage door in under 20 minutes. He showed up within an hour of calling. He inspected everything and explained to me what i need to be looking out for in maintaing my garage door. I knew it would be time eventually to replace my door, but for now it's back working like it should be. When I'm ready to get a new door, I'm definitely calling Roy back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! After seeing an Angie's List deal for AAA Garage Door, I called to ask about it. Roy discussed the unit and what was included in the deal and I made an appointment for installation. Roy arrived promptly on the day and installed my new opener. He took the time to explain some particulars about my garage door and some things that needed attention. He explain the operation of the door opener and remotes and made sure it was working perfectly. It was a good experience and I would hire AAA again for any garage door issues I might have.

The service was fine. I would say that they do a great job. I like their work and would hire them again.

OMG!!! Perfection from phone call to finish!!! I got home from work, drove into the garage, closed the door, and then heard a loud BANG!! I could not open the door! I got on Angies List and found this company and called. It was 645 pm and Roy answered and said he would be out within an 1-2 hours. He showed up early, diagnosed that the spring on the door broke, replaced the spring, made sure door worked exactly like it should, checked the motor, and was done in less than one hour!!! He knows his stuff!!! Thank you Roy!!!!

They were very good. They are just very polite. They came when they said they would. They offered different options. They agreed to do it for a smaller amount, but they offered another medium option. I liked that I didn’t feel pressured. I just basically upgraded from what I had. I am very comfortable with them. They arrived on time. They do what they say. They were pleasant to deal with. Very professional. Associate showed up ontime, right inside the windows promised. He inspected the door, explained what he was going to do and did it very quickly. He also inspected another area of the door and recommended replacement parts to make the door work more effectively, and quietly. He also lubricated my garage door drive while he was here, and that wasn't part of the service I requested. Overall, AWESOME service. Would definitely recommend.

The garage door is so much quieter now, it goes up and down with ease and slowly goes to the ground instead of slamming down. I am extremely happy with the results and Tony was very professional and knowledgable.

Roy is top notch - very polite, punctual and professional. His prices were more than reasonable as he came out after hours to help us which was greatly appreciated as we were trapped in our house until it was fixed. I would highly recommend him again for any repair work needed.

-Spoke to Roy by phone and set up appointment to come out to our home, identified myself as an Angie's List member -I didn't meet him as I was at work but my wife did. She said his interactions with her were great and very professional. -I like the fact that this company accepts major credit cards as I like to use them for the rewards -I called Roy after the job when I got home to ask him a question. He wasn't available but called me back almost immediately after I had just left a call back message on his voicemail. He answered my question and did a great job of explaining why I didn't qualify for a discount on the springs I got (the discount said right on the coupon that it only applied to a certain brand that I didn't get). Turns out that I did ended up saving as he waived the Service call normally charged. -Overall, I am very pleased with the great service and professionalism that this company exhibits. -We will definitely be using them again in the future!

That minor fix took care of the noise right away. They were so prompt and knowledgable. They were honest and told me I did not need to replace the springs.

Having been "stood up" by previous repairman ( who had installed new opener last summer) was thrilled that Roy showed up on time! We were both stymied by the unexpected lack of power to opener in addition to the opener arm having pulled off door. Neither of us were able to find any obvious electrical problem. I had him go ahead with the new springs, since they would need to be replaced whether opener was repairable or not, and he'd already gone to the expense of coming. Roy referred me to an electrician, who found and resolved a wiring problem in attic a couple of days later. Since Roy did not want to reattach door until power was restored, he made another trip back to house (after hours when tenant was home, which saved me another trip) So both tenant and I are happy campers now. And I am impressed with Roys cooperation and patience.

They showed up on time and installed the garage door opener. Then he explained the door springs were not holding the weight of the door properly which puts a lot of wear and tear on the opener so I told him to go ahead and adjust those as well. After he was done, the garage door opened and closed very smoothly and was much quieter as well.

After we used a remote to close the garage door it would frequently go back up on its own. It appeared that something was causing the door to “bounce” and reactivate the motor. I called A-AAA Garage Door Service and spoke with Roy. He described some possible causes, and I scheduled an appointment with him. On the day of the appointment Roy called me when he was driving to my house. I appreciated the call and the fact that he came when he told me he would come. He diagnosed my problem quickly and was able to fix it with some adjustments. The rollers were starting to wear and bend slightly, and Roy told me that I could call him in the future to replace them with new rollers that have a lifetime warranty. I decided not to wait on the rollers and asked him if he could replace them at that time. He had all of the parts that he needed with him. After Roy was finished with the service he told me to call him if I had any questions or problems. He was very courteous and professional.
