AAA Auger did a wonderful job. Our water leak occurred after business hours. We had to turn off our water. We called 4 other plumbing services, including one we used for 10 years, and no one could send anyone before noon the next day. We would have been w/o water or flooded our yard. AAA Auger arrived within an hour of our call. We are very happy with AAA Auger. Thank you!

First, I called on Saturday 09/28/19 and was appreciative some one could come out. Max did make it to my house by mid-afternoon. After assessing the issue and quoted a price, which was reasonable, we agreed he would have to return the next day, Sunday 09/29/19 at 10:00 AM. I called at 10:45 when Max did not arrive. A gentleman (regrettably I did not catch his name) said he would check on Max's status and would let me know. I corrected my contact number with him at that time but did not receive call back. I called again at 11:34 and talked to Yolanda. Yolanda said Max was tied up on another job and they could not estimate when he would be available. Yolanda explained the plumbers are not always available to answer their phones immediately and it would be up to 45 minutes before she could find out when Max would be available. I did not get any call back. I called again at 1:29 PM to check on the status and was told Max was on his way. Max arrived a few minutes after 2:00 PM. Max unloaded his equipment, worked efficiently and diligently to resolve my issue. After he finished, I asked why he was not able to arrive at 10:00 AM as promised. He said he had to chase down equipment. When I asked why he did not call to let me know he was going to be (VERY) late, he said he thought the office / dispatcher had done so and apologized profusely. My concern is the total lack of communication. The lack of correct information. (Was Max on another job or chasing equipment?). Max did point out a serious issue that needed to be addressed and AAA Auger could give me a quote. I appreciate his diligence and his opinion but how am I to trust AAA Auger if they cannot (or will not) communicate with me honestly about the status of my service call or why it has been delayed 4 hours. Again, I am very appreciative of the weekend service and the hard-work done by Max, but the communication coming from AAA Auger leaves a great deal to be desired.

A pipe burst under the house (pier and beam) and there was about 12" of water under the house. While the experience of a burst pipe was unpleasant, Charles was so helpful. He is professional and efficient, and kept me updated during this day long process of draining water and repairing the leak. (I even noticed he was recycling some of the water by watering my trees. I have used AAA Auger before and they are forever "my" plumbers. Their service is consistently excellent, and their office folks are prompt, kind, and helpful. Thumbs up, 10 out of 10, and whatever other kudos I can add. These folks are great. Knowing I can count on them to fix this old house (1937) gives me peace of mind.

We thought one was clogged, but it had cleared up on its own. The other one had needed work. Since they were already out here, We had them do the fixing. They did this in a timely and efficient manner.

Augustine at AAA Auger was efficient and courteous in taking my after-8:00 pm call, and he was able to send a plumber out to us immediately. Harold was able to clear the blockage quickly, and he gave us some helpful information the other companies have never provided about something simple we can do, ourselves, to hamper root growth in the sewer. AAA was about 35% less expensive than the other big company we have called in the past, so we were very pleased.

They were excellent. They were wonderful. I had a slab leak. They got it on time. They diagnosed the problem. Sometimes you have to cut holes in the wall, but he tried to minimize that. I was very, very please with them. They were very professional. They got it done and they got out of here. They were very, very good. My overall experience with them, I would say is the highest grade. I did not shop for price. I needed somebody in here to get it done quickly. They are probably competitive. They probably aren't the cheapest, but probably not the most expensive either.

There was a delay with them coming out. They were supposed to be out in 45 minutes but it took them a few hours to arrive due to having issues with someone else plumbing. It took him 15 minutes to fix the blockage. I haven't had anymore problems since they fixed it.

AAA Auger and Robert were awesome. I had called another plumber who came out, looked at the toilet and quoted me almost $900 to fix it. Not happening. Contacted AAA Auger via Angie's List and they called me about 20 minutes later. Had a guy, Robert, out the next day. Dispatch called me to advise he was coming and he showed up right on time. He tried a couple of things, then finally had to pull the toilet and discovered the flange needed to be replaced. He quoted me almost half of what the other plumber quoted and was ready to go. After I authorized the repair, it took Robert about 45 minutes to fix the problem and the toilet was ready to go. Robert was great, very nice and didn't mind all the questions I was asking. The room was cleaned and left in excellent shape. I would highly recommend AAA Auger and Robert to those needing a plumber. I will definitely call them again.

Tech came out and removed excess water and made sure it was working properly. It was new softener so no charge.

The overall job was good. They did what they said they would do. The showed up on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them and would use them again.

I was very pleased with the outcome. The young man kept working to loosen the spout so he would not have to resort to cutting it off and damaging the copper line. After several minutes the spout loosened. The new spout was installed and caulked. The young man was pleasant, answered my questions, and did a good job.

