I arrived home on Tuesday night around 8:30 pm, Sept 24, to find that the water line in my front yard had broken. I called AAA Auger and they responded immediately. In a short time, plumber Joe Vasquez and another plumber came out and quickly determined where the break was located. They were just doing their job, but I was very impressed because it was dark and a large area between my and my neighbor's yard was completely saturated--water was flowing down the street. After they pinpointed the area, we agreed to turn the water off overnight and have them return the next morning to make the repair. The next morning, Joe and his assistant returned and had to dig down through about 3 feet of mud and rocks to repair the broken water line. It was very messy, but they did such a good job that, right now it is hard to tell where the problem was. I just praise the Lord for how things turned out.

After I paid the 249.00 the faucet still leaked he said that was all he could do. I had to spent another 150.00 to replace the whole faucet. Never again...

I had called several places & they were incredibly expensive. When I called AAA Auger the man over the phone was extremly polite & assured me someone would be at my house that afternoon. A gentleman by the name Brian fixed all my plumbing problems, took pride in his work & charged me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Their price was fair, I guess. Actually, he didn't really have to do what he thought he was going to do but he did replace some of our hoses outside to our connections. He did a little extra. They do a very good job whatever they worked on.

I called AAA Auger at 8am & they were at my home at 3pm to make repairs. Jaime was prompt & professional.

What I really liked was that they were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced.

Called AAA Auger twice and set up appts for static sewer line testing. The first time we were told we'd get a call in the morning for a service time; the second time we set up an appt time. On neither occasion did the company call or show up. They appear to be very unreliable, or maybe our service call just wasn't worth the time. Update: I tried one more time and the did finally show up and do the static test we needed. Once here, they tech was very professional and efficient. He did a very nice job reseating the toilet after the test.

Call AAA Augar they are fantastic. They dug up the back yard and filled in new Drain Piping. They cleaned up beatifully, professional and prompt. They explained everything they planned to do. I am using them for all my plumbing needs.

We had used this company before and were very pleased with their service. This time they were late because of being held up on another job. They finally sent someone else who did not have the necessary items to do the faucet replacement and was not qualified for the backflow testing. When he left he said the original person would be coming to do the work but did not specify when. No one called us and I had to call the next day to find out what was going on - I was told the guy was on his way but it was over an hour before he arrived. At that time the work was done to our satisfaction.

They did forget to turn on hot water supply to washer. We could not use washer for one day until we figured out the problem. Overall, satisfied with their work. However, repair charges are a little steep even for return customers.

We called in the evening on Valentine's day for a clogged toilet. The plumber who arrived was a bit disheveled, but it was the evening, and I'm sure he works hard. As he began auguring the toilet, I noticed that his hands were caked with dirt. Once he was finished, he used his bare hands to touch the augur snake, which was covered with urine, feces, and menstrual waste. He used some toilet paper to keep the snake from dripping and walked it outside. He then came back in, and I asked him if he wanted to wash his hands. He said, "in a minute." He then proceeded to fill out the invoice on my bathroom sink. He took my credit card and even handed me his pen to sign the invoice with his filthy hands. He NEVER washed his hands. When he left, I literally Clorox wiped EVERYTHING he could have possibly touched, and I threw away the invoice. I then scrubbed my hands. He was perhaps the filthiest man who had ever been in my home. Then to top it off, the next morning when I left the house, I saw that the toilet paper that he had used was left for us on the front porch. I called the company to complain on the following Monday, and the manager said he was sorry, but I will not use them in my home again.

The plumber (Rudy) arrived on time and was very professional. The only way to access the pipes was to remove the large vent cover and cut a larger hole in the wall in my kitchen behind the refridgerator. He had to cut a larger hold in order to correct plumbing that had been rigged by the previous homeowner and fix the leak. Once he was finished, he used duct tape to secure the piece of drywall he cut out to make the repairs. That took me by surprise, but I guess it's ok in case there are more problems with those pipes in the future. Once the vent and refridgerator was put back in place, the hole was no longer visible. The repairs took about 2 hours. The person that answers calls for AAA Auger is OUTSTANDING! I think his name is Eric. I spoke with him on several occasions during the scheduling for the work I had done. I scheduled an appointment, cancelled and rescheduled because of a sequence of events with some other home repairs I was having done at the time. Through it all, he was very kind, understanding and professional.

Excellent response 1 hour from call to showing up. He had to remove gate lock from neighbor's fence to gain access to roof vent. No access on the ground. He dug around.

Paul came out to the house to give me an estimate. We wanted to install a WaterBoss water softener that we had bought separately. We already knew that the clean out did not have the required 2" air gap and needed to replum the drain connection at the clean out outside. Once this was done, he began the process of installing the WaterBoss. Paul immediately noticed that the inside of the unit had been cracked including a valve that was broken. He continued to prepare the hook up with copper flex pipe, drainage pipe and cut-off valve. Paul offered to come back for a free service call to complete the installation as we had to reorder replacement parts. This whole process took about 4 hours. One week later, Paul came back within 24 hours of calling him to continue the installation. It took him about 1/2 hour. We had used Paul's services before when he worked for another company. We trust his work and will continue to call upon him at Triple AAA Auger.

I hired AAA Auger to replace a hot water heater & replace water supply faucets to my washer. The water heater is located in the attic & supplies upstairs bath. It needed to be brought up to code, pan replaced & leak detector installed. The work was done in a small, hot area & more needed to be done than originally anticipated. A 3 hour job became a 6 hour job. Jorge & George were very professional & patient. They cleaned up afterward.

They fixed the repair. They are a large company and they have a lot of different people that come out. It depends on who comes out at the time. I'm not sure if I would use them again. I have a regular plumber that I use but this was an emergency situation so I called them. They are not my regular plumber.

I said it all above. Service man did a good job.

This was an emergency call. The response was very quick and follow-up repairs after fixing the immediate problem were done very professionally. It was a big job, but I would call them to replace a washer in a faucet or any other plumbing problem.
