Called Paul after company the home warranty chose couldn't confirm same day service. Paul responded within an hour after our call to come out. He arrived and assessed the sitaution and explained clearly to me and my wife what was needed. he then went and got the needed parts and fixed the problem and tested the solution before he left. He also provided us with the contact to a restoration company to help us deal with the water on our hardwood floors

We have used them several times. They did a good job. It was a good experience.

Jessie arrived about 10 minutes after I called in the order. He gave me an estimate of $97, but said there is a $20 coupon in the telephone book yellow pages. I gave him the coupon. It took him about 20 minutes to install a new fill valve that I supplied. He said that the problem was probably caused by hard water. The toilet works fine now.

They were excellent! The supervisor was very concerned. They did a good job. They had to call in the city to inspect it before they recovered the sewer line. They were very professional. We were very pleased. I will definitely use them in the future.

The lead was coming up in the lawn due to a tree root that broke the water line. They wee very quick to respond to us. Feel the price and quality of the work were fair and very happy with the service we received. Would use them again.

Very courteous and professional worker. The timeliness was very poor. Did not have the service for nearly 3 hours after time range given. The lack of punctuality was not the worker's fault it was a system problem. I have used AAA Auger in the past and they were very timely according to time range given. I will use the company again and I do recommend them for their expertise.

AAA Auger responded immediately and was professional, courteous and quickly resolved the problem. Their plumber also recommended the restoration company. FirstCall Restoration's representative (Richard Lewis) was there very soon, even before the plumber left. He was professional, courteous and very responsive to our situation. Their estimate was below our insurance deductible and FirstCall quoted us a cash price of $1200. My husband and I felt the price was very reasonable. I checked the reputation of FirstCall on Angie's List. There was only one report at the time but it was favorable and the plumbing company also highly recommended their work and service. The work performed by the company and its contractors was exceptional and we would highly recommend this company to anyone needing restoration work due to water, fire, smoke, etc. Everyone we dealt with within the company including Patrick McGrath, the owner was professional, courteous, and service oriented. The contractor, Mr. Gilbert Salazar, did outstanding work in repairing and restoring the ceiling area of the kitchen following FirstCall's technicians preparing the area with antifungal/antimicrobial product and thoroughly drying the areas affected. We are very happy with the results and happy to recommend AA Auger Plumbing and FirstCall Restoration.

In May, our sewer line backed up again. Connections were not done properly by AAA. Would not recommend them. Expensive and performed inadequate work.

It was very good. They came right away, I have no complaints. They called me back, they came when they said, they kept me informed if they would be late, and they kept me informed every step of the way.

They did a good job. They were prompt. That was a well-staffed company. The price was reasonable. I will be using their service for plumbing work again in the future too.

When I scheduled the service call, I explained the situation in detail; however, when the service person arrived, they immediately explained that they could not work with the granite countertop. The person in the office was ignorant of what their service personnel were qualified to do. The service person at my home gave me an estimate for repairing the plumbing and replacing the disposal, if needed. He was friendly and professional, but in the end, we found someone who could repair the plumbing for much cheaper. (AAA Auger's estimate was $300, but we found someone to do the work for $185.) We used AAA Auger in Austin when our hot water heater sprung a leak and were pleased with their work, so we will likely call them again for future plumbing work.

They did a great job. I have had somebody else do other lines and they had done a crappy job. They had even left a mess of my driveway. However, Auger, I will definitely call the again. I was very happy and they came in and did their job. They did not take forever to finish the work. I am very pleased and I have not had any other problems. Somebody gave me their name after I have had two bad experiences earlier. They were worth the money I paid them. I wish I had used them in the first place. I like them a lot. They are located very far and they drove all the way to help me. They were very good and were on time. They called me what they were here. They did what they said they were going to do. I would tell others that they know what to do and their father has been in this business for 30 years. They are very honest people. They will tell you exactly what you need. They don?t take you for a round and are very straight forward. They even told me that if they did to do the job right they will come back and do it right. I dealt mainly with these guys and I was very pleased with them. If I have any other plumbing problem, I will only call them.

The year before I only paid $125 for the same service. That's some inflation. Anyway, when these guys got done with their service, they reneged on their contract. They said couldn't give us the usual guarantee because of the age of the house. It would of been nice of them to tell us that before they performed the service. Then the plumber went on about a $1500 quote to replace the entire waste line. No thanks. We won't be using these thieves again.

AAA gave me an estimate of $ 6,000 to tunnel under the house and repair it. I subsequently found another company that did the service for $4,500 they had to tunnel about 17 feet. AAA was very nice and arrived on time etc. However the price for service was way too high

Sewer water was backing up into the house. So they augered from a clean-out valve, but had to go more than the 100ft they typically do. As a result, they weren't exactly sure where the clog was. They got their auger stuck, so told me I would have to pay for the cost of digging up the line and cutting the auger free. While it was dug up, might as well install another clean-out valve to make it easier for next time. They couldn't tell where exactly to dig, though. Turns out the problem location was just off the property line and therefor the city's responsibility, but I still got tagged with the cost of augering, digging up the line and installing the clean-out. They did provide a pro-bono fiber optical camera inspection of the line and said it looked good.

We have had them out several times and each time they did a great job. They gave us an upfront estimate and they stuck to the price even though the job took longer than expected.

All went well. Yes, I will use them again.

I had a leak so called him to fix it. He told me he needed to make a hole in my wall to fix the leak. He made a large hole and couldn't find the leak so he made another one. After he couldn't find the leak with the second hole, I had to tell him just to stop because he was literally just putting holes in my wall. He gave me a number for someone else to come fix the holes in the wall because he said that he wouldn't fix them himself. After that I was so frustrated I ended up calling another company. I had to pay $127 for them to put holes in my wall and not repair them.

I have seen the bad "press" that this company has received from this site but I called them again because they have always given me excellent service. They did not let me down. Don't believe everything you read!

Joe #67 was friendly and professional. Plan to call company to do anything that isn't covered by our home warranty.