I chose this company because they work weekends, which many do not. This availability was an important factor for me. I was given a time frame to expect them to come out, and they called me to let me know that we're on the way. They dug a hole in the yard, found and repaired the leak. Soon after the repair the yard started drying up again so I got the results I was looking for, and it was able to happen on a weekend when I didn't have to be at work.

Outstanding. The technician, Rob, looked at different ways to correct what found out to be a poor-**** job done by the builder. Thanks to Rob's ingenuity, the job was done correctly and a lot cheaper than we anticipated. We will definitely recommend AAA Auger to family and friends.

I think they are awful expensive. The price was too much. I have used them three times. Their responsiveness is always sharp. They don't charge a trip fee.

This one joker came out and said it was all fixed and this and that. I complained to the company so they know all about it. I tipped the little son of a gun $40. He was trying to get money under the counter. Their responsiveness is vey very good. Their professionalism depends on who you get.

They were very informative and to the point. They determined it was my neighbor?s problem and did not charge me anything for the inspection. I really appreciated how they respected my time.

The personal were very polite and professional. The tech came, I told him I had already walked my sprinkler system and had no shooting areas, all heads were on, that I had performed the test for the toilet tanks for leakage as SAWS suggested and that it was negative. That I could not find any areas that were wet or soft or growing greener in my yard He said okay, hooked up a meter to my spigot. on the side of the house. Waited five-ten minutes and told me I had no leak.

It was excellent. Excellent customer service, honored a $100 off coupon found on the internet, in addition to senior citizen discount. Very clean, everything cleaned up promptly after service.

I've used them for years and they are very professional and organized. They are knowledgeable. They do not charge extra on weekends and send coupons.

I will continue to use them when I have an emergency, but only with a healthy amount of skepticism concerning their honesty about what's going on.

They didn't charge extra for holidays or weekends. They were courteous and professional. They checked my water heater as well and replaced it too.

I called the morning of 9/10/2015 because I could not get any hot water. I thought maybe the pilot light was out. I told them that I did not think it an emergency but because of their expertise they came out a few hours after I called which was definitely a good thing. If I had waited any longer the water buildup in the drain pan would have cause very serious damage to my internal house structures. I was pleased find out about Auger's warranty as well as the warranty of the Rheem water heater manufacture. Rudy, my technician, explained everything throughout the process. As Well as recommend the time frames for the flush requirements. They definitely worked with me to bring the cost down some which I really appreciated.

As things go, your water heater decides to stop working. I called several companies looking for a specific brand of water heater. I spoke to a service technician for AAA Auger on a Friday evening at almost 10pm last September 2014 desperate for help. Behold, he was calm, articulate and stated they had the Rheem water heater I was looking for. The next day, Saturday, 09-13-14, they arrived promptly at 8am. They first checked the water heater in the house and yes, it was non-repairable. I knew that but they were conscientious enough to make sure. They had the water heater I wanted and began the work. There were 2 technicians; however, the senior technician, Ray F, was very polite, informative and focused on getting us hot water as soon as possible. They worked well together, being quite an efficient team. Within 1 hour, the water heater was installed and working beautifully. What I have appreciated the most for both visits is that Ray F has a courteous way of explaining what they are doing and "why" AND he offers great tips to ensure that we are able to keep this heater working for as long as possible. He came out on 09-25-15 to flush the water heater and was very thorough to ensure it only had to be drained once to remove the lime and calcifications. When I called to set up the 1 year service, I spoke with Augustine. He explained that the first flush would be free within the 1 year date of purchase. Unfortunately, I was not available at the exact date and he stated that he would work with me and he did. He arranged for the date that I needed and Ray F was here at 8:15am that day to do the work, "FREE" of charge. That is what I call "old-school" service. Both Ray and Augustine are excellent staff representing an HONEST plumbing company. Believe me, I know. I have worked with some shady companies in the past. I have always felt that they are honest and only doing the service you hire them for. Even better, they do not try to sell you something you do not need; they do not use "scare" tactics like other companies and they do not waste your time.

I had used them where they've come out and helped a few different times. I actually had them to fix a very easy plumbing situation. I knew exactly what the problem was and that was two months ago. They were asked to correct a low water flow out of the bathroom faucets and I knew what it was. It was a build up of calcium and i could have done it. In fact I have done it myself, we had guests coming and I didn't have time so when they got there I wasn't there and they tried very hard all sorts of extra things that wasn't needed. And when I got home I told them they are never welcome in my home again because I just don't appreciate anybody who comes in and tries to fleece you and that's what they did. They were very responsive.

AAA dug down to the leaking line, repaired the line, then covered it without testing the line(my guess, since I was not present when the work was done) and called it fixed. Some time later water was found seeping up thru the ground above the line. This work was done on a Parsonage and no one noticed the leak until after any warranty applied. We got another plumber to fix the problem.
